When I first answered the call, a man said he had called about a shipment delivery problem and would connect me to the sender. After a few seconds the Sender came on the line and asked for me by name and if I was the person who still handles some of the ordering for the company. (I cant recall the exact type of products he mentioned.) This seemed weird to me because the first person said that they were calling about a shipment delivery problem. If that was the case, why would they need to know if I still do the ordering for my company?I asked what business he was calling from and why. He said his name was Dennis and that he was calling from U. S. Standard; that we are/were such good customers of Office Depot/Office Max, they tried to mail us a Packer shirt (or something like that), but that it came back as undeliverable. I asked what address they sent it to and address he gave me was the address of the Office Max location in our town that closed a few years ago. Our business has never been at that location. I told him all that information, that i was not interested, and to have a good day and then I hung up.Seeing the other reviews for this company on Google and BBB, I am very happy I handled it as i did. Im sharing my experience/story in hopes that it prevents anyone else from going through any headaches or unnecessary costs from what appears to be an unscrupulous company.

This company telemarketed by office manager, said they needed to verify the address for an order, then sent out 2 ridiculously priced products that we never ordered saying the gal that verified the address placed the order. Very unscrupulous business practices. Should be shut down for fraud.

Scam phone call. They call pretending they are getting a rejected shipment and then when they put you on hold to confirm they switch you over to a sales guy that claims hes going to visit your facility but then pitches you free sports stuff. Then they try and sell you stupidly expensive items. Ive literally had you block a dozen different numbers from this company.

This is a family run one stop shop. If you need it, chances are they have it. Everyone who Ive spoken with here always show the willingness to go the extra mile in order to make sure that you get what you want. I do feel like the prices (on their earplugs specifically) are high. My favorite product is their snow and ice melt

I told them all my shifting items on the phone call and made the charges, and responded to me back quickly. These rates are very cheap compared to other moving companies. Politely they did my all processing and got me the quote form. Highly recommended!!!

Movers are trustworthy and kind-hearted, they continue giving the suggestion when we did take it wrong and I think it was a good thing to correct others for their wrong decisions. With a lap of time, they completed the whole process smoothly. They are great!!!

Quick synopsis of how this company functions: They depend on finding someone outside of the purchasing arm to unwittingly agree to a purchase over the phone. They then keep the recording of this call when the person who is in charge of purchasing reviews the invoice, and immediately calls this company about the outrageous purchase, so they can offer proof of commitment. Its predatory at best, and a scam at its worst. The products they offer are sold at 4+ times the market rate, and the cost/lb. to ship is about the same. If you have heard from this company, it is critical that you alert every employee because they do their research on the business prior to making the first phone call, then hit it as much as they can as quickly as they can. For example, at my company, they called 5+ superintendents, and knew what jobs they were on. the call always starts out very chatty, typically with a joke about Trump, then offered them stuff like Nascar Jackets FIRST, then slyly put in that they were also sending a box of caution tape, without mentioning that the box was $400. Which the super, who was excited about the free jacket say sure.As an additional point, all of the 4+ star reviews on here are illegitimately filled out. You can tell by the common names used, the constant mention of pricing being a little high, but worth it, and that its a family run company. They will also line up the reviews with whatever product they are trying to push as good. As of this post, it appears to be the ice melt. notice that they will always fill out a 4 star review immediately after someone leaves a 1 star review so it is left on top.Good luck, and again, if you received a call from them, even if you accidently committed to a purchase, it is critical that you alert the entire company. Chances are you were not the first victim to fall pray to the scheme within the company.

I had a really good experience here.They really want to make sure you get what you want, so I appreciate the effort on their part. There are too many places nowadays that treat you like a conveyor belt as a customer.Their best product in my opinion is their snow and ice melt. Its environmentally safe, and also safe for pets. We are a commercial company who had ordered a small batch of safety glasses and ear plugs and they shipped us 2 full boxes. Spoke to the sales person and they said we could not return the excess amount because the warehouse had closed down, but what he could do is reduce the value by 50%. We stated that even at 50% markdown this was enough product to last 10 years and we do not have any desire to keeping it around that long. Now we have an invoice of $1400 and are finding it difficult to get a hold of anyone to return the excess product. I dont know if this is a company that is for small business but all i know is if your looking to buy safety products as of now i would highly recommend you look for another company

I shop here primarily during the fall and winter months. Ive only tried their snow and ice melt. They sell Firestorm which is a high quality product. Its also hard to come by. I use it for outside of my shop, and they give me a good deal when I buy in bulk.Their staff is fun and knowledgeable. Theyre particularly helpful with products. Like I said, Ive only used their snow and ice melt though, and I highly recommend it.

Seem like phone scammers. Called our CEO and left a voicemail about an overnight express shipment. When returning the call, thinking there is an issue with a shipment to one of our customers, they just tried to get contact details while talking about a free thank you gift they wanted to ship, even though we are not a customer of theirs.

I would give a zero if I could. Was contacted about a package that had been returned and that they needed to verify our address. Not abnormal, I order for our company and have this happen a few times. Didnt recognize the company, but sometimes parts come from different places. Spent the whole phone call asking about sports teams, that they were gonna send free stuff (shirts, hats, etc), asking If I had kids, said the box was some disinfectant and hand sanitizer, will ship out, well get an email with her contact info shortly. Fine. Got a call later from the shipping department to tell me that my order of 24 bottles of disinfectant at $29.99 a bottle was shipped out and that I should be seeing it in a few days. WHAT?? Absolute scam artists. When I said I didnt place an order, was just confirming our address for a returned package, was told oh no, thats the free stuff we are sending out to you. Told them I didnt want their product, I did not want to place an order, was told that the person placing the order was going to be upset because she was going to have to pay for it. TOO DAMN BAD! This company is a scam. They call to verify shipping as USSP Shipping for promotional items or a free gift from their President only to get your address so they can just ship you items you never ordered and then hassle you for payment and threaten with legal action. A quick google search shows that they have plenty of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. The sales rep was even using the same stupid joke that came up in another complaint I saw online from 3 years ago.

We are using their maintenance kit for our machines. They asked us to rate their red grease against what we currently use. We found that it spreads very evenly and quite reliable. It lasted longer that other brands we have used in the past. I think their pricing could be more competitive but if their products keep our equipment functioning then that might be the trade-off. When I asked about the pricing, they extended me a courtesy credit of four tubes.

I really like their cordless earplugs. The corded ones always seem to get in the way, but the cordless are tiny, but still effective. They kind of look like wireless headphones which my workers always joke about.

Very satisfied with their customer service. I received the wrong kind of safety glasses (I needed OSHA-approved clear not OSHA-approved tinted) for my indoor job. Its a very poor lit environment here so they listened to me and shipped me out a box of the clear glasses at no charge. They also waived the freight. I was expecting to pay for something so pleasantly surprised.

I have done business with this company for seven years. They treat their customers like gold and do everything to keep them. Their promotional items are seasonal and they are great for company raffles which is what we do here. The products are are competitively priced and we have minimize downtime by always having them in stock.

Im in charge of purchasing for our contruction company and chose their BEARKAT goggles because they were rated high for safety and non-fog. Our crew seem to be very happy with them.

This company is a complete scam! Their pushy salesman called about sending free samples to our company. Instead, however, they sent 2 cases of product and invoiced us $580 for it. After numerous calls, and hours wasted waiting on the phone, their salesman said someone ordered it and named my deceased father-in-law! Really? Their customer service dept. promised to send return labels for the products. A week later they sent the wrong label for a different product, for a different company, in a different state! Today, I wasted time calling them again and have been promised the correct labels. In the meantime, I have to take time out of my day for these calls and to eventually bring the product to Fed Ex to return. This is taking time away from my job and causing great frustration. They should be paying ME!

I recently had to deal with their customer service department because I accidentally ordered too much product for a job. I run a production facility here in Staten Island. We have used tons of high temp greases from many, many companies. I have to say that although this companys product is a tad more expensive than other companies, our machines have never ran better. They have proven to be well worth the price. We have not had a breakdown since March. That must be a record.

Ordered penetrating oil for ski resort opening. This is the very best product on the market today. Deals with cold weather and moisture with no problem.

CON ARTISTS. This company is a total scam. They will contact a foreman or superintendent with a smooth sales pitch that they met on a jobsite sometime ago and act as if they are old pals or old pals with the owner of the company. After asking about your family, how you have been, and offering you free sports apparel, they will attempt to get a purchase order number for an order of safety glasses, marking paint, caution tape, etc that they claim your office ordered. If your employee is caught off guard they will most likely give the PO that the salesman wants and the rest is history. The products will show up with an INSANELY OVERPRICED invoice attached. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING THESE CONS SAY.

Great customer service. I ordered 48 pairs of safety glasses. My company paid the bill. Then my boss told me that he already had safety glasses from another site. I called them and they took back material and sent me refund.

We had ordered snow and ice melt for our truck terminal. Turns out they sent us their sweeping compound by accident which we do not use. They are letting us keep it for free and are are now reshipping the snow and ice melt. I was concerned about the shipping costs but they told me they will take care of it.

SCAM...Called me yesterday (7/2/19) trying to give me free promotional items. I said nothing was necessary, he said no worries its free. I said it is okay, then today I get a call from another lady saying we placed an order and they want to confirm some details. I didnt place an order. Then she tried to make me feel bad saying he would have to pay for it himself, if I didnt continue with some of the order. I hung up and requested no one ever call us again.

We did however have one instance where our delivery came in damaged. Four tubes were busted probably from the heat. They sent us out a new case for free and waived shipping.

Just got my order along with some promotional insert on safety glasses. We already buy those practically at cost so j dont think we need to get them from a different supplier. We have found that the best tinted glasses are coated with a special rubber to reduce accidental occurrences.

Someone will call to get a corrected address for a returned delivery, they will also be sending some promotional products for you to try, then at the end of the conversation they will quickly say thank you for your order and hang up. Jack Nichols called back a few days later apparently still had wrong name and address and couldnt provide a phone number to our sales rep Kate Burns because she is an independent contractor. What a joke.

This company contacted one of our department heads and said she needed to discuss a FedEx delivery. She verified the address and the price of $125 per each of the 3 cases. The department head, being new, assumed the prior department head had ordered it. The product came 31 days later and the invoice came 66 days later, conveniently passed their 30 day return policy. The invoice totaled $2255.20 for the 3 cases. Scam. Do not engage.

We just had an order that came in later than expected. We needed it a week ago for a job we were finishing up. I called their customer service department and they credited our open account with them. I am please with their response.
