I’m new to Colorado and needed to find a place for my herbal needs. Holistic Pathways did not disappoint. The owner Laura is so polite and helpful. She has an abundance of herbs, tinctures, powders, etc. and every time I come in I want to try something new! And the juices are amazing, especially the Steel Gut shot. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!

This place is incredible. The staff is super knowledgeable, the products are high quality and well priced, the juice is delicious as well! I go there for all my herbal needs and a juice as a treat! Great spot for pregnant and new mamas as well to get herbal support for various situations!

Caitlin came to my home for postpartum care with warm oils, patience, herbs and tender massage therapy. She came loaded with all the things for comfort and warmth. Laura sent custom herbs tailored to heal my postpartum issues. They both listened and gave suggestions to make me feel comfortable and well.Caitlin attentively checked in each visit for concerns and celebrated my body’s healing form. She gave me tips to support myself between visits, made sure I was fed and had a hot Herbal soak at the end of each session. I have three children and this was the only pregnancy I was able to get this care. I feel much more completely healed and ready to deal with babies day in and day out. I highly recommend these treatments! Liver life was a wonderful boost after having baby.

Great place to find all the herbs you need

I had the privilege of working at this amazing apothecary for a year and apprenticing under Laura Matthews. I’ve probably shopped at every apothecary in the greater Denver area, and I have to say, Holistic Pathways is by far the best. Laura stocks way more western herbs than most of the other apothecaries and also includes some Chinese and Ayurvedic herbs. The stock of organic, hand made, tinctures is the biggest I’ve ever seen and I love knowing that all of her herbs come from reputable and, often local, sources. Laura has over 20 years of knowledge working as an herbalist and is always my first go to with any questions about how herbs can support and impact my health and wellness. I definitely recommend visiting the shop for all of your herbal needs.

Yesterday was my first time into Holistic Pathways and couldn’t believe what I had been missing. I felt immersed in a beautiful, cozy, well curated space filled with amazing herbal medicine and offerings. It is apparent Laura has put her heart into this space. PLUS, she has built a stunning juice bar, offering 50% off before the shop’s weekend and has a couple spaces for teachings and wellness practices. A new favorite gem, can’t wait to return.

Great find! I had a cold and have a ton of stress due to college classes, they suggested some tinctures and a cold and flu tea. Made me feel so much better. My stress level is still up but the tinctures help. Just dont mix them with your coffee... my bad. Tea is the way to go.

I was an intern at holistic pathways since January and Laura is one of the most humbled, sweet souls I have meant. She is so knowledgeable and I have learned so much in her shop from herbal medicine, on how to take inventory etc etc. Her shop is such a safe space for all and she surely knows how to make everyone feel welcomed. Not to mention her Dailydose Juice bar is a bonus to it all as well. Juice is so yummy!!!

I have met many physicians in my time due to health challenges that both myself and my son struggle with daily. The herbalist Laura, at Holistic Pathways, was more compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and motivated than 90% of Physicians I have ever met. For the first time in a very long time I have enough energy to make it through lunch without needing to lie down. My migraines are gone, heart palpitations have ceased, and overall well-being has improved drastically. I wish I had pursued this option 15 years ago, but I am glad I know about it now.

Great taste. Good for stomach ailments

Ive been working with Laura for over a year now when I first visited her during a life crisis, and nothing else was working, including prescription drugs. The herbs she has provided me have made a huge difference in my health and mood. With some of them I can feel an immediate improvement.There have been several times Ive gone to her while in distress, and Laura could not be more patient, kind, and caring. Actually, her skills are far above the average talk therapist. Shes almost like a detective in asking the right questions, and offers feedback with great sensitivity and understanding. She is a wealth of knowledge and her personal mission is to promote health.Lauras business partner is a holisitc doc, and they work together beautifully --I dont need to coordinate my care or give messages myself.Laura is a lovely, caring person and truly radiates good mental and physical health. Its always an inspiration to see her, and I always know she is right about her advice because it shows in her own excellent health.Lauras assistant in the clinic, Tess, is also a doll and very helpful. Ive found that these herbs have made a drastic difference in my health --and I did not expect that.

Her massages are ah-mazing! Laura is kind and compassionate and really cares about her clients. Her shop is super cute and I always find the best gifts for my mama friends.
