Though I didnt leave with a backpack, everything about my experience with Paradise was wonderful. They were responsive to emails and when I visited, I was able to see a variety of bags. I brought my TUMI Alpha backpack that I purchased in 2009 into the team at PBC this month for repair on the straps that had seen many miles under airplane seats across the globe, security checkpoints, and various other hardships the past 13 years... To say that they saved/resurrected my favorite carry-on would be an understatement, it looks brand NEW! These guys are freaking awesome! They repaired our suitcases and they are like new again. No more getting bags from anywhere else, for now on Paradise Baggage is where we will go to for anything that has to do with traveling ❤️.

They did a quick turnaround and Im sure that the handle replacement will function well but aesthetically it does not look all that great.UPDATE: After giving them an opportunity to do better, they said there was nothing they could do. Fortunately there is something called the internet, and in 10 minutes I found a much better replacement on Amazon. 10 minutes after it arrived I had a new handle. Very disappointed.

I like that the paradise baggage company uses the Google messaging features available to reply to messages.I had no clue that was a thing. Looks like I new feature that I like ever much. The features allow for a quick response on both ends. I love it! The response time is awesome!

Had some lovely old deerskin suitcases from Kaufman. Paradise got them all tuned up properly, on time. It wasnt cheap but this was high-quality work. Id go back.

We were so delighted to find exactly what we needed and then some!Dave greeted us and was incredibly helpful without us feeling at all pressured, and clearly knows his stuff. It was so refreshing to be able to ask questions and get thoughtful, detailed answers!We will be back again soon (their selection of goo tubes alone is worth it!) and will absolutely buy our next luggage set from them.And, seriously, these tags are so sturdy that they’re gonna outlast our current luggage set!

We were traveling into the Denver area from Oklahoma, and since we no longer have a Briggs & Riley repair store in the entire state of Oklahoma, we arranged to have our bags repaired at Paradise Baggage Company. Dave was SO accommodating and friendly. He arrived an hour early to meet us, and got our bags repaired while we waited (and shopped and spent money on more bags!). Paradise Baggage is now our luggage store, even though we live in OK, and Dave is now our go-to guy! Thanks, Dave!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Id taken a piece of luggage to another company prior only for it to fail. From picking up my luggage today I can tell already the craftsmanship is on another level and it will last . Krystal and Dave are both very professional and knowledgeable. This place is amazing. I took my Louis V backpack here and they replaced the zipper that ripped, it looks like new. They do a phenomenal job! I also took a leather belt here to have a couple of extra holes punched in. The staff is always polite and knowledgeable, Plus they have a cute fridge full of drinks for you as well as some snacks.

Paradise Baggage Company makes buying a new suite case a wonderful experience. Not only are they knowledgeable on every product they carry, they are friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. When I discovered they did not have the suitcase I wanted in stock they reassured me they could get it from another one of their locations. Two days later I was able to pick up the suitcase at their Broadway location. I strongly recommend them for all of your travel accessory needs!! To top it all off they have snacks and beverages to make browsing the store that much more fun!

Best Luggage Store in Denver! Best Service, Selection and customer service. Love supporting local family owned business. I thought I was going to have to throw away my favorite duffle bag. It was totally functional except for a glide strip on the bottom. They were able to totally fix it at a very reasonable price and quickly. I also was able to buy lots of great travel accessories for my trip.

This place was so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get some luggage fixed and they were totally upfront with me with the cost and the work I could expect. The staff at paradise baggage is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get some Christmas presents and received so much more. The team created a customized travel package for the people on my list while also staying within my budget. While I was shopping, I mentioned that the zipper on my wallet was broken. The baggage repair person ended up fixing it free of charge. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Paradise Baggage to anyone who needs baggage, travel accessories or product advise.

Exceptional customer service.I own a TravelPro piece with lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the nearest repair center is 3.5 hours away and not open on the weekends. On a recent four day trip to Denver (8 hour drive from my home), I stopped in at Paradise Baggage to see if they could repair a broken zipper while I was in town. Dave was very kind, offered donuts and coffee, then dropped the bad news that he would have to order the part and it would be a few days. As I was only in town for an extended weekend, this would not work.Dave, however, would not be dissuaded from doing everything in his power to help me. He offered to hold my luggage until the new part came in, repair it, and then ship it to my home. He gave me a fantastic return shipping rate, I mean, FANTASTIC.About a week later, I received an email with a FedEx tracking number. Two days later I received my fully repaired luggage.This item has been broken since January because TravelPro repair centers are so difficult for me to get to. Dave went above and beyond to assist, and I am very grateful. I highly recommend him and Paradise Baggage to everyone, whether you live in the Denver area or not!

My husband and I went to Paradise Baggage Company before a big trip to Europe and found so many great things for our trip. The staff was extremely helpful and their selection of luggage beats any other place in Denver. We are so glad we found this place and highly recommend!!!

Will forever be my go-to place.Within about a minute they were able to tell me what was wrong with my jammed handle and that I needed a new replacement. In about four minutes they had estimated that they could pull a handle off a new suitcase and fabricate it onto my old suitcase. They did this and wrapped it up beautifully in about an hour and a half total. I’ve never seen someone so handy with suitcases. In my mind there is no suitcase problem they can’t fix.I can’t wait until I need a new suitcase so I can come by and give these guys some more business. The problem is if they keep repairing suitcases this well I’ll never need a new one!

Our handle broke off our old bag upon arrival in Denver and we needed to get it fixed before returning to AZ. We found Paradise Baggage Company through a Google search and, because of their Saturday hours and close proximity to where we were staying, we drove on over. We weren’t necessarily looking to buy a new bag, but we’re open to that option depending on what we found.Who has ever described shopping for something as mundane as luggage as a joyful experience? Well, I’m happy to report that the purchase of our new 29” spinner suitcase was just such an experience! “Uncle Dave” greeted us with a warm salutation and made us feel instantly at home, just as if we’d known him for years. He even asked where we were from and took interest in us, then shared the history of the company as we shopped and discussed our needs with him. It turned out that the cost of repairs for our old bad was not at all excessive, but it was high enough to cause us to not want to “throw good money after bad”.Dave gave us a few different options compared to repairing our old, worn-out Swiss Gear suitcase which had served us well for over 10 years then left my wife and me alone to discuss our options and make a decision with no pressure.The Delsey brand piece we chose is clearly a notch or two above the quality of our old bag and, while it was only in stock in two colors, we found one that was a good compromise between being easy to recognize on the luggage carousel and not showing baggage-handling machinery grime.This family owned business is, to this shopper, the Gold Standard of excellent Customer Service and is the level to which all small businesses should aspire.I would definitely recommend this superb independent baggage shop to anyone interested in quality luggage and accessories.

I can not say enough amazing things about this store. I came in today to drop off my Victorinox suitcase for repairs. Uncle Dave talked me through the whole process and explained all of my options in detail. Since my luggage had a rip in the seam of the zipper the repair could not be performed on site due to the entire zipper needing to be replaced. It has to be sent to the manufacturer which cost me $40 in shipping but my warranty should cover all repairs. Uncle Dave assured me that if the manufacturer tried to deny the warranty coverage he would go to bat for me. They even provided me with a free loaner suitcase to keep until my repaired suitcase comes back.I am a full time traveler and this shop is like a candy store for me. I took some time looking at all of the products they carry and Uncle Dave took the time to talk to me about pros and cons of all the brands I was interested in. I believe that he made honest unbiased recommendations based off of his experience. He did not just try to upsell me. I will without a doubt be purchasing my next suitcase from this location.

Ive owned multiple carry on suitcases from Costco, Delsy, TravelPro, Samsonite, Eagle Creek with price ranging around $200. They were ok but I never felt comfortable with any of them.When Im on the road in some third world country rolling on cobblestone to get to my Airbnb, my luggage is basically my house, so being comfortable with your house is mentally important. I like that Paradise baggage will credit you $50 towards a new suitcase if you bring in your old suitcase and they donate it to local charities for the homeless.Initially the lifetime warranty of Briggs and Riley lead me to this place. I purchased a $600 Briggs & Riley Carry-On spinner (4wheels) with compression panels that can expand the capacity from 35 to 46 liters! Thats a lot of real estate on the go. But after bringing it home I realized the front two wheels are SMALLER than the back two wheels, this major design flaw tilts and falls forward especially when you add weight on top.After a few days, I wanted a hard shell carry on instead so I came back and exchanged my Briggs & Riley unused for a Rimowa Hybrid Cabin which retails for $850. If you want the flagship Rimowa splurge for the Original Cabin $1150 with aluminum casing. The capacity is 37 liters and it does not expand but most international airlines have strict weight limits now so I actually prefer not expanding to keep me from buying useless souvenirs.Rimowa has a 5 year warranty but if you put the B&R and Rimowa side by side, you will see that the Rimowa wheel system and telescopic handle (more height level adjustment designed for short and tall people) is far superior than B&R. Plus having a hard shell top and equal size wheels will prevent it from tilting forward. Obviously this is only my initial opinion, will report back to write an update review.
