Lighting Outlet has one of the best lighting showrooms in Colorado, with unique & upscale fixtures not found anywhere else. If you want cheap crap, then go to HomeDepot. We completed a fix & flip, and the top selling feature was the beautiful fixtures we purchased from here with their sales help. Nothing in a home sells faster than beautiful light fixtures to compliment your higher selling price. And this lighting business clearly has pricing way below retail. Thats clear when you walk in the door (if you know quality lighting). I suppose thats why theyve been in business for 40 years. Be aware of false reviews that dont post their real names or faces. They are either jealous competitors or moron disgruntled customers who expect inappropriate discounts, and if they dont get their way, they mouth off on the Internet while staying anonymous instead of simply asking for an owner to work out any misunderstandings. Its people like them who make the Internet all but impossible to trust. Brick & mortar stores are the best at what they do. And this company always goes way above customer service. You cannot get any better than a locally owned business with local people who care about their reputation and their products.

When we first walked in, the experience was great. We got greeted by Hannah who showed us how the layout was and how the lights were on switches. She let us walk around on our own but checked it every once in awhile to see how we were doing.Very cheerful and pleasant. There was a great selection of lights. We could walk around multiple times and still not see all the lights they have. Once we made a decision, she was happy to assist. She was very clear on when the light would be in and said she would call if there are any delays. Very happy with the store and with the customer service.

We will never go back to Lighting Outlet. The world is full of obnoxious and disrespectful people. Rob with Lighting Outlet wins the prize for being the most obnoxious of all time. He was rude and put a new spin on the words customer service, other words there was none. He did not and would not address our issue of selling us a chandelier without the parts, unknown to us until we got home. We called to tell Rob our issue, after calling us liars, refused to help telling us they did give us the parts. We had to go to Lamps Plus, who went above and beyond to help us get the parts for the chandelier purchased at Lighting outlets. Thank you Lamps Plus!!!! So buyer beware if you choose to do business with Lighting Outlet. Never again for us!!!!!

Came in from out of town, got there within 15 minutes of closing, and found out theyd be closed both Sunday and Monday for labor day. Explained to the clerk we were looking to light a whole new construction home. She was not polite, not helpful, and dressed very inappropriately. Too bad they missed a large sale.
