We can not Express how grateful we are for this ford service center. We purchased a vehicle in el Reno on April 28th and within the first few days we realized there was something wrong with the transmission. I took it in to the ford house and after many battles with the car dealership and the warranty company Gregg from the service center finally got us a properly working transmission. The warrant company was very difficult to work with and Gregg did nothing but fight for us to be properly taken care of!! Thank you so much for all your help. I know where we are going for now on !!! I would give 6 stars if I could. I found the 2019 Silverado LTZ online and within 8 hours it was sitting in my driveway without ever having to step foot in the dealership. I live in Edmond, OK and work in OKC so getting to the dealership in Enid with my long hours at work work would have been a challenge. I was able to complete all the paperwork including the financing online and took me less than 30 minutes. After I was approved almost immediately, they agreed to deliver the truck to my house over an hour away. By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.Just a couple of special notes -- James Baker the salesmen was excellent and put no pressure on me- There were zero hidden fees. The price we agreed on (which they even came down a bit which is surprising in the current market) was what was on the bill.- They gave me a great offer for my trade in (although I decided to keep it for awhile so I can lend it to a family member and sell it privately down the road)I really cannot think of one downside with the experience.

Two months after purchase the truck was found out to have been in an accident. Did they know? The professional garage that found it at the regular oil change said they find it hard to believe that a professional garage would not have known.Flew in from Denver and the car was just as they said it would be. One small item. The staff was stand offish and did not say hello or get a door or act like we were there. Like I said small item but in today’s world, a simple hello goes along way.Our sales guy Matt and driver were very nice.The truck we bought was just as they said. We were in and out in less than an hour. End result we got a nice truck at a good price to pull our new camper. I will return for my next vehicle

I bought a 2017 Audi Q7 from Stevenson Ford. I flew out from Colorado to look at this car and it was everything if not better than I expected. The price was more than fair and the hospitality of picking me up at the airport and taking me to a hotel near their dealership was above and beyond. What made the overall experience even better was when I drove the car back to Colorado I noticed the next morning a small drip from the water pump. I called the dealership and they helped pay for the repair even though I bought the car as is. What more can I say. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Really had a good experience here. Could not find what I wanted in OKC but found it online here. Drove up and got to the dealership 20 min before closing time. I called about a truck they had listed on the high side of blue book price. I was specific about the vehicle as to avoid any miscommunication. I told him I would be driving about 4.5 hours to look at it. When I arrived, he greeted me as expected. I noticed before he opened the door, the steering wheel was obviously bent. When he opened the door, the inside smelled like an ashtray. The clear coat was also coming off part of the drivers door.I asked if there was any room to negotiate and was told no. I understand these things happen to vehicles. I don,t understand why a salesman would not tell some one who was driving so far the truck was in that condition. I sincerely felt deceived. I could not see any of these issues in any of the pictures. Shame on them!

Hands down the worst experience we have ever had.The only positive to take away from this ongoing experience was Matt- the salesman.Otherwise awful customer service up to and Including their rude, condescending, and unprofessional general manager.When asked what would be done if our part to fix the car still wouldn’t be in by tomorrow the general manager replied, β€œwhat Am I going to for you? WHAT AM I DOING FOR YOU?! I’m giving you a rental for free”! Before I talk specifically about Stevens Ford in Enid, I have some general advice first. I cannot stress this enough people. Whenever you buy a new vehicle, do your homework first! An hour online could save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Research available rebates/incentives, fair-profit prices for all vehicles you are interested in, as well as the trade-in value of your vehicle if you have one. There are many great websites online to do this. Also go on the dealers website and see if they post how much their dealer fees cost. There is almost always a dealer fee of some kind. Many times Ive found this to be in the small print at the bottom of their website, but other times its not posted at all. When you finally step into a dealership you should have an informed approximation of what you are going to pay and will have thought about how much you are willing to deviate from that price beforehand. After all, most people dont like haggling. I sure dont!That being said, my buying experience at Stevens Ford in Enid was excellent. Their website clearly outlined all available incentives. While I could not find their dealer fee, I called them to ask and found it to be much more reasonable than most dealers in the OKC metro area where I live. My sales person was Joshua Smith. He was very kind and knowledgeable and had the Ford Escape ready for a test drive right as I got to the dealership. If you want to strike up a good conversation, make sure to ask him about Brazil.I decided to buy the Escape and the paperwork took a reasonable amount of time. Also, JJ Jordan in the finance department was very kind and efficient. He asked if I was interested in an extended warranty and I declined. He wasnt pushy about it at all. Extra kudos for that!Also, I feel it necessary to mention something about COVID. As I got to the dealership most employees were not wearing masks, but everyone was very spread out, so it wasnt that big of a deal. I wore a mask. I know mask wearing has become a very contentious thing across the country, but Im happy to report I did not feel judged for having done so. Additionally, Josh put on a mask when he worked with me and actually apologized for not wearing one upon our initial greeting. JJ in the finance department also wore a mask. So from my own personal public health standpoint, I felt comfortable.Overall, Ive been very happy with my new Escape and impressed with my experience at Stevens Ford. Well worth the drive from OKC.

Update, after writing the review the Manager contacted me and worked with us to address the issue. It was resolved, I wish the process had been as smooth when we originally asked for help. Stevens did work to address the issue and we are very happy with the Expedition.Purchased a new Expedition, had multiple issues with the touchscreen in the first two weeks. Took it by the dealership on a Saturday showed the salesman the issue. He stated it’s a known issue and we aren’t the first of his customers to have problems. We scheduled with the service department, we were misled about the repair process. On the second day being in the shop with no resolution, called the salesman. We were then told the service manager was out driving it right then trying to replicate the issue... when I checked on the Ford Pass App our Expedition was setting at the dealership. Then the service department call said they just needed to do a reset... strange thing issue not fixed and none of the settings were reset.... will be looking for help elsewhere.

I began talking to Brandon as he is a friend of one of my daughters and just sold a Ford Escape to our youngest daughter.I hadnt heard back from Brandon and so we decided to go to OK City to look. We ended up at Bob Howard Auto Mall where we went through a day of learning what the big city dealers do....in the end, when we were considering a car from them, thats when Brandon called to share the deal he had come up with for me....He had a car that was 4 yrs newer, 50,000 less miles, a cpl thousand cheaper because it still had warranty; their warranty was an additional $3400. AND their paperwork cost was $599. vs Stevens being $89.00 and more than 2% lower interest rate....the credit guys at Bob Howard claimed Brandon was lying, said they were the biggest dealer IN THE NATION and if they couldnt get it for us, no way could a dealer out of, PODUNK Enid, get it for us!!! They announced they had done great things when they offered me the same deal I had gotten preapproved from my credit union DAYS BEFORE I STEPPED ONTO THEIR LOT!!!! As we left, the final guy they had, sicked on us said, well see ya back here, in a week! NOPE, we will NEVER go back to Bob Howard!!! Brandon at Stevens Ford in Enid, got me what he promised and blew Bob Howard out of the water!!!

Our Escape has been in the shop for two weeks worth of warranty work: First, a failed torque converter clutch solenoid; then the torque converter; and then the valve body. Pretty much got a reman trans out of it. Rocky the service advisor is the best. Stevens picked up the tab for the car rental, too. Next time were in the market for new wheels, were heading to Stevens Ford. Sure would like to know what it is about Ford and transmissions, though: The 07 Crown Vic we used to have was in there twice for warranty transmission work.

I really like my 2017 Ford Explorer Limited. It is such a joy to drive and had everything I could want. Would be nice to have more foot room on the left driver side for my foot and arm rests on the 2nd row bucket seats.

Overall, the service I received at Stevens Ford was fantastic! Curtis, our salesman really took care of us. He was able to get exactly what we were looking for, and looked out for us when it came to saving some money. Jeffry, the financing guy was just as great! Worst service department I have been to. They set up an appointment and then park your vehicle and never even look at it. I took it in for a 3 hour job. It took them 2 days just to look at and decide they need to order parts. A week later made another appointment in the morning to have the parts put on. At the end of the day they hadnt even touched. No customer service. I wasnt a walk in, I actually had an appointment. Been a Chevrolet driver my whole life but thought I would try a Ford this time but due to this poor service it has left such a bad taste in my mouth I probably wont buy another Ford.

I came in and was lucky enough to get Curtis as my salesman. I just KNEW I wanted a Ford Escape, but felt a little lackluster after looking at the newest Ford had to offer. Curtis, likely sensing my lack of enthusiasm, led me to a Ford Edge and I fell in love. He was informative without being overbearing, and admitted when he didnt know about some feature of the car rather than making something up. Great experience, and if I werent moving, Id be very happy to go back again and again.
