I dont know where this place is. But let me tell you something. The person I dealt with was a lady named Brooke. She was the best. I actually dealt with her for over a month. Wasnt sure if I was going to get this machine or not. I had difficulty getting a prescription from my doctors for it. They kept wanting to do it through my insurance. Told me insurance wouldnt pay for it. Well, seems there are two angels in this story. My friend was actually purchasing this for me. So I could get out of the house more. And travel with my boyfriend. And have quality of life back. Brooke did everything she could for me and was very informative. And was very patient with me. She also was very mindful of my issues with talking on the phone. We conducted all of our business through email and text. I ended up getting the Care freestyle portable oxygen unit. Which as far as Im concerned is the best one out there. Its so small and easy to carry. Had everything with it and came 2 days after purchase! Purchased an Imogene g3 oxygen generator from 1st class Medical..they are fantastic to deal with. Once ordered, it was shipped out immediately. Talk about a wonderful device! Works like a charm! They provided a small, easy to use portable oxygen concentrator for my wife so she can still drive around and see the sites. I bought a Inogen G5 from 1St Class Medical. They were easy to do business with, rushed my delivery, were professional and Kelsey my sales person was great to deal with. My only reason for not given them the fifth star was I did not receive the QR code to sync the blue tooth app with as part of my package and had to call back to get it. I have been using my portable concentrator now for 2.5 years. I love it. Its light, works great and very little maintenance, and Im still using the same rechargeable battery. The price was less than locally!

I bought a reconditioned portable oxygen Machine for my husband. He didnt use it, so they said they would buy it back towards a purchase of a newer model. I paid $1400 for the original machine, and they said theyd refund me $750. They then refused to refund me after I had paid $2400 for the new machine. I would not recommend doing business with them again.

I love my Inogen. It allows me to go places free of a heavy tank rolling behind me. 1st Class Medical did not help me receive payment from Medicare. That was a bummer, but they have been helpful in servicing my machine.

Ordered an Inogen 3 over a year ago. Only thing Ive had to do is change the cylinders, which were very easy to do!! My only concern is the overnight use. I dont feel its appropriate to use at night. Other than that, Im happy with the unit.

Our concentrator needed to be repaired. Ist Class Medical was recommended to us. We called and gave them the necessary information, got a quote, and instructions on how to send it. We sent it to them and we were in quite a bit of a hurry as we were going on a month long vacation and need the concentrator. They got it repaired and sent it to us in plenty enough time. Our only misgiving was that it seemed a bit pricey. Kudos to them for their excellent service.

As someone young with a lung disease its been very hard for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful ordering me the right portable concentrator that I needed. I use it all the time and especially to travel it makes things easier. The only thing that bugs me is that I cant use my car credit card to order the columns that I need for it even though I got my care credit card through them to buy my portable concentrator.

My husband purchased a portable Innogen over 2 years ago, we love it! These units, both the in-home concentrators and the portable concentrators, are most definitely a rather large investment, especially if youre like me with no insurance. I am grateful for this company who not only sells new units, but refurbished ones as well, with warranties, so that people like me can get the ease of oxygen-on-the-go. And they work on your units instead of telling you that they no longer support that model because theyre now on the latest, greatest, more expensive models. They are most definitely my go-to company for my oxygen needs. And very friendly as well, I might add.

I was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension so my doc prescribed oxygen therapy. I was renting tanks, but that got to be too hard to drag those around. I purchased a home concentrator from 1st Class Medical, then decided shortly after to purchase the Inogen One G3. I love it! It has freed me up from being tied to the house AND from dragging those unwieldy tanks around. Since it is a pulse, I have found that I cannot always walk as fast as I would like, but it’s not so bad slowing down a little to allow the machine to keep up. It’s pretty quiet when it’s running. I think it’s louder than my friends and family says it is. This is such a blessing to be able to use this and go on with my life. There is one caveat, I am 5’ tall, the cannula for the Inogen is recommended 7 feet, so I have to remember to draw a bit of hose up so it doesn’t drag the ground. NOT the fault of the machine, I’m just vertically challenged. If you are considering purchasing this, do so! You will not be disappointed!

Ive had a G3 for about a year. I know it is supposed to be very light but I have spinal stenosis which limits my ability to carry it.. I have jerry-rigged a cart to pull it along., and where available I utilize the store carts. Thus far Ive not had a problems with the unit. A charge lasts well and all recharges work well including in the car. Any suggestions coming for a lighter unit?

Before I ordered this I checked all of what people were saying about this G3. 89% was 4.5. Ordered it and threw emails, phone calls 1st Class medical were able to answer all of my questions. Customer service is great.

I bought my Inogen G5 new in August, and it works like a charm. Despite several negative reviews that I’ve seen, I found that 1st Class Medical’s staff was friendly, courteous and did an excellent job of guiding me through the ordering process. Some 3-4 years ago, I purchased a LIFECHOICE ACTIVOX portable oxygen concentrator from 1st Class Medical. First of all, I was able to ask about good and bad features of this unit as well as another I was considering. The associate was patient and helpful and I felt good about the unit. I was also fortunate in that the price included an external battery as part of a package which increases my time to be out and about... It has been working well and when it needs service, the people at 1st Class Medical help me get my unit to a facility to replace the depleted part. I think you can work with these people and trust them to fill in the blanks of any research you may do.. This has been a good experience for me.

I ordered the concentrator for my mother who lives in a different state from me, she has COPD and requires oxygen 24 hrs, per day. I can not use your oxygen tank it is to heavy & not strong enough to give oxygen I need ! I have called and asked you to send me a label to mail it back to you ! no answer, i am on oxygen & can not take care of this myself!You must help me with the return shipping label. I purchased an Inogen One G3 from 1st Class Medical. This is a portable oxygen concentrator for people with COPD and other breathing problems. I love my portable and feel very secure with it. 1st Class answered all of my questions before I purchased this and all of my questions after I received it. I ordered an extra battery. You will need that to fly on a long flight as required by the airline and besides you dont spend time worrying about power outages with the extra battery.Another big deal is that 1st Class Medical hosts a Facebook page for people affected by lung disease where you can get all kinds of questions answered and opinions heard. I believe they are a great company and always recommend them.

Purchased Inogen One G3 four years ago from 1st Ckass Medical online. 4 months later concentrator wouldnt work properly and sent in for repair in Texas and took 6 weeks to get it back and 1st Class Medical was not very helpful since theyd already been paid over $2600. i had to make numerous phone calls to finally get machine back, not mine but a different one since the repair center in Texas lost mine. Concentrator returned 3 more times over next 3 years for different problems. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Love the Inogen G3. It allows me to live my life to the fullest by providing me with the O2 therapy I need at the same time.

I am happy with my 1st class POC. It goes to 5 liters whereas my Inogen only goes to 3 liters. It is light enough to carry on my shoulder. It charges while I am using it in the car. I want an extra battery. It heats up if I leave it on 5 too long.

I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator when Medicare declined my oxygen carrier. I bought the Airsep. The customer service was the absolute best and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs oxygen. Unfortunately Medicare was wrong when they took my oxygen concentrator away before I could secure my own unit. I received my unit promptly after ordering.It worked good for about 2 months at 7 hours a day. Then it quit. I called 1st class medical. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer and send the unit in for repair. I called them they told me it would cost $90.00 for freight both ways. I shipped it. It took 36 days to be repaired and sent back. Many phone calls were placed. Since it came back it has run fine.I ask you, what if this were my only source of oxygen treatment. Waiting over a month is wrong and uncalled for. $90.00 shipping should have been on someone elses budget.Here i go again. Christmas eve. I turn on my concepts and it says warming up. Then flashes red agai. Saying no air flow. I checked filter and it is clean. I tried rebooting as the manual suggests. No air again a failure. A machine advertised as 24/7 capable. I run mine 9 hours a night. It failed me once in March and took 36 days to fix. I had to pay $90.00 to cover shipping costs both ways. At this rate I will die before breaking even. Next time I buy local. 1st Class Medical has been no help on this.now 30 days have passed again. I was told today, maybe next week.1/26 still no machine returned from concepts 2. I called and was told it is in final testing should be done soon. I will neverbuy from them again. First class medical hS been no help to me on this.Now it is January 31st. Still no return from concepts 2 now 39 days without my concentrator. Add this to the 36 days in March and April last year 75 days total so far. Dont buy this machine.Today is 2/3. Still no machine. Called concepts 2 again. They said machine is in final testing, should ship next week. I said that is what you told me two weeks ago. I think I got ripped off .
