As my first wedding dress shopping experience I was delighted with my time here. Angelica was my consultant and we work together to find my dream dress. From the moment I walked in the door Angelica was attentive, easy-going but professional and best of all, efficient. I felt listened to and understood when sharing my preferences. Angelica did not sway me in any particular direction and fully let me make decisions on my own without any personal input which I think is a positive because it really allowed me to think about how I felt in each dress. I definitely put pressure on myself knowing there really was only one hour but Angelica assured me it was plenty of time and it was. After trying a few dresses on we went back to try on my very first dress which I had loved so much but wanted to keep looking of course and when I put the dress on with the veil I started crying and I knew it was the one. Angelica handed me a bouquet to really get a feel for it and it was really magical and exciting. We Celebrated with champagne and photos which was a cool touch. Jaehee Took my measurements and everything was quick and easy from there on out. Fully recommend Angelica to be your bridal consultant if you visit Jaehee!

ANGELICA! ANGELICA! ANGELICA!I recently purchased my dress two weeks ago. I have tried to come up with the perfect words to describe this experience and all I can say is BEYOND! I was SO nervous to start dress shopping, and although my appointment was backed up on Saturday ( try to go during the week if you can, I had to wait 45 minutes past my schedule time). The wait was worth every second. I was paired with Angelica and wow, she is the perfect balance of everything. Angelica made me feel heard, made me feel special, and made it a day I will never forget. I am extremely body conscious and was worried that would affect my experience. Had a great experience with Ellen at Jaehee Bridal! I said yes to the dress and I am super excited. Ellen was a delight to work with and was very patient, helped me pick out some of the unexpected silhouettes as well as to let me know of helpful considerations before making a decision. To be honest the initial wait time was longer than anticipated but I did appreciate that once it was my turn Ellen and the rest of the crew stayed around to make sure I can make the right decision without feeling rushed. Everyone was very nice, they have a wide selection and the experience was nothing like some of the more cramped bridal salons in Manhattan. Would recommend!

Sam was absolutely THE BEST!!!!!!She has an AMAZING energy and her excitement is so genuine!!! She cared so much about the details of my vision and went out of her way to make sure my dream dress comes to life!I had a pretty complicated idea in mind for my dress and thought that it would be impossible to achieve due to other bridal stores making me feel like the vision was just unrealistic. When I wanted to make some dress modifications to a dress I almost loved, she recommended we bring in a different dress from the same designer that achieved everything on my wish list. When I came back to the store for a second time to try on that dress, it was perfect. And it saved me so much money because I didn’t have to make custom changes to the dress! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience w/ Angelica and Jaehee Bridal! Jaehee probably had the best and biggest selection of dresses out of all the places I visited. Angelica really knows her fashion and completely understood what I was going for (fashion forward, not cookie cutter). She is the queen of adjectives and can describe the dresses to a tee and if/how they would fit into the venue. She was super nice and helpful - I literally put the dress I ended up purchasing on 3x in one visit before saying “yes” and she was super patient through it all. All of the other stylists were all very nice, congratulating me after I had chosen the dress. If you’re a fashion forward, indecisive bride who doesn’t want a cookie cutter dress, Angelica is the stylist for you!

Jaehee bridal is the best dress shopping experience any bride can ask for! I worked with Samantha who is absolutely amazing!!! She understood my vision right from the start, was so attentive and had great energy! I’m not going to lie, I was difficult because for the life of me, I could not make a decision and with her creative skills and patience (lol) she found the perfect dress for me! I can not recommend this shop enough. Jaehee is simply amazing, with a huge array of styles and sizes to choose from. I worked with Celeste and cannot rave about my experience enough! I described what I thought I wanted. She came with a rack full of gorgeous dresses that matched my description, but with one completely different dress. She said she just had a good feeling about it and wanted to see me in it. The second I tried on her pick my eyes swelled with tears, it was beyond perfect. Timeless, romantic, COMFORTABLE, and flattering. I kept trying more dresses on just to be sure, but nothing compared to that one. Even more, she came in well below my budget to allow comfortable room for alterations. For an anxious and self conscious person, I felt comfortable, totally at ease and absolutely beautiful. I can’t thank Jaehee and Celeste enough for finding my dream dress and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I live in NY and went to about 5 different bridal shops (all beautiful) but nothing compared to the service and the comfort I felt at Jaehee Atelier. First of all, Angelica is literally an angel 👼 and a breath of fresh air who made the experience amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you can! I tried on a TON of gowns and although a long and tiring day, Angelica was supportive, patient, helpful and knowledgeable along the way (and funny too)!I did find my wedding gown at Jaehee and it was seriously all thanks to Angelica. I’ll start by saying that I found my dream dress at Jaehee, and had an amazing shopping experience. Every bride knows this type of thing can be overwhelming, especially when you bring guests with differing personalities and opinions. I worked with Samantha and she was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating to me and my guests. She made me feel so calm and comfortable as if I’ve known her for years. She understood my vision and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I was having trouble making the final decision between two dresses and Samantha was so patient as I went back and forth, trying them both on again and again. We ultimately decided to customize my dress to achieve the best of both, and I cant wait to see it at my first fitting!

I’ve had the most amazing time at Jaehee Bridal! Today was my first day wedding dress shopping, and Jaehee was the third bridal salon I went to. They had by far the largest selection. We were excited to come here as it was highly recommended from friends, but given that dress shopping usually takes a long time, I didn’t expect to find my dress right away. I worked with Angela who was by far the best person I worked with! I was super open minded and gave very broad strokes of what I liked, even giving her free reign to choose the cut of the dresses. She somehow managed to find so many stunning dresses. The first one I tried on was the one!! I would have never picked it on my own as I thought it would never be flattering or too revealing with my figure, but decided it to give it a chance. The best part was the price! It was the most affordable out of all the ones I’ve tried today! Angela was so personable and warm, and truly made me comfortable. Being an extremely busy woman, I knew I only had 1 day to dedicate to wedding dress shopping; Jae Hee was the 3rd boutique I visited that day, and I could tell as soon as I walked in that the dresses in this store were of a higher class design. The other stores had nice dresses, but not the unique and classy-yet-edgy style I was looking for. The sweet employee who helped me & my mom was calm, honest, smiley, respectful, and fun the entire time, and even stayed overtime to help us get the deal. We popped a bottle at the end which was a cute way to celebrate.

In terms of location, it is very easy to get to (I came from Westchester, NY) and they have a private parking lot. HIGHLY recommend going to this bridal store!!

I had a really wonderful shopping experience at Jaehee Bridal. It was my second appointment overall with dress shopping. I have a very short engagement (6 months!) so I was very nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress that would arrive in time. I LOVED the vibe of Jaehee as soon as I walked in. The cute couches, the large mirrors, the signs for your friends/family to vote as you try on dresses - the perfect atmosphere. Ellen helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, patient, and gentle. I never felt rushed once. She talked through each dress with me and I was able to find the perfect one that will also arrive in time without any rush order needed! We even got champagne to celebrate! Also met the owner Jaehee and she made me feel really comfortable with the time frame of the dress delivery. I plan to do my alterations with them as well. I know many other friends that have purchased their dresses here as well. I would 100% recommend!

Great experience at Jaehee, we worked with Ellen and she was great. A lot of dress selections, all were beautiful.

Although I did not find my dress here, my consultant was Angela and she was the best! From the very beginning she asked what were things I was looking for and what I absolutely did not want in a dress. She was patient with me and my guests. She guided me in deciding what I liked and didnt like about a dress or what was missing for me to love the dress. I highly suggest making an appointment with Angela if you can, she will do everything she can to help you find your dress.

Went there today with my sister, who is the pickiest person ever and we were paired with wonderful Angela. She was so upbeat and made the experience top notch. She listened to everything that we had to say and was constantly using our feedback to pull the next dress. she was not pushy or pressuring and made it all about her and how she felt in each dress. 10/10 Angela is the one to be paired with. Very happy !!!

Cannot say enough good about Jaehee Bridal! Celeste was our consultant - she has such a fresh and positive attitude, it made our experience that much more enjoyable, plus it was her birthday! I had a tough time making a decision between two dresses, and she was so patient with me, asked great questions, and did not make us feel pressured at all. We met Jaehee when she came out to do measurements - she is fantastic as well! Great selection of dresses and beautiful shop! My only regret is that I didn’t get a picture with their cute photo booth wall after I said yes!

My daughter and I had an incredibly wonderful experience at Jaehee Bridal. This was our first stop and first appointment of dress shopping. The store is beautiful, inviting and comfortable. Our sales consultant was named Ellen. Ellen was terrific, her personality was friendly, calming and professional. She sat with my daughter and chatted with Anna and listened attentively to her ideas. At the same time she made thoughtful recommendations based on their conversation. Needless to say, Anna ended up buying the first dress that she tried on. As she walked toward me wearing her dress my eyes filled up with tears. My beautiful bride! Cant wait for her wedding day!

Lisa was amazing! Never pushy and truly wanted to help me find what I was looking for, even when I wasnt able to verbalize it myself. She did all she could to help me walk away with the dress I wanted. I felt beautiful. So so thankful for her!

First off, I would like to thank Celeste for helping my sister find her dream dress. We went to other bridal shops and the experience wasn’t as great as we had today. My super positive review goes for the dresses as well, I was amazed at how many dresses we did like compared to the other shops where we were trying to like some dresses. Overall, we had a great experience, found our dress, and was even given some champagne afterward to celebrate! Would definitely recommend to any bride in search of their dress!

I had a wonderful and easy experience at Jaehee. They have so many different styles of dresses and I was able to find my gorgeous, non-traditional dress. Celeste was my bridal attendant and she was so bubbly, friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to wear my dress!

Came here because my daughter purchased her bridal gown a few months back and found Jaehee to be extremely helpful, patient and kind.So when we were beginning my search for mother of the bride dress it seemed like a no brainer. They helped me and ultimately were able to purchase the gown I had been looking at and tried on elsewhere. Very professional and warm environment.

I loved my experience at Jaehee! Only thing missing was a glass of champagne 🥂. LoL. Ellen was a sweetheart and was hands on at all times. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my picks. I found my dress thanks to her patience and listening ear. The 2 hours reservation was a perfect amount of time for me to think and enjoy the moment. I got vip treatment because the floor was empty when I went which allowed me to focus on myself. Thanks to the rest of the staff. I went back for my pickup and they allowed me to try on my new dress before I walked away with it. This shop is a gem. I recommend it to anyone.

The bridal shop is so organized and spacious. I never felt rushed. Masks were worn, and so my guests and I felt comfortable there. I worked with Celeste, whom I absolutely loved! So patient and kind. Jaehee was also very wonderful and took my measurements after I found my dress. I gave Celeste my vision for my dress and she pulled many that aligned with it, and took my lead. Then I tried on ONE dress that was NOT my style (brides, try it) and....tears! I just enjoyed the whole experience and found my dress. So happy I went there. I had other appointments scheduled at other stores, but after going there and seeing the selection, and how great everyone was, I knew I wanted my dress from Jaehee Bridal, and cancelled the other ones. So happy! Thank you :)!

I can’t even begin to say how amazing this place is. Every aspect of finding my dress has been amazing.

This place is so ridiculous...charges me 50 dollars for missed appointment that I cancelled, I had to followup mulitple times for them to admit they were wrong and would refund the erroneous charge. Then, instead of refunding me they charge me another 50 dollars. Unbelievable...

I previously came here and I was looking for my bridal gown! This place was my top choice, but what an awful experience! I’m generally a size 10 and the lady was showing me model sizes in the dresses she picked! She told me to try them on after I said I can’t fit a size 4 or 6! I barely fit in them. I ended up leaving after five minutes and crying because I feel so insecure about my weight. Great job ladies! Beware of feeling bad about yourself in a wedding gown at this place!

What an experience to remember! I loved the woman who attended me, Ellen. She asked me all the right questions and really delivered. She was not pushy but gave me real good suggestions and was very knowledgeable:) I got my dress from Jaehee and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of these dresses are impecable.

This shop looks great on paper, but I think my personal experience was, unfortunately, unprofessional and awkward. So I’ll start with the positives. On paper, this shop has amazing dresses and the best designers you could want, all the big names including BERTA, plus the convenience of not having to go into Manhattan for fittings. The owner herself stopped by my appointment and seemed very nice. However, my bridal consultant was really rude, did not have any sense of what would look good on me or my (average) body type, and was really aggressive. She repeatedly put me in the same silhouette, even after I asked to try on a few different ones. I finally had to go on my phone and ask for dresses I’d seen online specifically because she didn’t know any of the styles or names of the dresses I mentioned. She was clearly inexperienced. She also would not let me or my family members take pictures, even though the girls in the appointment across from us were snapping away. The worst part was that most of the time we were in the dressing room, she overshared with me about her personal life to the point that I felt uncomfortable. At no point did I feel like a bride during this appointment, and I honestly did not crack a smile once under my mask. I left feeling really frustrated and on the verge of tears. My advice to brides shopping here is do your research to find an experienced bridal consultant here, or have a full spreadsheet of the dresses you’d like to try on in advance so there is no wasted time.

I went dress shopping in November 2020 and had a great experience.Celeste was so friendly and pleasant. She made my experience extra special. She was attentive and helped me choose my dress for my special day. Would highly recommend this bridal shop and Celeste!

The appointment is very well organized. The rep who helped me was attentive to both my needs and the recommendations of my guests who joined me for the appointment. I was able to find my dress and it was the first shop I visited to go bridal dress shopping.

Susanna took the time to learn about my style & selected perfect dresses. I ended up saying yes to the dress & I am so happy it was at Jaehee Bridal. I strongly recommend for new brides!

Just now writing a review and I would totally recommend JaeHee Bridal. I went In September and I worked with Carmen and she was a true professional. Gave me dresses that fit my budget and helped me try a bunch. Super happy to say I did find my dress. Just got my email that my dress is in can’t wait to see it. ☺️

Celeste was amazing! She helped me find my perfect dress during the most trying of times. It was easy to make an appointment, look for dresses in my style and size, and they were very patient. They even gave us celebratory champagne when I purchased my dress. Cannot wait for it to come in in just a few months.

The perfect day! Olivia did such an amazing job taking care of me and my ladies! I told her what I was looking for with a budget in mind and she nailed it! By the third dress, I fell in love! Even the first two were on the top list. Olivia was so warm and asked the right questions to understand what I really wanted. When making the purchase she explained all options and always gave me a choice to walk through. Never pressured or swayed. I HIGHLY recommend this place to invite your closets girls to have a beautiful experience finding your dress!

Thank you to Jaehee bridal atelier and Celeste for helping me find my dream dress. I was honestly not looking forward to dress shopping because of how I view my body, but Celeste made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here to get your dress! The service and cleanliness is unreal.

First and most importantly, I absolutely LOVED the dress I purchased at Jaehee bridal. Their shop carries an amazing line of dresses in a wide range of prices. Please note that most shops don’t carry dresses less than around $1000, including this one, but that’s typical for most bridal boutiques. My wife and I were both looking at dresses side by side and they were able to accomodate us without us seeing each other in each dress. (We went together so that our bridesmaids could tell us if we coordinated). The setup of this shop is also beautiful- the lighting truly makes the dresses pop and allows you to see exactly what they’ll look like on the big day. The consultants are patient and were really able to capture our vision and pull dresses that we described. The pricing is fair (including alterations) and appointments were quick and easy. They also carry a large range of bridesmaids dresses and offer a discount if you buy your dress there. I would definitely recommend stopping in here to check out their selection-- you might find the dress of your dreams!
