We had our new swim spa delivered near the end of May. As soon as we got it up and running, we realized the lights weren’t working. We were also not even given an owner’s manual that explained the control panel. I called to ask about a) fixing the lights, b) getting an actual manual (the person on the phone told me the company didn’t make detailed manuals-really?), and c) getting some safe exterior steps. I have never received a call back. I finally went to another store to purchase steps. I am hoping that this store will at least fix the lights.

We ordered a hot tub from Everything Hot Tubz. It was delivered quite a lot later than originally promised, the electrician wed talked about their supplying didnt materialise (although, having read another reviewers experience with them, maybe thats not such a bad thing), and it was supplied minus filters, filter baskets and a manual. The installers took down our fence to get the tub in but didnt spend the extra few minutes required to put it back together. Look elsewhere.

Although I have enjoyed my hot tub, my experience with Everything Hot Tubz has been less than stellar. The electrician that was recommended by the company did not get the permit that was required, and when I reached out to him to help me to get the permit and inspection (that he should’ve gotten), he went dark. Additionally, the night before delivery and installation, he called me to nearly double the price for running the electric. Also, I was asked to go on a monthly maintenance plan for chemicals, which I did, and when I left a message that I no longer wanted the plan since I got a local maintenance service with another company, they are still charging me. By the way, I have never received the chemicals that they are charging me for. The final straw is when I had a maintenance issue with my 3 month old hot tub and left a picture and message for the owner, I got no acknowledgment or return phone call. I invested over $10k for this hot tub. I would not recommend this company.

1. Did not deliver on hot tub as promised. 2. terrible follow up, repeatedly. These guys would not honor my contract and said Im sorry Andy but because of our current allocation we cant give anything away at this time. an 80% increase on the price of a similar but nicer tub is not a reasonable discount. Ive ordered elsewhere.

My family and I recently purchased a hot tub from Everything Hot Tubz! So glad we decided to go with this company. Ed and all the employees were professional and very knowledgeable! They provided impeccable service. Any questions or concerns we had, they were right there to assist. They were able to get us the perfect tub for our home and we are thoroughly enjoying it!!

Bought my used tub here. Everything still working great. However, on two occasions purchasing chemicals and filters at this location a worker who I assume is the owner (guy with a red beard) has no idea how to talk to or treat customers. He is extremely rude and stand offish and talks to you like you’re stupid or inconvenienced by your questions or concerns. I’ll be purchasing my chemicals and filters elsewhere from now on. ✌️

I don’t even know where to begin our experience has been so terrible. First we were probably the easiest sale they have ever had, I’m very decisive so our whole trip was probably no more then 20 min and we purchased a used tub. We were promised that he would have it fixed up to where it would “look like new”. I was not expecting that as we were buying used so was very pleased to hear. The tub was delivered and looked like no one had even wiped the thing out so that was obviously a sales gimmick. When we got it up and running we quickly figured out that the blower was not replaced like they said it would be so some of the jets didnt work and several of the lights were also out, not to mention we had no pillows and the clips to hold down the cover were all smashed. We called about these issues and were told it would be corrected, that was 5 months ago now and have yet to be fixed. We have called the store at least 8 times and my husband has stopped by twice and every time has been told they would be fixed but to date NONE of these issues have been corrected. We ended up buying our own pillows for the tub just so we could enjoy it. With the high winds in our area not having the clips to hold the cover down has been TERRIBLE. We are not going to rip the entire exterior off and build our own because the one delivered was so trashed it’s embarrassing. To date I don’t believe they have contacted us once despite our numerous calls and it almost seems like they are screening our calls at this point. I would say that if you offer a 90 day period where issued raised are promised to be addressed then you should probably honor that promise. It feels like we were scammed into buying a subpar tub and HIGHLY recommended If you are looking to buy a hot tub that you look elsewhere or plan on being lied to and throwing your money away.

I literally went to 4 people before I came to these guys and I’m so glad I did. We went shopping to see prices and I promise you they have the best prices in Denver. Not only THR best prices but they also have it arriving before any other place also. The guys are very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely feeling very happy and confident with my purchase. They also explained the servicing for the hot tub very well. Don’t waste time going anywhere else. If I could give them more than 5 stars I really would

Didnt buy, came in with almost closing time. They were very nice 👌. The pictures on Google made the store look very big, I think that was from a convention. Not a bad display set up. Prices seem to be the same in the area. We were told that they do not pay for the crane and said no store does that for insurance purposes. We just came from a store in Highlands Ranch and was told that the crane and delivery was included in the swim spa price of $21k. So we decided to pass when we knew that wasnt true.

We shopped around but brought one here. We got a great value on a super hot tub. They are very proactive on the service side and truly care about customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a phenomenal shopping experience.

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. It is a four person tub. The jets are nice and the lights and waterfall work as stated. Easy to set up also. I received my hot tub 3 days after ordering and it is not too bad delivery time. Thank you Everything Hot Tubz!

I stopped in today to check the place out and was pleasantly surprised. Aside from knowing I want one, I knew nothing about hot tubs/spas. Mike was super generous with his time and that man knows his tubs. Walked out all amped up and excited because he not only had the right tub, he also had answers to all the intangibles (electrical, placement, delivery, setup) that I didnt even think about. Legit experience to say the least!

They have always proven helpful and honest, steering me in the right direction in purchasing our perfect spa. The spa is awesome and beautiful! Lots of review on here already. The team did a good job, and I was able to obtain a price quote ahead of time through email. They gave us a good deal on a brand new one. Havent had a single problem on purchasing, delivery and installation. Everyone was always nice and friendly. A truly professional company.

In December of 2018, I went to use my hot tub and realized it stopped working as the water temperature was in the 80s. I called Everything Hot Tubz and they were friendly and informative over the phone regarding having someone come out and fix my tub. At the end of our conversation, I asked if they had swim spas as I had been researching them, and they did. I was even invited to demo one on the showroom floor. A few days later, we went for a demo and spoke with Mike. Mike was fantastic. He took the time to inform us of the differences in their line ups, asked us about the space we would potentially have it installed, and then let us swim. It was amazing. We did some more research on the Passion Spas line up, and pulled the trigger. Armando came out to our house to view the area for the sake of installation. A week later, we had a swim spa flying over our house via a crane and into our backyard. The whole experience from the initial inquiry, to the purchase and the install went swimmingly. We have had it for 6 months now and not one issue. I swim about 4 days a week. To be honest, because I lift weights a few days a week, I havent really lost weight, but my body has definitely transformed! We love it. However, be prepared for an increase in your electric bill, even if youre used to having a regular hot tub. I highly recommend Everything Hot Tubz. Mike, Armando, Eddie and the rest of the crew are great to work with.

My wife and I had a great purchase experience. We have never owned a hot tub. Mike was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Hot tub was delivered and dropped where we wanted it by the delivery crew and were very friendly. Hot tub did not come with one of the options that was promised in the original purchase. Contacted Mike and he took care of within two weeks they were able to install the missed option in the tub. I would recommend Everything Hot Tubz if you are in the market.

This was by far the easiest and best experience I have had buying a hot tub, and I have purchased three. Mike made everything very clear, and the only small negative was it took a little longer for delivery than we had originally anticipated (no doubt due to the shear number of orders). The delivery crew was AMAZING. I have a rather small spot for the tub, and to access they needed to go down a narrow hill into my back yard. No problem for these pros. Really a great group of people to deal with and you wont be able to beat their prices. Oh, and by the way, the VITA spa is terrific. We are in it 4 nights a week. I cant say enough good things about Everything Hot Tubz.

She listened intently and asked questions to be sure she understood what I am trying to say. A complete professional with loads of patience. It is clear that they value their customers! We were accidentally overcharged for a product but when it was brought to their attention, they took care of it very quickly (went above and beyond).

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. Armando is the owner and we had them come out and “fix” a FLO error. 2 weeks later it is broken again with the same FLO error. We have these guys a chance and called them 2 times at 8AM and left messages. They never called us back. We called again when we got off work at 5:55PM- after they NEVER even had the courtesy to call back. Armando answered and was completely rude. Did not even spend the time to listen to what was wrong. Interrupted me several times. And then basically said he was closed and hung up. Acted like this was our problem. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business. Take your money somewhere else. This guy is a complete idiot with zero customer service skills.

We have owned our swim spa for 8 months. Recently, our control panel went out. No problem, still under warranty, right? Well for the part it is. But I guess I didn’t spend enough for them to come out and replace the part. Either my husband does it himself or we pay them $195 for the service call.

Eddy and Armando are awesome. My parents and I each bought a MAAX hot tub from them a little over a year ago, and we couldnt be happier. They were both incredibly knowledgeable in answering questions up front, but also once the hot tub was installed. Im a big shopper, so I went to numerous stores, spoke to numerous sales reps, and reviewed pricing everywhere. They had great pricing, and again, were so helpful throughout the process. The install was quick and easy, and the instructions that they gave were spot on.During the cold months of December and January, I forgot to check on the tub for a while, and our circuit breaker switched. Definitely my fault. I found my hot tub empty, and thought that the pipes has frozen. Eddy gave me specific instructions on what to do, and scheduled a service appointment for the following day. After following his instructions, the hot tub was back up and running with no issues, and the call wasnt even needed.On another occasion, the electrical for my speakers was slightly faulty, and they had a gentlemen come out, free of charge, and replace the faulty piece within about 10 minutes.I owe these guys big time, and I am incredibly thankful for the continued customer service, long after the purchase. I highly recommend buying a hot tub from them, and will be recommending them to friends and family for years to come.

We just recently had a very negative experience while out doing our research for hot tubs in the denver area. Aqua Spas is a shady company with a cheap product. It was night and day when I spoke with Mike Coleman at Everything Hot Tubz. He gave me all the information good and bad about different components and really listened to my wife and I. We bought an American Whirlpool Tub from him and he has followed up twice already. The quality is amazing and Mike really knows his stuff. He made a very tough and lengthy process much easier. This was my bucket list item since my childhood that just had to be checked off. And our salesman, was really great when we visited EHT. He was no pressure, very informed and ultimately gave me a price I could feel good about. Zero regrets!

I went to another place first and did not feel I had all items explained. I drove down and talked with Ed. He walked me through all the different options. There was a hard sell. He encouraged me to have a good think and talk with my wife and make sure I made the best decision. At the end their tub was larger with more jets and still within my budget. Their install team did a great job as well getting it into my back yard. I would totally recommend their team for any folks interested in a new tub.

My only problem with Everything Hot Tubz is why did I wait so long to purchase a swim spa. Mike Coleman really took his time educating us and put my fears to rest about maintenance and chemical usage. Eddy kept us on track with our accounting and financing and you will not believe what an artist Armando is in placing your spa. You cant go wrong with Everything Hot Tubz!!

We’re so happy that we found a company that will help us to fix our hot tub issue. The service tech was very professional and smart. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. I’d definitely use them again.

Dont trust these guys. They wont show when they say they will and when your tub freezes, youll be out $1000 for them to fix it. They require a card to make a reservation and when you call to cancel it, they conveniently wont find the cancellation request and charge you. Low integrity company that has reasonably competent service guys but it is run by crooks has been my experience.

I have been doing business with these persons for your long while this last purchase of a used hot tub was not very positive in the beginning in fact it was one of the worst experience of unsatisfied with the item Id ever had but they did make it right they bent over backwards to make sure everything was the way its supposed to be even coming to my home four or five different times

Purchased a used Marquis Rendezvous hot tub Sept 2017 and had it delivered in October 2017. I was assured they do a complete inspection to ensure it is in great working order. Upon setting it up at home four of the jets would not stay in place even after trying to adjust the pressure. Also the motor failed within the first month. Service tech had to replaced the motor and all the jets saying this would fix the jets trouble. However those same four jets still will not function when attempting to adjust the pressure. Only setting they work is completely closed. Sent email to see about having them looked at and have never received a response until I posted this review. New service technician just came out 12/22 and advised those four jets needed replaced so he has taken them to order me new jets. Looking promising to be able to use my hot tub finally has hoped for this New Years weekend.

Bought a Used hot tub from Everything Hot Tubz 2 years ago. Havent had a single problem and the staff is always nice and friendly. We bought a really big one and realized it was hardly used by more then 2 people. We decided to call and ask about a trade. To our surprise they had a really cool program and we got almost all our money back. We have had our new Maax tub for a couple months now and could not be happier!

I had an issue and an owner called me back. Still not a fan of this company. I had no orientation for care. I was promised a chemical start up kit at the time of sale. Never got it. After many requests they gave me two items which was very substandard for good care and maintenance for a hot tub. Apparently when you drain and refill a hot tub the water needs to enter the spa though the filter. I did not do that and I have three jets that are tight and I cant move them. professional orientation would have resolved all of this.

I met this company at the Denver home show. I asked them if they could recondition my hot tub which has white chakly lines at the waterline. I was told they have special chemicals to do the job. I have some missing jets and a controller that does not work. I was told this would be a 2 part project. The first part would be cleaning and making a list of the parts needed to get the tub reconditioned. A guy from Everything Hot Tubz comes to my house with a pint bottle of rubbing alcohol and a rag. He came to the door with a ill for $190.00 and told me he did the best he could. He said to do anything further would either require rubbing compound and a buffer or muriatic acid which would require gloves. REALLY- such exotic tools? I was ripped off and will never trust them or their related new spa company- they will never get another dime from me.

Ed was very helpful, friendly and had a cute dog, so bonus points.

If you deal with this company try to deal with Ed...had an issue with getting my cover back from repair, but he took care of the issue with honesty and integrity.
