They advertise good prices on Drizly, but don’t even have it available or refuse to honor the pricing. Waste of time. Avoid this place.

Same as another review I just saw. It’s been almost 2 hours since I ordered through Drizly and no one will answer the store phone. Last update I got was that it was packed so obviously there is someone at the store and I get being busy but calling over the last 20 min and still no answer is a joke, unprofessional and down right rude to customers.

I needed help getting a copy of a two month old receipt. The owners were very friendly and helpful and didnt treat my request as an inconvenience. Great customer service.

Very off putting woman.. rude customer service when I asked her about what kind of peppermint schnapps they have for a white Russian twist I wanted to try. She said with raised eyebrows that She had the shots- she could give them to me but She didnt have white Russian shots.. maybe She didnt understand me? I looked right next to her and there was a little Arrow bottle right there.. thats what I was asking about. She gave an odd look to another customer while I was waiting to be checked out and I heard her say to her co-worker make sure you check her ID.. I asked to add on vodka, she practically barked what kind?! At this point I picked a litre of Absolute, my total was around 16 dollars she started acting nice and said she just thought it was weird cuz the guy in front of me asked about the same thing but even if so.. She really just made me feel uncomfortable for no reason.
