Nissan is a horrible company. 40k and the second the warranty ran out over six thousand in repairs. Also. Replacement parts failed. Good job you crooks. And nothing but excuses. I dare Nissan to address me personally. They hide behind phones to tell you they dont stand behind their product. Just cheap knockoffs of real cars. Buy Toyota or ford. Never a Nissan truck. Ever. Ever.
I bought my wife a brand new Nissan Juke 2013 for Christmas, including a maintenance and service contract. Over the past 3 years the Nissan Juke has failed to start dozens of times. We are petrified that it will stop running while we drive it. Often it will not even start with jumper cables. Despite having the Juke in and out of the Nissan dealership shop over the last three years, Nissan has been completely unable to determine and fix the defect. Each time Nissan simply charges the battery, or replaces it. On at least 8 separate occasions Nissan has cleared the Juke as OK to drive, only to have it fail to start within several months. We have been stranded many times (the last time was in April 2017, six hours away in another State). We carry jumper cables and 2 hand held power starters, though these often fail to start the car. And this for a new car! We do not want to resell this vehicle on the used market to unsuspecting consumers since the Juke in its defective condition is clearly a serious hazard to users and others on the road.We finally ran out of patience with Nissans excuses and asked Nissan to repurchase the Juke from us, before someone gets hurt. Nissan refused. The Juke turned out to be a terrible XMas present for my wife, and we will never buy a Nissan again.
