I can’t recommend Richard at Pro Muffler highly enough. If he did more than exhaust systems I’d schedule everything through him from here on out.I was attempting to fix my daughter’s car (in CO) from my home (in CA). I knew she needed her catalytic converter replaced, but didn’t know any more than that. I did as much research as I could trying to be smart about my choices-and even though Richard at Pro Muffler came highly recommended by someone I trusted I still decided to call around. I called every muffler shop in Littleton & Englewood before finally deciding to see how Richard measured up. I realized quickly that I’d wasted a lot of time. I should have only called him.I’d been worried about a mechanic taking full advantage of our cross-country situation, but almost immediately I realized my girl & her car were in the capable hands of a good man. Not only did he listen to my odd situation & probably terrible explanation of what I wanted done, he took it all into consideration, deciphered what he needed to & came back with a simple & incredibly reasonable quote for the parts & his time.When the day came for our appointment he took the time to show my daughter what he was doing & explain why. When we hit a glitch Richard went far above & beyond the call of duty to help us take care of the situation. When I called to thank him he simply said he has daughters too & hopes the people they do business with treat his daughters with the same kindness & care.I can’t even express my gratitude. Not only did we get a fair price for great work, Richard also reminded us that this world is full of wonderful people & that kindness is the best kind of infectious. Richard was a great guy to work with! I listened to the other reviews on here and was not disappointed in the least. I had a broken flex pipe on my 96 Camry and he was able to get me in quick and had the work done in less than an hour. His price was very reasonable and cheaper than others around. Its a small shop but dont let that deter you. One more thing to note, he is cash or check only.

My son took his car to have some exhaust work. I stayed out of it, except for transportation. Rich treated him fairly, and the work was precise, of the highest quality, and beautiful. Bonus: Such a kind man. Highly recommend this business.

Used Richard twice now on different vehicles. Awesome, custom work, great prices! Went to Midas next to me this time to get a price on a leak.... They quoted me 1200 because the leaky flex pipe was attached to the converter, this was attached, that was attached, replace most of it! Called Richard..... Yeah, no problem...... Cut the flex pipe off, reweld a new one on, converter was still good.... Out the garage in an hour and 150 bucks later! Never wrote a review on a place but really felt the need to! You will never be disappointed, save yourself plenty of money and help the small business!

Rich, is a very nice a knowledgeable man. His price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was well above expectations. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs any exhaust work done to their car.

Over the weekend, I noticed a loud noise coming from my vehicle. It sounded like a bunch of marbles bouncing around in my exhaust system. I called Richard on Monday, at Pro Muffler, and described the noise and he knew immediately, from my description, that my catalytic converter was bad. He said he could fix it the same day at a very reasonable cost. He took time to educate me on common problems with catalytic converters and mufflers and was very personable and professional in everything he did for me. I have already recommended him to others and firmly believe in his workmanship and very modest pricing. Thanks again, Richard!

Rich was incredibly helpful with tracking down a simple flange piece, he followed up quickly and was very understanding of what I needed done. Will absolutely be coming here the next time I need some exhaust work.
