Couldn’t even get a receipt for items shipped and the price she quoted me was off by 600 dollars from the real price.

My son, who was working in Quebec, Canada, lost his keys for his home in Ontario. I had a second set with me in Florida. We were referred to Parcels Plus by a competitor who did not ship to Canada. Were provided with exceptional, above and beyond service, by both the front line employee for Parcels Plus on Placida Road in Englewood, Fl and the driver for Fed Ex. We are very grateful to these people for their assistance. Thanks to you both. Your efficiency and kindness was more than appreciated.

This company will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. I sent a package to my grandchildren (twins), for their birthday, and it was important to me that they receive it on their special day. I asked five times if the package would be delivered on that day and was assured and reassured it would. Well, guess what? It wont be delivered for two days after their birthday. When I called the store she refused to do anything about it. Pretty much - sorry for your luck. If she would of told me from the start I would have shipped it a different way. No package delivered when I requested and no refund for their mistake. You may say mistakes happen, but she knew what she was doing....... I will never use them again. $32.00 to ship a 14 x 14, 8lb box that took almost a week to get there. Really????

Closed at 10:30 on a Saturday. Not available when listed, on google and the office door, they would be open.

I got way more than shipping services here. The person behind the counter went way beyond what I expected. Very friendly. I wanted to stay just to talk.

I dont usually write any ratings but this time i feel the urge to do so. I was at the shop and not very familiar with the rates. The owner is a very nice and friendly lady. She helped me to get just what i wanted.I absolutely recommend this store and its great service!

Best service in town. The new owner is very helpful and get the best options for my shippings. Also I could do all my notary here. Especially as the owner speaks also German, makes it easier for me.
