I placed the order for $699.They contacted me a couple days later to inform me that they no longer carry the item and I can get a lower quality safe for an extra fee or get a refund. Obviously I decided for a refund. The company then waited almost a week to even process the refund. Unfortunately that never went through. Three weeks of back and forth emails of my trying to figure out what was going on. Only to get a “Sorry” as a resolution. I had to open a fraudulent charge case and cancel my credit card. BUYER BEWARE. Consider conducting your business elsewhere
