PROS: This place is in the center of town and their staff is very nice. They have a large menu to choose from and seating is outsideCONS: theres very limited parking on the street and they dont have some key flavors (reeses peanut butter ice cream being one of them). I asked for cookies and creme and they gave me vanilla instead. They also only have small and large sizes and their large size is literally the size of a small for other places. The prices are also high for the sizes theyre offeringCONS: Do not come to this place unless you just want a basic flavor and you just want to grab and go. Just go to another ice cream place

Two small (smallest size) cups: $10. Do yourself a favor: walk down 1 block, there is a brand new gelato place (1 scoop in a sugar cone is $3) and a Rita’s (way cheaper too).

My wife and kids love the ice cream here. The staff is always friendly and patient while they wait for my kids to pick their flavors.

The spot is first-rate and roomy, the meals was enchanting and the rates were very reasonable. fast, efficient service and very personal waiters. I recommend this place.

I absolutely love the vegan options at Ben & Jerrys; however, the company stopped offering certain flavors out of the blue without informing the employees nor the customers. Only way to order the vegan flavors that are not available in the store is online instead of enjoying a Sunday ice cream at the store like old times.

Ben & Jerrys is a premium ice cream shop offering quirky flavor names and top quality delicious ice cream cones, cups, shakes, smoothies, cakes and catering.We had their Americone dream with sprinkles (show your library card in September and get 1 free topping!) and a Chocolate shake. Both were nice treats for an after dinner dessert and stroll through town.The servers are always friendly and have a smile on their face, welcoming customers into the shop.There is outside seating with an umbrella for nice days and evenings.

I didnt know that Ben and Jerrys had physical locations, but now I do and this place was the bomb!!It was great customer service and the young lady that made my smoothie what soooo cool!I found this neighborhood by accident after I got stuck in rush hour traffic, and I ending up chilling out there until traffic slowed down.Englewood, New Jersey is Awesome! I hope to be back in 2020!

Great experience late last night! My boyfriend and I walked into the shop and received the greatest customer service from CEDRIC, we were so please with his manners, his recommendations. It really made our late night ice cream experience sweeter!

It was extremely busy but we managed to get on to a tour. Was very interesting to hear the history and about it being local. Got to try some icecream at the end, great fun.

Good ice cream shop. On a Saturday they had two people working. There is no kiddie cup on the menu but they have it. Just one scoop. Tables should get wiped occasionally. We had to wipe them off ourselves. Otherwise standard ben and Jerrys

Where is Englewoods health inspector? Whoever manages this place needs to be fired. Its dirty dirty. The staff is clueless so they dont even recognize how dirty their practices are! Yes they wear gloves and then keep wearing them as they TOUCH MONEY, THE IPAD SCREEN THAT CUSTOMERS ALSO TOUCH, THEIR ITCHY SCALP, THEIR PANTS, and THE FLOOR TO PICK UP THAT COIN THEY DROPPED. It is DISGUSTING. no surface is clean and the service processes are backwards and non logical. Love Ben and Jerrys but prefer my health. City of Englewood DO YOUR JOB....their management isnt and that is dangerous. Citizens beware.

Not one of my favorite places to go. Its close to home but dont visit much anymore. I think there was an ownership change in 2014 and the service has gone down tremendously.The staff is not very pleasant and the store just isnt that clean anymore. It smelled like spoiled milk last time I went in there.Still great Ice Cream, hopefully someone will come in and redo the attitude and make it a good place to visit again.

After promising my 3 year old son ice cream, we got here at 8:58pm and the door was locked. The young man that worked there told us they were closed, even though the sign stated they were open until 9:00pm. We just wanted a small cone to go. Our son was really upset. We come here often, but wont anymore.
