Customer service at this business is superb. I felt bad following the gentleman in as he opened for business and was only greeted with kindness. Sons iPad had a dead spot on screen and this store took my word of having previously used them for a similar repair and completed the repairs as warranty without a receipt. I will not hesitate to go here again in the future and highly recommend them.

My friend who is blind and has MS broke her screen. I took the phone to ifix to get the screen replaced. They were fast and seemed to do a good job. Because my friend used voice over, she began having problems in the operation of her phone. When not in accessibility mode the phone worked great. She contacted apple and they told her the problem seemed to be with the screen repair. We returned to ifix. The gentleman there was not sure what the problem could be, but took the phone and said give him two hours .When we return he handed her the phone. With a smile on his face he once again thank us for our business. And we thanked him for standing by his work. The phone is working great. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

After being brushed off by a local franchise about liquid glass screen protector and a cracked screen I was pretty bummed thinking I wasnt going to get a chance to use my warranty on that 50 dollar supposedly indestructible screen protector. He was very comforting, up front about price and even hooked me up with a new tempered glass protect. Also heard nothing but good things from other customers Im Tiffany square. Ths guy is very professional and as promised, it only took an hour. I will recommend Ifixit to evdryone!!!!

My trusty, sentimentally important, iPod fell in water; I thought it was done for. The ifix Repair team (Josie @ the counter & Julio in the shop) was pretty sure they could rescue it, & THEY DID!It took a bit longer than they first expected, but Julio wanted it RIGHT, not just “okay.” The final bill was very fair, too.In looking for a repair shop I had a few options, but ifix Repair had more reviews & nearly all were 5. I picked the right shop!!

Guy that repairs the phones is great, absolute no problem with his work or his prices. The girl who answers the phone on the other hand is rude. If you dont take her word as absolute you get hung up on. Not a great way to generate business.

Needed a new battery in my Galaxy S8. Phoned Ifix and was told to bring in the phone, no appointment needed. Arrived at the shop in 10 minutes and 40 minutes later walked out with a fresh battery installed. Total bill = $64.15. Great service done by very personable tech, Duncan. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a smartphone repair.

Initial post before service:Impressive first encounter. I called just to get an estimate on phone repair on Christmas, didnt expect anyone to answer I was just going to leave a message. Not only did he answer on Christmas but was very polite and told me I could call in the morning to get a specific quite. 40 bucks was the initial price for a battery replacement on A phone that doesnt have a removable battery. If he does what he says he can do and the quality of the repair is top notch hell receive 5 stars from me and save me about 400 dollars on a new phone.PS: I will update this post after repair.

Unbelievably fast and good. Replaced the battery in my s8 active in 21 minutes and at a fair price. All with a smiling and gracious attitude.Update. A year later my wifes phone had the same problem and the results of the visit were as good as the last.

I called at 3:54PM. When I asked what the shop hours were he told me they close at 4PM on Saturday. He asked me what I was up against (shattered phone screen). The entire repair was done in less than 30 minutes with such short notice. Would highly recommend and exceptional customer service!

Best service I have ever received from any company that does cell phones! Thirty minutes prior to visiting Ifix, another company could not even figure out the model of my phone I had and turned me away in 10 seconds. I fix fixed my phone within hours and was the most affordable experience I have ever experienced. To me their is no other place to go for cell phone repairs.

This is the only place I’m comfortable bringing my devises. He is VERY reasonable in price, always able to fix EVERYTHING and is pleasant to do business. I’ve recommended this location to my friends with IPhone/IPad issues and he never lets them down either.

In some ways I am hopeful that I will not need the services of this excellent repair shop again soon, but when I do, I feel good knowing that quick service and clear communication what I will get with my next repair. Since they could not fix my phone at their shop (though they initially tried to do so) my iPhone needed to be sent away to get the correct part. I was given a loaner iPhone while my original one was gone. When I came to pick up my repaired phone the price was the same as was quoted to me previously. The owners Duncan and Julio could not have given me a better experience, and the peace of mind I felt knowing that my phone was in capable hands was well worth the price. I highly recommend this store for such repairs.

I brought Duncan my Iphone 6s for the second time due to getting wet. He got it fixed in an hour for just over $100. Phone works perfect, hopefully, Ill get a couple more years out of it. This was the best solution to repair rather than to replace with a new phone at 5 times the price.

I rarely write reviews but this was such a slam dunk service it would be irresponsible not to tell the world. I brought my bruised and beaten iPhone to another service and was told it needed a new battery and screen. Estimate: $169. Brought it to IfixRepair and was told it needed a new battery, cost: $39 and then wed check the screen. Didnt need a new one. Phone works great for $39. Bam.
