Ive worked with this company for years and havent had a bad experience yet. Yes, they are quite busy at times, but Gary has bent over backwards for me several times and fit me in when I know he didnt have to, and he has always been calm and reasonable. As far as the one bad review goes..... sometimes stuff happens, and sometimes you have to actually be nice in order to get people to want to go the extra mile for you. As far as I know, not keeping remnants from the same slab is part of the price, and if for some reason a company did set it aside for you to use in the future, most would charge a storage fee.
These guys are great! Very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had my kitchen done and was so impressed Im going back for the bathrooms and basement bar!
Marble Tec did the fabrication for my kitchen remodel. The people who did the work were very nice and great to work with. However, the front office service and management response was very poor. I had a remnant which I intended to use for my bathroom remodel. I told the management repeatedly that I wanted the remnant, but they sold it and kept the proceeds. When I asked for a quote for the bathroom, and told them I would accept any remnant they had in stock since they sold mine, they did not even bother to respond. When I talked with them in person, their excuse was that they are very busy and get many emails. I recently worked with Brekhus in Denver and immediately saw the difference in service and professionalism with their responses and followup and the documentation on the fabrication of my counter tops.
