Top notch ski shop! Doug, Tyler and team have all been super knowledgeable and friendly. There are a lot of choices when buying skimo gear and they dialed me into the right package for my style of skiing. Im appreciative of their responsiveness and ensuring I am super comfortable with my near gear!

Came down to Denver for the weekend for a vacation, but had been on the hunt for a touring ski setup. So I emailed these guys to see if I could stop in and check some gear out. They responded within an hour via email and we set up an appointment. Got there, walked in the door with Mike, and got right after it. Spent about an hour finding the right boots and getting the fit perfect. I am not an expert by far but Mike went through everything with me. I bought the skis sight unseen from the Carbondale location but he had a ski setup with the same binding system and we attached the boots and was shown all the features. It was a great 1 on 1 fitting appointment and I feel super confident that I will be able to use the new setup without worry.

I love the vibe of this new shop! I stopped in for the ski swap last month and was super impressed with the selection and knowledge of the crew. Excited to see how this place will help to grow the Denver ski touring community.

I picked up a new AT set up at their early season gear swap. Tons of gear. Helpful staff. I appreciated that the staff answered my questions and helped out without being condescending whatsoever.

So pumped they opened a Denver location! Wish I could get to the mountains every weekend, but they brought the mountains to Denver and made finding the right backcountry gear easy. Great vibe, knowledgeable staff, and convenient location.

Update:The owner of CCB called me within an hour of leaving my original review. He apologized for my experience and said they will be getting a new shipment in this week and that he could get me dialed in. I am confident after our conversation that he will get me a solid setup. I am very impressed with the expedited customer service and very much appreciated the phone call.I had an appointment for splitboards at 2:15. I took off work early for this appointment. As I came in, the employee directed me to two splitboards that were available in store which did not coincide with the inventory online. He said I could schedule an online consultation to talk splitboards, even though I was there specifically for this purpose. He said he was a skier and other shops had more experienced splitboarders to talk to. I lost money for you guys to waste my time. Total bummer as I had full intention on purchasing a complete today.

Mike, Mike, and Will were all super awesome and helpful when I came in. I’m new to back country skiing, but they made me feel comfortable and confident by the time I left the store. Word of advice - don’t buy from other online businesses, stop by this shop to get real hands-on expert advice.

Super rude. nothing in stock. its an empty room with about 20 pairs of used skimo skis and some used boots. complete waste of time unless you are looking for overpriced used skimo gear. bad location, too. doubt this place will stay in business long. go back to Carbondale.
