We had the carpeting replaced in our entire home - a daunting task to say the least! But the stress of it all was greatly reduced with the help and guidance of our salesperson, Amy Keller. She was terrific to work with, and the installers, Mundo and Angel, did a beautiful job with the installation, even happily agreeing to several additional requests such as running speaker wires under the new carpeting in our great room.I would highly recommend these folks for any and all of your flooring needs!
We recently had our family room carpet replaced. Unfortunately, the first installation was not completed correctly with a seam placed right by the sliding door, making it highly visible and likely to wear quickly. When we sent pictures to Elise Strunk, our sales rep, she moved quickly to share our concerns with her manager and subsequently reordered new carpet for a reinstall. Two weeks later a second crew came with new carpet and reinstalled the carpet with a much better seam location. Elise was professional and attentive to our concerns and the company made good on promises of our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with the final product and installation. Cant ask for better customer service. Well done CE!
From the moment we met Mary we enjoyed an amazing experience. Our project consisted of three levels and a complete remodel so it was a very large project. Mary helped us take care of flooring for all three levels of our home. The quality of the flooring is so amazing, as were the installers. They were so careful as we had construction going on, new paint, new baseboards and yet they were just so careful and respectful. Just a note to always buy the thickest and best quality pad for any carpet you choose and it will be like walking on a cloud! Thanks Mary, you made such a huge project much easier and less stressful. :)
Very good experience with carpet replacement. Service was excellent and the installers did a great job.
Positive: wide selection of flooring options and somewhat competitive prices. Negative: lack of in stock products, nearly everything takes 7-10 business days. The biggest negative was their horrible return policy. The sample boards do not show the variation as they are quite small so you must order a box to see all the boards (takes 7-10 days). You are not allowed to return the box even if not used. So you may order 2-3 boxes to find the right color and that adds up. Overall the positives didn’t outweigh the negatives so we went with another business. There are so many flooring stores out there including big box there is no reason to not find somewhere that works with their customers.
I had not purchased carpeting in many years. I walked in and had a great experience from start to finish. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable. The man who came and measured was on time and very nice. Amy called me after measurement, went over price, and ordered carpeting. I then received a text re install and within a few days I had new carpeting on my stairs. Install man did an excellent job!! And as an aside, my father sold carpeting for much of his life. He always said, Carpeting is only as good as the person who installs it. I will absolutely use Carpet Exchange again. Thanks so much!!
The carpet layers are very good. Inadequate advance info on preparation.Get your garage cleaned up and have it empty. Some carpet selected in October was no longer available in January. This was a huge disappointment but not necessarily CE’s fault. I would have been willing to buy the carpet in advance had I been given a warning. Consequently one floor did not get recarpeted because there was nothing I liked better than what was already there.Be sure you are prepared to disassemble large furniture in small areas that won’t go through the door in advance. My large desk in my small basement that leads to the garage is somewhat worse off for being disassembled then reassembled by men that are good at a lot of things but not this particular task. This point needs to be made in initial walk through/ measurements made for estimate. Had I been forewarned on this the desk would have been disassembled carefully by a professional who would then have showed up later to put it back together at leisure. Thus the carpet layers would not have been faced with the decision to take on a project they should not have had to deal with or leave the basement undone so that a second later visit would have to be arranged.
The staff at carpet exchange were very nice. I purchased quartz countertops for my Kitchen, bar and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were great. However the kitchen countertop install was a disaster. I had walls and cabinets damaged that cost me $500 to repair. The two installers asked me to help left the kitchen countertop and I ended up tearing my left bicep because when they said lift I did and they did not. They use Stoneworks to do the actual installs for countertops. They are a horrible company! If you decide to purchase from Carpet Exchange insist on a different stone company. Due to a miss measurement and extra fees for plumbing not in the initial $300 fee I was told they would not charge for those things and consider it even for my repair costs. The manager at Carpet Exchange NEVER reached out to me she has an employee handle this issue. I am beyond disappointed overall and will not be back.
Wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable. Helpful without the annoying sales personality. Ask for Scott, he was great!Installation team was amazing. Professional and courteous. Install is just beautiful. Omar and his team were fantastic!
Karen helped us coordinate tile and arrange for installation. She was helpful in selecting grout colors and matching floor and fireplace tiles. Noa, the installer called to confirm and we had a crew of 4-5 to get the job done on time. They used floor cloths on our new wood stairs and carefully cleaned up. We were extremely satisfied with the experience as a whole. Kudos for top notch service!
Friendly and helpful staff. I had to keep calling the office back for updates for the order. The installation was very professional and accurate, no issues or complaints with installation or quality of product. Highly recommend. We used the Acacia engineered hardwood floor and love it.
We worked with Karen and she was very helpful. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect products. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent!
Terrible experience, no follow through, starting with a sale person who failed to inform me that wood floors and accessories have been discontinued after I purchased them and waited three weeks for delivery, to be informed again, a day prior to scheduled delivery that stair noses will de delayed for additional 3 weeks.I reached to the Manager to assist with this issue, she never returned my call. If manager is operating the way she does, why would employees be any better? After floor installation was completed, I have contacted the store to refund my money (remaining credit) as I didn’t need additional material ..their account balance sheets are totally unorganized, they were not able to correctly balance their books to return the correct refund.NOTE to THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS - be mindful of your money!!! Employees I encountered at this location are completely disorganized and misinformed about the material.Throughout this entire exhausting experience, no one at the store offered a discount or a simple $5 gift card ....where the hell is your customers service?
Amy was a super helpful and knowledgeable sales rep. Thanks for the help!
In going through a recent divorce, I was faced with trying to decorate a bare condo. Mary at County Line was really great and patient in helping me with sizes, colors and ordering all the area rugs for my place. It ended up really warm and welcoming. Thanks Mary.
Mary was outstanding in shopping with me for the best product for the best value for our basement. From start to finish, Carpet Exchange handled the job with expertise. My carpet looks wonderful!
The selection is good, the sales associates are knowledgeable, and the install went smoothly. Customer service from the sales associate I had, Amy Keller, on the other hand was not very good. Lack of communication and forgetfulness were the primary issues. The manager was great when handling the issues I was having.
I had 2 GREAT experiences at The Carpet Exchange and I wont hesitate to go back if/when I need anything else for my home. I would recommend that you ask for Tom Dickson if you go to the Highlands Ranch store - he was very knowledgeable and helped my find exactly what I needed/wanted and saved me a bunch of money. The quality is amazing and the value for the dollar is outstanding!
Moving into a new house and we had limited time to get it recarpeted before moving in. After going to a big box retailer that really didnt have their act together and we lost a week, we went to carpet exchange based on the recommendation of our mortgage guy, they were FANTASTIC. Not only did we get nice big samples to make sure that we were matching (which is huge for me), we got a guy out the next day to measure and found that the big box has over measured us by 1200 sq feet!!! The installation guys were amazing, really busted their butts to get it done staying late because they knew our movers were coming the next day and they did a BEAUTIFUL job. I cant say enough good things about them. In the end we saved about $10,000, got the job done on time and had better service and installation than we could have thought possible. Will be a customer of theirs for life now. We adore our new carpet!!!
Greg was great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Couldnt give 5 stars due to installation crew not completing the job correctly the first time. 2 weeks later after more carpet was ordered, another installer came back out and finished up the job.Greg was helpful in making sure this got taken care of to our satisfaction.
We were very happy with our experience with Karen at Carpet Exchange. She was really knowledgable about the products in the showroom and helped us to make the best choices for our budget. We would recommend her to anyone looking for new flooring. Installation went as smoothly as it could considering it was blizzard conditions outside. The installers were professional and respectful with our personal items during installation.
I did 28 flips this year and wanted to see if I could find better pricing for my flooring, the sales woman couldnt chase me out of the store faster lol. Her response was nope we dont have low prices on flooring and dont match prices. Apparently these guys dont want business, just a nasty attitude in general.
Karen was extremely helpful during sales process. Installation was a breeze. We love our quartz countertops!
Scott Ellis at this Carpet Exchange store was recommended by an interior designer. I wanted to replace the carpeting in my bedrooms and study with the hardwood flooring already installed in my home. Im so glad I followed her recommendation. Scott was excellent in his explanations, suggestions, and help with all the details from beginning to end. He responded quickly to any questions I had. And he is such a pleasant person and I trusted him. Its important to believe in the integrity of the person and company you are dealing with. Their flooring contractors did an outstanding job with the installation and were very careful with my furniture. I will be doing another home project and will use Scott and Carpet Exchange for that also. Extremely pleased with everything and they deserve the 5 Star rating I gave them.
So got what was supposed to be carpet that is easily cleaned, not at all, it shows everything and carpet cleaners have not been able to clean it either. Not cheap, very disappointed. That was family room. IGot a different carpet in the bedroom that is very nice. The family room was also laid down poorly, see most seams. Bedroom again looks great though.
From start to finish our purchase and experience with Carpet Exchange has been horrific. From a misleading sales associate to multiple miscommunications to no communication on delivery dates, a complete disappointment. We purchased from Carpet Exchange and paid a premium being told they had the products readily available. Over a week past when we should have gotten our flooring we still dont have it and at this point we could have saved a few hundred dollars and gotten a special order flooring delivered and installed from another company.Instead we are still awaiting not only our flooring but any kind of update or response from the store. Its understandable that mistakes will happen but misleading customers to make a sale is unacceptable and subsequent poor communication and follow up is horrible business practice.Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Carpet Exchange.
You may have your carpet longer than your car. It takes knowledgeable people to help you to decide what would be the best for your home. I believe I could not of found a better place to buy my carpet. Quilty Service!.The carpet installers called before they showed up and they told me how long it would take. Fantastic workmanship.Great group of people to work with.I would have given them more than five stars. A+
Initially we were happy with our Carpet Exchange experience. The salesman seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and the carpet selection was good. However, we based our decision to go forward with this project on a total price quoted for the carpet and installation, including carpet for the stairs. Despite having detailed discussions about how to do the installation on our stairs, and a cost-comparison for going with wood or carpet, the salesman failed to order enough carpet for the stairs. We didnt know that until the installer came up short. The salesman very quickly recognized his error and put in an order for more carpet for the stairs, never once mentioning that this was going to cost us more than we had been quoted. And then after the installation we get a bill for the additional $700 for the carpet and installation on the stairs, with a note indicating that we had authorized the additional charges. Sure, we had authorized the order for the additional carpet for the stairs, but certainly did not realize we were authorizing the additional charges. As far as we knew, the stairs had been included in the initial estimate. A respectable company would have at least given us a break on the installation since this error was completely their fault. So in the end, were pretty disappointed with the Carpet Exchange, and certainly wont be a returning customer. Ill give them one star since the installation was well done. So if youre going to buy flooring here, make sure you get a very detailed written quote when they place your order so that you have some recourse when you find out theyve screwed up.
This is the second time weve used Carpet Exchange, both were very good experiences. My sales guy was great, and the installers were very polite and did an excellent job. Ive recommended them to co-workers and everyone has thought they did a great job.
I was very pleased with my experience at Carpet Exchange, I was greeted the moment I walked in the door, I went in looking to put hardwood flooring on the main floor of my house. The sales person helped me figure out what product was best for my home, and sent me with samples. I now have beautiful new hardwood floors and my salesperson Bridget was so helpful and the installers did a wonderful job! Cant wait to go back to start designing my bathrooms and get new carpet.
Very pleased with Carpet Exchange Highlands Ranch. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my 6 store visits before finally making purchase of whole house carpet and hardwood flooring. I compared pricing and quality to Home Depot, Lowes, and 3 small independent dealers. Carpet Exchange had best price for the same quality. I was very pleased with installation quality as well. Do your homework, compare, and CE will match or beat competitor pricing.
This is the store that really cares about their customers. I was treated so awesome from the second that I walked in. It was given a welcome greeting by a friendly knowledgeable sales person. The selection of products was amazing. Carpet Exchange has a very fair price, great people that are friendly to work with and I loved the installation team. They even held the door open for me when they saw me walking up to the door to return the samples that I checked out. Thank you Carpet Exchange for making my house beautiful, I will be back for area rugs soon.
I wont buy flooring anywhere else. Brad was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and respectful of my familys needs and budget. We were totally blown away by the level of service, and the pricing on each of the products we looked at was way less than what we had seen at other places for the same quality. Amazing!
This was our 3rd/4th project with Carpet Exchange. I loved our first. Had mixed feelings about our second - I was talked into a product I didnt love, but cant hold that against Carpet Exchange. When we moved into our new house, we replaced all the flooring on the main floor with hardwood and all the carpeting upstairs. We spent a lot of money for this project. We were very happy with our hardwood. There were a couple of places that needed to be fixed. The installer gave me a lot of grief about it at first, but when he realized I wasnt going to accept unfinished and not great work, he was willing to make the repairs. Our carpet is a whole different story. I was weary about the installers and requested on multiple occasions to have a good installer. The carpet that went in was so badly installed that it needed to be replaced. I have never received such poor customer service in terms of repairing / reordering / communication. It looks WEEKS to get carpet reordered after an inspection. the lack of communication was beyond disappointing. Not only that, I was surprised one day to have an independent inspector call and need to come out the following day. A little heads-up would have been nice. The only thing that saved your companys reputation in my mind was Jose. When he came out he did a thorough job of examining the initial mistakes and an excellent job of installing. IF I were to ever recommend you again, I would only recommend Jose as an installer. And I was extremely disappointed after the fact to never have a follow up call to see what we thought of the repairs.
Bridget was the absolute best. She and Carpet Exchange provided my company with all details in the products we purchased that were necessary. I was 100% satisfied working with her and the store. Thank you so much!
Working with Carpet Exchange had its ups and downs:I have a 900 square foot condo, and I had laminate installed in the kitchen and entryway, and new carpet everywhere else (minus bathrooms). I experienced huge amounts of frustration with the laminate install, from scheduling issues despite me taking preventive measures and making extra phone calls, to lack of communication regarding the status of the installation, to my stove being left on by the installer... Three separate visits to my home were required to complete this very small part of the job. It was a nightmare that had me in tears at one point.I was dreading the carpet installation, but the people who installed my carpet were great. They arrived on-time, worked very hard, and were very pleasant. They even asked me if I needed any help moving furniture after they wrapped things up. They saved me an hour of time by moving my 30 gallon fish tank for me. Im pleased with the work they did, and very pleased with the way they treated me.Two very different experiences with the same company make me question the consistency of their subcontractors. This experience was much more complicated and stressful than it should have been, but I felt like Jay (salesperson) and Evelyn (manager) put in the effort to listen to my concerns and rectify the situation.
Process was easy and installation crew was incredible and worked around our business needs. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure it was done correctly and meet our needs. Recommend to anyone commercial or residential.
Luxury Vinyl plank flooring.Didn’t even survive the install.Carpet Exchange and Armstrong have ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful 30,000 dollars dream remodel. We waited 8 years to save for this remodel and are devastated by how awful this product is. It scratches so easily that you will regret putting it in your home. We had this installed by professional contractors who do amazing work and who I trust implicitly. They have never seen anything like this and became afraid to even walk on it (so did we). We were so shocked we immediately decided to halt the install and contact Carpet Exchange for resolution.Customer satisfaction and resolution. This part was even more egregious. Carpet Exchange pushed us off to Armstrong. Although we were contacted fairly quickly by Armstrong, when they did call they said “we have someone in your area and can be at your home in 45 min, unless you can’t be there to meet them in that case it will be 3 weeks until someone can get to you” (seemed fishy). Sadly, I was an hour away from home and was not there in time to speak to him. Fortunately, my contractors where there so the inspector could look at the disaster that was my floor. We were told I would hear back from Armstrong within 24 hours, but a week went by with not a word from either Armstrong nor Carpet Exchange. When I finally called Carpet Exchange, they told me they had been sitting on the response from Armstrong for a few days. The response, read to me over the phone, blamed my installers and Carpet Exchange management agreed.CompensationThe only compensation I was offered was one box of the same garbage that I wish I’d never have bought. What I really needed was 1100 square feet of a different kind of flooring (that performed as promised) and help paying for the removal and re-installation of new flooring. Essentially their peace offering was a box of the same terrible flooring that would cost me an additional 1000 dollars to pay my contractors to rip up and reinstall what they had already completed.End result6000.00 dollars’ worth of garbage, 3000.00 worth of rugs to cover this garbage, and a family that is scared to walk on their own floor.
I worked with Karen. She was very friendly and did a great job on keeping me informed on my order. I will definitely be going back to Carpet Exchange for another project!
I have always had a great experience at the Highlands Ranch Carpet Exchange. Their selection is second to none and their service is better than that. Tom and Melody are wonderful to know and work with, and have had great ideas for my various projects.
Amazing store, huge selection and very knowledgeable sales people. I was very pleased with our product selection. After visiting other flooring stores in the area I chose Carpet Exchange for my choice of flooring. Thanks for having such a nice place to shop
As a Designer and Home Remodeler, I have worked with Melody Harris at Carpet Exchange on many projects and never been disappointed . Melody is not only up to date on the latest styles, colors and trends but she is always cognizant of any budget I may have to work with. She asks all the right questions and is great about follow up. I will continue to work with Melody at Carpet Exchange on any upcoming projects.
Brad and his counter top install team were 1st class. I had a warranty issue and they came and resolved it in a timely manner with no questions. I recommend everyone I know to Brad.. Top notch service.
I was looking to replace carpet in my town home, came into the highlands ranch store and was greeted by the sales staff as I walked in. They were vdry helpful and found us the perfect carpet. It only took a couple of day for the carpet to come in and Jason in the install department got us scheduled right away. The installers were very friendly and neat. They worked very hard and got the job done in one day and when finished they vacuumed all the areas where the carpet was installed. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely return in the future for all of my flooring needs.
I purchased carpet and hardwood floors for a house that I am flipping and my experience could not have been better. Very high-quality carpet and wood flooring at very good prices. And, Karen was fantastic!!
Amy was wonderful to work with, the installers were fast and precise.
I have a great experience each time I shop at the County Line and Quebec Carpet Exchange and this time was no different! Individualized service, broad product selection, and the best pricing in Colorado keep me coming back.
The worst. Spent THOUSANDS on a “floating wood floor” and no one told us how it was going to bow, separate and be completely unsightly. So unbelievably disappointed.Well, what a turnaround!!!! I originally posted a one star with my review above. But we were contacted by Cameron through the company and to make a long story short, he and his install crew, have GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT ALL RIGHT!!! I can’t say what a change our floors have seen, they replaced everything and this time it was done correctly!!! They will finish up today and we couldn’t be more pleased and excited to have beautiful wood floors FINALLY!!! Thank you, Cameron and carpet exchange!
Melody is the BEST!!! She ALWAYS take care of me and any job that I have shes able to handle it without any issues job on time and budget. Theyee OUTSTANDING!!!!
I rely on Brad at the Highlands Ranch store to do the heavy lifting when it comes to carpet replacement. When i need to replace carpet in my rentals, office buildings and personal residences, I email Brad all related details--paint colors and photos of the rooms and furnishings. Without a hitch, hes been able to recommend carpet that meets my design standards and budget. His team shows up to measure promptly. His installers leave the rooms impressively clean without the dings in the baseboard others are known to deliver along with the carpet. I wont buy anywhere else.
Wonderful selection of flooring, hardwoods, ceramics, and carpet. Very knowledgeable team members. They are extremely nice to work with. They have installers even furniture movers. Quite a one stop shop.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new water-proof coretec flooring!!! My sales person, Melody, was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She made my shopping experience easy from start to finish and even called me after my new floor was installed to see how I liked it. Carpet Exchange has earned a customer for LIFE and I will refer all my friends and family for all their flooring needs.
I came in for kind of a niche item and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful with my odd request. Wonderful staff at this location!
We recently had 900 square feet of Coretec installed by Carpet Exchange it was by far the most amazing experience we have had in our one year long journey of remodeling! From our sales person Karen, to our installers Hugo and Abraham, it was PERFECT! We also had 200 feet of baseboards installed by the same guys! In and out in 3 days, super organized, respectful, focused and clean. They are masters at their trade! They treated our home very very respectfully.I LOVE my new floors and baseboards. Having these installers in my home was ZERO stress.Karen, our sales person was so patient and knowledgeable. We were unsure months ago when meeting her whether we wanted hardwood, engineered or LVP. We visited the store many times, taking out samples, checking colors, gathering information. She was always welcoming . Very up to date on products . She went above and beyond for our business. We look forward to working with all these people again when we carpet our upstairs. They definitely earned our trust and repeat business! Thank you Carpet Exchange and THANK YOU KAREN, HUGO AND ABRAHAM
We were recommended to see Mary Kastler at this store while redecorating our kitchen. What a nice person to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the right materials and colors. We bought granite counter tops from her, then went back a few weeks later and purchased carpet for stairs in our house. People like Mary are an asset to have employed by any business. This store has a good selection of all kinds of materials for your home, from flooring to counter tops. It is very open and bright, making it easy to see the materials you are interested in. I have been in other Carpet Exchange stores in town and was not impressed by any of them so I was a little hesitant to go to another. Out of respect for our contractor I went and was very pleasantly surprised. You will be too if you try this store. I highly recommend anyone to go see Mary Kastler at this Carpet Exchange store.
We bought 8K in carpet and padding from them. We purchased the best padding they had in store but they installed a different, inferior quality padding. We complained about it over and over and they did nothing to make it right, even though the sales lady admitted it was the wrong padding. They do not stand behind what they sell. Awful experience! Be ware!
We couldnt be happier with our experience at Carpet Exchange. Unfortunately we started the process at a competitor, who provided us with terrible customer service. From Day 1 it was a night-and-day difference with Karen and the whole Carpet Exchange team. Karen helped us find exactly what we needed, provided us a pricing breakdown, ordered our samples and arranged an in-home inspection. The in-home inspector called us on his day off to schedule a time. He arrived on-time for the inspection, completed the measurements, and then even showed us how we could reduce the waste by rotating the carpet in a different direction.Once everything was measured, Karen provided clear direction on how we could pre-register for the financing options available, and scheduled the installation for a date that worked for us.The installers were a little optimistic in their estimated time of arrival, and estimate time to complete the installation, which was less than ideal. However, we appreciated that they also didnt try to rush the work. The installers were professional, did a great job, and left the home clean and free of damage. The carpet looks great, and when we are ready to do anything else in the home (hardwood, counter-tops, backsplash, etc...) we will be going directly to Carpet Exchange.
Everyone was great and Scott was so knowledgeable! He’s your guy for any flooring needs and questions for sure!
This year I purchased Wood Grain Tile for my living room it looks beautiful!Compliments from all who see it !
I have been so pleased with my Carpet Exchange experience. We were on a tight timeline to get carpet ordered and installed. Melody helped me pick the perfect carpet - she had me describe all of our color schemes and decor and sent me home with four samples ranging in price and patterns. After we settled on a carpet, they were very prompt in coming to measure, and she even offered to come measure on her day off so that we could meet our deadline. After they measured, we realized that we had over 500 more square feet than we had originally accounted for and therefore a much higher estimate. Melody worked with us on the price and labor, and helped us pick a less expensive carpet that was comparable in color and quality.Overall, they met our timing needs, they met our pricing needs, Melody was very responsive and friendly. We have a hardwood project next and will definitely be returning.
Great store, sales people and warehouse personnel were polite, helpful and very engaging. Brad, the store manager is extremely professional, runs the store exceptionally well and with great pride.
Rob and his team of amazing installers delivered on time and an installation that was perfect. Would recommend!
They discriminated against us for the color of our skin. When we entered the store we were just looked at and passed by the workers and when a white couple came in they were helped immediately. They were giving us side eyes and stares for no reason. Would not recommend coming here...
Okay service. Never called to tell me flooring was in and when I went to pick up I was told the loading crew already went home. Wouldn’t use them in the future.
This store works so hard to make sure they meet the customers expectations. It is a true pleasure to shop there. It is obvious they are plugged into their business. Great experiance
Rob was excellent at helping me match the carpet I needed for our commercial building, getting it ordered and keeping me up to date on the progress.
I love Carpet Exchange Highlands Ranch! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend it.
Very helpful and good pricing!
Awful service. Could never get a hold of our sales rep Steven. Carpet install took over 8 hours and was poorly installed. Had to have them come out 3 times to fix mistakes. I was able to pull up the carpet myself in multiple places. Carpet wasnt as think as we told it would be. This place doesnt deserve any stars. DONT GO HERE!!! Waste of time and money.
Updating my review from a 2 to a 5, after the debacle listed below we received a call from Greg, he was sincere in offering apologies and solutions. I appreciate that he didnt throw his team under the bus I was driving. He made us an offer that we felt was reasonable. The installers Luis Carreon and Jimmy Benavidez were professional, friendly, and quick. We ran into one issue that was going to result in additional fees and possibly not being able to complete the job. Luis had the needed items on his truck, and Terri picked up the cost.My new carpet is beautiful and walking on it is a dream come true!I couldnt be happier.Absolutely terrible experience for us. We originally went to the store in Parker, we spent a few days making a decision. Our sales person went home ill and was off for the next two days. We went back in on a Saturday after his days off. To be fair they were busy.He was assisting another client, we waited a few minutes and when he could not or would not acknowledge us we left.Bringing us to this store. We knew the carpet, the price, the square footage, pretty easy sale.We set up an appt. for installation. We made the final payment and were told we were all set for installation, they would have to pick up the carpet and might not start until 10:00 a.m.My husband took the day off, we moved all the small items, electronics, and a lot of the bigger stuff. I received a call ( with no message, to a secondary number) So we called at 9:40, we were told they were at the warehouse loading. Imagine my surprise when no one was here at 11:30. We called again and they were surprised, they werent here yet. At 12:30 we called again, and they said they would be here between 1 and 2. I called and spoke to Terri(sp) who assured me they would be here by 1 and they would finish the job today. She said the installer had called that morning and I didnt answer. I mentioned there was no message. I told her if they werent here by 1 we would be cancelling the order. I said I would call her back at 1.Needless to say, pretty frustrated by this time. When I called I got her voicemail. Our sales person called at 1:48 assuring us they had more than one crew coming( one from Dillon) at least an hour and a half from us.2 came and went as well as 3.At 3:10 we called again to cancel the order.I feel like I was lied to and placated all day, definitely an over promised and under delivered, oh wait make that NO DELIVERY!
The customer service at this location and at the next level of management is poor. The subcontractors they use to install hardwood couldnt care less about you-I was ignored (voicemails and text messages), he showed up late consistently (sometimes over 2 hours without calling me), installed the floors poorly (splintering, glue on my floors, exposed nail holes, and staple marks), and even installed boards that were manufactured incorrectly. The entire job was supposed to take a week and it took over 2 1/2 months to complete (it was only around 1,000 sq ft). You have to pay up front for the materials and the labor so you have very little recourse when the job is unsatisfactorily completed.
Very helpful with the planning, design and securing the tile and flooring we needed to complete our project!
This carpet exchange has a sub contractor whos name is Darrel or calahan construction.I helped him on 6 different jobs for carpet exchange. I never got paid Darrel just constantly tolde that carpet exchange would not pay him. Also while we were on the jobs Darrel would do things like sweep all the dust into heat vents and look thru customers stuff while we were on the job. So be careful carpet exchange must not run background checks on there sub crew. I guess these 6 customers should be happy that I dont think its fair to impose a mechanics lien on there when this isnt there fault. I have tried many time to speak with someone at carpet exchange to get help but no one will return my calls or emails. Customers beware
Tom Jensen TJ did an outstanding job presenting the materials and options to the HOA Board of Directors for 2 bathroom flooring remodels in a HOA clubhouse. The Board selected the Adura Max Carbon product & TJ did the rest. From scheduling the install, to all the detail items, (cove base, moldings, thresholds...) the project was done on time, on budget, install crew cleaned up and the Board of Directors was very pleased with the results. The only surprise was how well everything went Thanks TJ !
After getting a voicemail at 6:30am that the measurement will be done between 9:30-11am the next morning, we called back saying we had meetings and should be able to leave work and be home at 10am. When I arrived home at 10:05am, he was so rude to me saying I was making him late for other appointments that I told him he should just leave and go to the other appointments. I drove directly to the store to cancel the order. There are too many options for carpets and hardwood floors to deal with this terrible customer service.
Awful customer service and very rude company! Never will do business with them again. Go with a private company who is small and local.
Look elsewhere... sales seemed knowledgeable but provided horrible service other than when taking my deposit (once they got it, they never returned my multiple calls to schedule time to set up a measurement or installation).
Sales person and installers are professional as expected
Fantastic experience!
Good selection
