Polish Pottery is simply the highest caliber coffee mugs, serving dishes, soup bowls, wine corks, ladles, salad bowls, custard cups, and scooter ornaments anywhere, bar none, full stop. My personal challenge, if you choose to accept it: take your new coffee cup home, immediately wash and carefully dry it, brew yourself a fresh cup of joe, settle into that mug, and then tell me you dont have a new appreciation for everyday artwork from which you can also drink.

Expensive, but beautiful dishes. Lots of interesting options, functional works of art. As a big plus is that in the microwave, the food is heated not the plate. Highly recommended

I have purchased over 60 items from this store.between 2010-2016. I called the store about 2 items that appear to be defective. I was not treated like a loyal customer who had purchased many items but like someone who was trying to get something over on them. The pottery they sell is beautiful and expensive and with proper care should last a lifetime. Product is amazing, customer service is pitiful.

Absolutely STELLAR customer service! I ordered a rectangular baker, and it was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to my location, and they did not hand off the package to the Post Office (USPS), so it was returned to The Polish Pottery Outlet. The nice people at The Polish Pottery Outlet CALLED me to advise it had been returned and that my payment was refunded, and to try to find another way to get the rectangular baker to me. I reordered, and per my request, they shipped it via USPS. When I received it, I was very impressed with the protective packaging; it arrived in perfect condition. I am thrilled!

My wife dragged me in here against my will a few years ago and immediately was won over. I absolutely enjoy walking through here. Every time we go through we find something we need to add to our set.

4 adults and two children, 5 and 3, walk into a room that is wall to wall glass. The person who greeted us at the door quickly pointed out they had toys and a safe area for the kids to occupy themselves while the adults could look around.I went with the two and had a good time waiting for my family to finish looking around. A+ Would recommend just to see the huge selection and quality. We were pointed to this location specifically as a must see.There is a awesome aquarium fish store which isnt on google maps outside to the east side of the building, Merman Fish or something? Highly recommended for the kids. They have a Shark and Crazy Octopus when we were there.

Really nice people and a very large selection. Twice a year they have a 50% sale for first 100 people in line. Usually in July and November. Great deals They also ship and we have never had a single piece arrive broken. The packing is unbelievable. They sell a lot on line, and the store is huge ....all of it polish pottery.

Prices are great and I love the $10.00 shipping cost for each order, good until the end of June, 2016. My order came so quickly and was packed so well, I couldnt believe it. I have been collecting this pottery for many years and really like it. I paid $80.00 for an egg plate in a Polish Pottery store in Kansas last year, and the prices here are so much better. You are not able to get every pattern, but I like to mix the patterns so that works for me.

We spent several hours in the store just looking at all of the various intricate designs and pottery pieces from Poland and other countries. The owners are super friendly and they always are willing to ship our items to our destination.

I have shopped at the Polish Pottery Outlet many times over the last several years and love going into the store even to browse. Last year, in anticipation of renovating my kitchen and dining room, I purchased a 5 piece/10 place setting of a pattern I have loved for a while. I ordered a signature pattern and the entire order (which came from the factory) was painted by one artist. They are beautiful, and the price was impossible to beat. Even after adding additional serving pieces, the sales price was far below what I had anticipated.The renovation is almost done now, and Ill be heading back to fill in additional pieces that I need!!! Excellent quality and service, and after expanding the store into the space next door, you can wander for hours just taking in all the beautiful pieces.

You guys, this place is a gem. Theres always an excuse to buy something new here. Husbands, Valentines day is coming and there are lots of heart patterns here!
