I was choosing paint for my guest room and made a few stops to find the perfect color. There is a young lady that works at the Englewood, Ohio location that is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and patient with me through this process. So happy to know I can go and receive such a high level of customer service. Keep this employee, give her a raise, a promotion. She deserves it as she is wonderful!

Needed a quick quart of older color and they were able to give us that in < 10 minutes. Project complete!

Safe and clean during Covid for all your painting needs/help. Got a gallon matched from an empty over 3 years ago and they disposed of the dried out can. Great product at great prices and a knowledgeable staff.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they really make the process easy. Sherwin Williams paint is the best, its all I use now. Duration is amazing, scrubbable, holds up well, doesnt fade, covers nicely. Ive tried every brand but keep coming back to SW. Its not inexpensive but they have good sales and Im always happy with the end result.

You want paint and supplies get them here little high priced but wouldnt go to big box stores and by paint with Sherwin Williams name but not the paint

My husband and I begin using Sherwin Williams when we bought our home in 2017. We love the Cashmere Medium Lustre which has made our ceilings and door trim stand out. We will continue to use this product and will purchase again as we focus on the outside of our home.

Normally no problems at Sherwin Williams but recently I have had multiple terrible experiences here, not a good staff. Seemed like they didnt even care when you arent that knowledgeable on what you need. Showed up three seperate times trying to get paint that they said was on order and would be delivered by that time. Didnt even tell me where I could get the paint, when I know there are multiple sherwin locations in the area(didnt even a make a call for me) just started helping the other customer. Was so frustrated I left, drove 20 minutes away to a Differerent Sherwin Williams location and was in and out of there in 10 min, not to mention they helped me with all my questions no problem.

Greeted when I got to the counter. I dont like to be shouted a greeting when I enter a store! I knew what I wanted and needed and was taken care of immediately.

Maria at the ENGLEWOOD Ohio store is very knowledgeable and so friendly.

Called in for pricing and part numbers on 7 items. The S-W employee asked us to hold so he could check out other customers and rushed us off the phone. We are purchasing thousands of dollars of merchandise from this store and he would not give us 5 minutes to put the order together. I will use the Trotwood store from now on. Their customer service far surpasses the Englewood store.
