Drove from Montbello to get my daughters violins restrung and was so glad we made the drive! The employee we worked with was very knowledgeable and was able to get my daughters violins restrung quickly. Definitely worth the drive!
Bought a Williams keyboard for my daughter. Great experience. Everyone was friendly and the keyboard is very nice.
I rented a saxophone for my kid for school, and no complain about the instrument. However, when school was closed because of COVID, we no longer need it. The store was closed of course, nobody answered the phone. I left a message on their website asking about returning, nobody ever replied me, they just continued to charge my credit card.
Music & Arts on Lone Tree is far superior to this location. Thought Id try this store since its a little closer to my home. The employee I dealt with today treated me like a total inconvenience. Going back to Lone Tree.
Went in looking for an amp and the staff were super cool and knowledgeable in helping me make the right choice. Will definitely be considering them for lessons in the future.
They couldnt make what I needed...custom sized canvas, but it seemed like a decent art supply store. I liked it better than the Utrecht chain, one of which is across the street.
Highly recommend this place had a wonderful experience!I have 6th grader playing percussion this year and they were extremely helpful in getting us set up with a rental kit for him that has everything he needs for class! They also offer classes!! Shout out to the employee Corey thanks for your help!
My daughter takes violin lessons from Erin and she rented her violin from here. Erin is great at communicating and gives out a schedule for makeup lessons. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
Decent sheet music selection. They do repairs but send the instrument off for them to be done. Double check the repair receipt as mine was overcharged by $120.00. They did fix the error, but only after I argued 3 times with the workers. Satisfactory but not my first choice. I do love the accessory selection though.
Ive had great experiences the two times Ive visited this store. The most recent time I visited I got my banjo restrung and tuned which was done very well.
By any means, do not lease an instrument here. Recently leased a violin to have a professional outfit that I could actually afford as a full time musician. They did not notify me that my card information changed on file and proceeded to overcharge me $337.00 dollars for three months of an unpaid bill. A bill that should have been directly withdrawn from my existing checking account as it was doing previously for over a year. Prior to that happening the GM mentioned that I fully paid for the instrument three months ago in person as a confirmation. I highly guess the general manger did not check her records throughly. Went in to discuss at a later date to ask for a receipt of the instrument purchase. Apparently this had to be notified through Music and Arts billing to receive the receipt. Still have not acquired that receipt through email for over a month. What I dont understand is why the GM of the music store can not release the receipt to me in person who initially sold the instrument to me as well. I have to have this information for my tax purposes this upcoming tax season for being a private music instructor. Still have not received an email of fulfilling payment of the instrument. I will no longer support this company and its partners. I will not recommend this place to any of my students and will continue to send them to local music companies that care about their customers.
Horrible customer service. Have been dealing with a billing issue for over a year. Their employee screwed up, I sent them the proof, and yet they still tried to send me to collections. And I’m still out the money. Each time I’ve tried to communicate with them, it’s always that they will give me a call back and they never do. Because of this, I plan on trying to protect people from this company. Because if there is a mistake, they like to screw you.
It is the worst and cheating place. Be care full if your children miss the class. We had a very bitter experience. Skyler the violin teacher who failed to take 3 violin classes in the month of May. The store manager and Eric who agreed us to compensate the classes in the month of July. We went and asked them for compensation class. They dont have any reports and not maintained the proper records for missing classes. They are treating us as an animals not even communicate with us properly. We had been to store more than 3 times and they are not responding to our query and also not even call back us to update the scenario. They discriminate the people based on Nation.
Extremely patient staff. Good selection for rentals. Helpful with all parts of the transaction.
Just walked in the store, not a customer in sight, 4 employees huddled and not one spoke to me or offered assistance. I headed to leave and asked are you too busy to assist a customer? They said no but I still was not offered assistance
Today I called the sister store guitar center looking for Hal Leonards key stickers for all keyboards. They stated they did not have it but that Music & arts center would. I called your location in Englewood asking for that specific product. I spoke to Garret on the phone; he stated they had the exact product I was looking for. I drove 35 minutes to pick up said product. When I arrived no one greeted me instead a man stood in a corner looking at products (leading me to believe he was a customer) and a random voice coming from underneath the counter by the registers but no person standing there. I proceeded to look around from my product which was no where to be seen. Finally I approached the man seeing if he knew who could help me. Turns out it was Garret himself, at which point he pulled out the exact opposite product I drove 35 mins looking for telling me that is all they had. Turns out the voice behind the counter was an employee talking about fighting someone on her personal phone during work hours instead of helping me.The customer service at this location is awful. If he would have paid attention to me on the phone I could have drove 2 mins to get the same thing he had me drive 35 mins for. Also if the other employee wasnt bringing her personal problems and dealing with them on company time I wouldnt have had to walk around the store looking for a product I didnt even need.
Excellent service and knowledgeable. Its easy to find what you want.
Easy rental and return for a school instrument.
We had a good experience here with instrument rental and the staff is friendly. Well return!
