In town for a wedding and this golf cart rental from Thoroughbred Golf Carts was the BEST thing we did!! I cannot say enough good things about the experience from beginning to end. The staff at TGC were fantastic and accommodating. The communication was flawless! We didn’t rent a car like others in our group and everyone was jealous of our golf cart when they were walking and we were carting! We WILL rent from them again when we are in the area. We just purchased a custom golf cart from TGC that was based on refitting an older Club Car chassis. TPG worked with us every step of the way from sourcing the older cart, to designing the look of the finished product. The cart drive was converted to AC with lithium ion batteries, resulting in a significant improvement in performance and range. We cant say enough about Dana, David and the team at TGC. I have been going to TG carts for 15 years. I knew nothing about golf carts when I started and they took me from the ground up always making helpful suggestions. Our cart is very well used and definitely not new. We use it for our business and it gets a work out. Whenever it needs service we just call Thoroughbred and they come out (usually same day) and either fix it on the spot or take it to their shop and have it back in too working shape ASAP. And the price is always more than fair and reasonable. They are also a family owned and run business and they are great leaders in our community. Can’t say enough awesome things about Thoroughbred Golf Carts!

DO NOT USE!!! Poor customer service. We rented several carts at one time. Had issues with half of them. One wouldnt even take a charge anymore 2 days into our vacation. When we called, they couldnt get a replacement out until the next day. They never even offered to refund anything for the one day lost. Then to top it off, they came a whole day early to pick up the carts. Our verbal agreement and understanding was different than what THEY ended up putting on paper and of course it was signed. We asked to talk to the person that set up our rental, he was conveniently on vacation.Piss poor customer service. I will forever stay true to the local BG cart rentals. Never again TGC!!!
