Just finished talking to an very off-putting woman. I wanted to get 7 hats embroidered with a custom logo for a trip I’m going on in a month. Asked for a price and she laughed. Granted, I’ve never done this before and don’t know what an “embroidery” file is, the entire exchange made me feel like I was wasting her time. Snide laughs, pompous attitude, I hung up because I decided someone like that doesn’t deserve my time or business. I work in customer service and marketing, an attitude like that is never a good thing. They probably do good work, but who cares when the lady you speak to makes you want to hang up.

By far the best and most reasonably priced embroidery experience we have had. The digitization of our logo was about half of what other shops charge and they did a wonderful job color matching to get it as exact as possible. Everyone is so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Cathy, Aliya, Roger and Terri always welcome us and make sure that we are totally satisfied with their work. We recently got masks with our logo and names on them and have had so many wonderful comments as well as clients and friends who want their own. We dont usually sell merchandise, but have now had multiple orders for our branded masks!

The whole staff was fantastic. They were able to embroider two chef’s coats in just a few days before a holiday weekend. I received quotes from competitors that would have taken twice the time and at an extra 50% cost. I’ll be back with more product for embroidery and logos soon.

Don’t go anywhere else for your embroidery needs. Aside from their exceptional quality, the owners and staff are professional, timely and care about their work. I’ve been using them for several years and am disappointed I haven’t written a review earlier. Stop by, Cathy will take care of you!
