I have come here for years because I deliver in the area and also love coffee. They have always been so sweet and have given me a home away from home when I need to get out of the cold or heat. They also have the best coffee (better than Starbucks). I could not thank these baristas and the manager enough for the consistent remarkable service. Keep up the good job guys! Caribou Coffee’s iced turtle mocha is a favorite. That drink is like a dessert in a cup. The baristas are always friendly, fast, and great at making drinks. The place is clean, spacious, and inviting.

Staff is friendly, asking if I was a member. It was my first visit. The beverage I ordered is tasty if a bit stronger on the coffee than I anticipated. However, I will test the theory of finding the right blend next time.

I had been looking for their orange cranberry scone since 2006. Its seasonal and not all stores carry it but this store did. It was impeccable a CD brought back memories of Sunday mornings relaxing at Caribou coffee sipping on my espresso and enjoying that scone. Simple but amazing

Since I moved to Englewood in May 2020, this location has become my #1 favorite coffee provider! Everyone is so nice and ever single drink is DELICIOUS. My go-to is Campfire Mocha with milk chocolate, but you can also choose white or dark chocolate. Yum!

Just moved to CO and have been here two times. Both times there is no paper towels in the bathroom and the WIFI is dial up speed so you cannot get any work done. The staff acknowledge the poor WIFI but said they can’t do anything about it.

Caribou coffee is definitely a step up above Starbucks & leagues above Dunkin. Whenever my local shops are closed Caribou is my number one go to. For a chain cafe you seriously can’t beat the quality, flavor & amazing customer service!! (Especially this location!)

Caribou is not my favorite coffee establishment, but their customer service is always top notch. They have a wide variety of drinks and food and a very cozy atmosphere.

I am happy to report that this location at Old Hampden and Hwy 285 has finally reopened after a car ran into the side of it earlier this fall and caused extensive damage. The staff here have always been so positive and wonderful and it was good to see them again and enjoy the best mocha latte and cinnamon coffee cake in town.

This place has great service and delightful food. One of the best restaurant around here. The drinks and food came out quickly and the prices are fair. Recommended.

Good coffee. Great staff. From the perspective of getting a little work done while having your coffee, its below average. The Internet connectivity is extremely slow and the community tables, while quaint, are a bit high for working on a laptop. Power outlets are a little hard to come by, but youll find most of them just below waist height along the glass walls.

Love this very convenient location near Cherry Hills Village. Staff is very helpful and very friendly. Food is always prepared well and served in a timely manner. This location is also small and very cozy. Feels really pleasant from the moment you walk in.

They have loads of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options on the menu here, in terms of food. They also have a great cold brew! They are right by the hospital so you would think they would open at 5am like Starbucks - that is my one complaint. I wish they opened earlier.

The two working today are organized as heck and work as a great team! Rare find in most businesses these days. I just watched them do a huge call ahead order too. I appreciated happy people in the morning

Just like all the other Caribou coffee shops. Which is not a bad thing. Always had great service, competitive pricing, and for coffee.At this location. The shop was clean, sofa chairs were comfy, and staff was friendly. Location is a bit out is the way to get too. But its easy to spot off of Hampden.

I like their coffee here, better than other coffee chains.Taste, smell and much better flavor than the hype brand, Starbucks. The staff was great, and really helpful. The baristas allowed time out of their busy rush hour, for my adult severe autistic son, to place his own order, with his talking tablet equipment. It means a great deal to him, to be able to do this. And they were very helpful. Great staff. Please keep up the outstanding work.

I absolutely love this store. The coffee is top notch and the food is great. What keeps me coming back, however, is the service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They remember your drink (and you) and are always cognizant of your time. I can always make coffee at home, so personalized service is extremely important to keep me coming in. Coming to Caribou is an experience -- a fun atmosphere, supportive people, great products and a focus on you.

Stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast sandwiches for the road. Had three pretty simple orders: one bacon egg and cheese sandwich with one egg, one bacon egg and cheese sandwich with two eggs, one sausage egg and cheese with two eggs. They made them very quickly which was great but when I asked which was which they had no idea. Not only did they not know, but the person putting together the order completely didn’t add bacon or sausage to any of the sandwiches nor did he add the extra eggs. What appeared to be the manager handed me the fixed order and when I asked again which one was which she threw her hands in the air and said we don’t “mark our sandwiches here” As though it literally was the most difficult thing in the world to do. I thought about asking if she thought it might make their customers lives easier if they considered this VERY SIMPLE practice but she was clearly annoyed I even asked so figured I should just let it go and remember to just go somewhere else next time.

Caribou needs to be part of the solution instead of being part of the problem during this pandemic. I go to this location regularly and recently noticed that customers are being allowed inside without masks, potentially harming the rest of us. Ive seen so many other businesses ask people to leave if they are not wearing a mask but not Caribou. They have a sign on the door that says masks are reccomended while most other places are doing their part and requiring them or no service will be provided. Shame on you Caribou for not protecting your employees and other customers.

I really love Caribou. Honestly, if it were as accessible as Starbucks, I would go to Caribou over Starbucks any day. The coffee is roasted a lot more consistently and in general tastes like a better cup of coffee than what Starbucks can offer. I only wish there were more locations so I could visit as easily as I can Starbucks.

I truly miss this place and am sad Im no longer anywhere close to it. Parking was sometimes an issue but overall not too bad, staff were always friendly and drinks were consistent and good. Even though it wasnt the most convenient coffee place for me, it was always my preferred place to go. I always look forward to visiting when Im back in CO!

If I could have put zero stars I would. Not flexible with coffee orders or food orders. To get a breakfast sandwich on one of the other bagels displayed you have to purchase the breakfast sandwich and other bagel and combine them yourself. I wanted a cold brew coffee with some sea salt and they only had specific coffees and was non flexible on taste. The blackberry cold brew is awful. No options. Not flexible. Highly disappointed and won’t be coming back

I love carribou coffee. Preferably over Starbucks. Their cinnamon swirl coffee cake is the best!

Very honest people

The drinks are great, but some of the workers do a better job. I go there often and many times the bathrooms are dirty or out of supplies. The mens room doesnt lock, and there are flies and cobwebs in the lounge area. The owners should keep a better eye on this since many times the employees just sit around and have their friends visit them at work while they could be taking better care of the place.

I grew up in Minnesota and we had Caribou Coffees everywhere! I worked there for several years in high school. I was super shocked when I saw this one as I had no idea there were any in Colorado. You better believe I stopped and have been here several times since I discovered it. Great coffee and of course great atmosphere!

Can get pretty busy most days, not a lot of seating space always available between 8am and 12pm. Service is good in location is convenient. Parking can be cramped if there a lot of people in the store.

Lots of room to work or chat. Love that they still have comfy chairs to relax in. Fancy coffees can run on the sweet side. Smoothies are good too.

If you like chocolate and white “chocolate” flavored coffee drinks this is the place for you! However, don’t expect it to be fast, friendly or inexpensive.

I am going to piss some people off but this place has way better coffee than starbucks. Nice location and friendly staff. Even when they are super busy in the morning they do not neglect the customers.
