Its a small store, very nice. My one issue was an employee told me my watch is Solar. So I didnt need a new battery. Its not solar, Ive had it for 15 years

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a vintage 14k gold diamond watch that was my mothers, I needed to have a link put back in. The beginning of March they sent it to Chicago. I never received a phone call after 8 weeks so I stopped by the store. They had NO idea where my watch was? Panicked, and in tears, they promised to find out the next where my watch was. No tracking, Chicago sent it to New Jersey because it was a Hamilton watch and it being vintage. Again no tracking, no phone call! The repair shop in New Jersey, which was the Hamilton watch company, apparently couldnt put the link in either? New Jersey was suppose to send it back to Kays rush delivery by FedEx. No tracking! Two weeks later my watch finally was back in the Englewood Kays! That was in mid June! I took the watch to another jewelry store and the link is in! Never again will I trust any of my jewelry with them.

I stopped on here to have my ring and necklace charm inspected. They are very nice, helped me right away and answered all my questions. I even got to see my items enlarged on a screen while she was cleaning them. I didnt get this pleasure at the Kays I usually visit.
