Ordered two LEGO sets from these guys back on 11/2/21. Order was changed to shipped with FedEx tracking, but it still hasnt been received and the FedEx tracking looks like it wasnt sent. No additional communication from the company as to where my order is. Phone number gets a general message that the phone cannot take messages and to call back. Cannot respond to the e-mail address without a bounce back that e-mail is not valid. Everything points to a bad organization.

Such a great find and highly recommended for anyone interested in hobby/gaming products! They have top selling products for a great price, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars easy!

I thought that I shared my review when I first found this place but looks like I didnt -- sorry to the crew at this great shop!This is a fantastic hobby shop for builders/collectors of models, board/table games and TCGs. The shop itself is clean and inviting. I have stopped in multiple times with my wife and we always find something to look at and/or buy. I primarily go for the wonderful Pokemon card selection but they also have great anime collectibles to purchase. Ive been able to find some sold out Pokemon sets/boxes here and was happy that I wasnt gouged on the price! All items are priced in the perfect range. This shop is my go-to and they will continue to see me coming in! Highly recommended!

I ordered liquid green stuff from Amazon twice and the order has been messed up both times. The first time I got just an empty envelope and the second time was from saga concepts and I got staplers for some reason. So frustrating.Edit: so this isn’t from you?Or are you saying Amazon holds your stuff and the package it and send it out?

Saga concepts is the gaming store ive been looking for! There arent many near me in Bergen county, and Saga has a large selection of Warhammer, and Pokemon. The staff was very friendly and even gave me a discount as a new customer! I will be back for sure. thanks stephen and Saga

Place is super inviting. There aren’t many hobby stores in the area so I was thrilled when I came across this place. They always have Pokemon cards in store and Steven even gave me a card sleeve to put a rare card in when I opened a pack inside. Its the little things that count :) Amazing store, definitely will be coming back again

Came across this game shop when I was meeting my friend at the next door Azuma Ramen place. Was surprised to see such store in the neighborhood. It is really a nice store, there were some very friendly people playing card games - and it was really nice to meet the business proprietor - Stephen. Very friendly, soft spoken, gentle guy that is really easy to talk to. There were mixtures of RPG items with some Japanese anime items - for some funny reason - Pokemon merchandise came into my mind even though there were diverse but comprehensive items that were being sold - from Warhammer figurines (and paint kits) to Japanese Anime and Game figurines (I saw some pretty impressive One Piece collections). I was delighted that they do have a good selection of tabletop board games at reasonable price ranging from Splendor to Arkham Horror and many others such as Pandemic.It is really a nice and comfortable place, I was on some sort of sugar rush so I was a little bit hyper and say the craziest thing but the people there were super nice to tolerate me. Got some commander decks from the store. Quick and kind. It was one of the best experiences with a gaming community I have had.

Very friendly and helpful staff. So good to have a store close by.

If you want Warhammer 40K or Age of Sigmar stuff this is the place. They have great price and Teg is super friendly.
