I do love to shop at ulta however it is extremely disappointing that they are selling expired products. I bought Christian Dior Joy but after checking the batch code I found that the bottle is over 3 years old. I asked for them to ship me a replacement thinking it would possibly be a fresher bottle (3 replacements in total) but all of them were over 36 months old. I tried to leave a review on their app but of course it was never posted.

I love Ulta! We go a lot! But customer service was extremely lacking here. Never once were we greeted or asked if we needed help. All over the Kenra section was signs of Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. Once we got to the counter and got rung up it did not ring up that way. We asked about it and were told that some things were excluded. We mentioned we didn’t see that but okay and went to pay. The women at the counter then proceeded to call another person working to bring up the tag and very rudely pointed out to us where it was (extremely small print under the big 50% off). Granted it was nice to know where to look last time but it was extremely unnecessary. We were willing to pay and we’re not arguing. Very disappointed in the way that happened.

I dont have much to say other than I love Ulta. Never had issues with the service and always have my pickup orders ready before I even realize. They always get them done so fast.

Been a diamond member for awhile so i spend a lot of time here, the associates are always super friendly and helpful. The whole time you’re in the store someone will be available to help a short distance away.

Amanda gave me the exact cut I wanted with layers that create perfect flowing waves. Very impressed and highly recommend!

I had my hair cut and colored by Janice Ashley! Shes amazing. Listened to what I wanted and made sure to take her time to get it right. She also helped by giving me suggestions since this was a brand new style for me. Shes knowledgeable, thorough, and super nice.

Always friendly, and knowledgable. They help me find just what I need. The stylist always listens and does great great. Its not discount product. It might be more than box stores but good product.

Janice at the salon did an amazing job on my highlights. She is professional and very talented. Color is perfect and no Brassy tones. She is a blonde expert!

Janice cut my hair into a style I never had before & I am so happy with my new style ! She’s very good at what she does & will definitely be going back to see her! Thanks Janice!

Just wow I am appalled!!!I sent my husband with my daughter to have PLATINUM BLONDE highlights and AQUA BLUE low lights nothing that was done with my daughter hair was platinum or aqua blue then your stylist post the pics to her FB page clearly saying blonde not platinum blonde with blue highlights not aqua blue. A total WASTE OF MONEY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND WE WILL NOT BE BACK. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!Her hair look horrible and Ill be taking her elsewhere to have it fixed!

Love this place

Went with my lady and seemed like she looked at every type of product, so I would give the selection to choose from a 10/10 but personally I have no clue what the difference was. Would be nice if they had the for people not into makeup section and put a TV with some comfy chairs. Just an idea. It was clean and the of the workers were very welcoming and willing to help! She seemed to enjoy it so Im pleased with it.

Best place in Enid to buy beauty products.Friendly employees who are always helpful.Sometimes they have great deals.

Excellent customer service

Went in today and was greeted right away by Destiny. She was very sweet and helpful. She helped me pick a shade of concealer and false eyelashes as well as recommending her personal favorite lash glue and a skincare product she likes. My overall experience was very pleasant and exceeded my expectations, especially since I did not look particularly girly or anything upon going in.

Finding what you want is a challenge but associates help is excellent. Processing coupons and taking advantage of gifts with purchase is challenging but in the end purchases were a great value.

Im so glad my friend talked me into going with her to Ulta, so many big name brands to choose from. I will be making this my go to store for make-up & perfume. Staff was friendly & helpful.

I always get my eyebrows waxed at Ulta and usually they do an amazing job, today i needed them done last minute so i made an appointment, went in to see a new person and my eyebrows look like i have a permanent expression on my face. you’re taking a risk getting your eyebrows done here based on who you go to. be careful

Friendly staff, great environment and smells so nice. Julia was wonderful! She helped me color match foundation and gave me great advice on brushes and price comparisons.

The girls were so friendly when I came in. I got my eyebrows done and I have never had such a fantastic job done before! I think Lizzy was her name. Definitley would recommend this Ulta!

This place is great!! The staff is very nice here. They are always ready to help out.

Had my makeup done and I thought it looked good until I got out in the sunlight and it looked like I had a secind layer of skin on my face with very visible pores and matted on my face. The brows were smeared with a line up on my forehead and my fake eyelashes were beginning to come off by the end of the night. The eyes looked good but that was it. The young lady who gave the makeover seemed like she worked hard but I was Very disappointed for paying $55 when I had to go home and redo the foundation and I didnt have time to get it fixed there. Also had my hair colored there another time and the color was too dark and not the right tint. The services here are very high and you do not get what you pay for and they always ask for tips. Good things about the store are the variety and quality of products but they can be overpriced too.

Very extremely nice people! Salon stylist, Erinn Dimpel did a fantastic job on my hair!! I was speechless when I saw the results. Every bit of what I expected and well beyond!!

Love the store and employees. Great service on the floor, but gave me the eye liner instead of the mascara I drove 2 hours to get that particular brand. Now Im out of mascara and wasnt given my receipt from cashier who was rolling her eyes at everything my 8 year old Grandaughter & I asked her. Like eg: We get a free gift with our purchase...NO YOU DONT!! ROLLED EYES!! I was very embarrassed in front of my Grandaughter and she doesnt want to go back there. It use to be our place for picking out new lip gloss and polish that she loves.

Love ultra products but this store was lacking in customer service. I was helping my brother move that day no makeup hair pulled back w/jeans and t-shirt so I was stopping by b4 I went home about an hour south of Enid knowing I dont get to the city often. When I walked in everyone looked but not a single hello or offer of help as I was looking for my first set of makeup brushes. No one spoke tio me until I finally got to checkout and it was a quick check out and I left. Ulta come on u need to step up ur employees! Discussed with your service.Renee

I love coming into ULTA when Im in Enid. Friendly staff thats always super helpful. I love how they also give me additional product samples even after Ive bought something and got samples.

Im giving two stars because I love ulta, unfortunately I dont like ulta in Enid. I Get off in the evening so I can only ever go at night, and the night shift girls act very stuck up and annoyed. They treat you different if you go in with a bare face. But the few times Ive gone Durning the morning the girls are so sweet!

I like ULTA but Enid really needs to step up their game. If you go in looking good say have your makeup on and your hair done it seems they cater to you more verses when you go in in your pajamas and no face makeup on they kind of ignore you and kind of watch you like youre going to steal something. Especially when youre around the samples. Its kind of odd where is you would think. Theyd see an opportunity like oh she has a clean canvas to do demonstrations on or recommendations versus I love your eyeshadow thats already applied. I dont know its just weird any other Ulta or Sephora Ive ever been in they tend to kind of cater towards the people that dont have any makeup on or look lost. so that way they can make more sales and recommendations. I know a few girls who have left there because nobody really helped them yeah they greeted them and thats about it. But to me personal Beauty and cosmetics is a passion and Id want every woman to feel as beautiful as they possibly can, not just make that sell but to justify and help somebodys self-esteem and educate them on some of the products. Enid just needs to step up their game with being involved with customers.

I have spent hours trying everything in the store and they make it fun trying to find that perfect shade. Makinna is a sweetheart and cuts my hair perfectly. This is my favorite ULTA store ever!!

Its my daughters senior prom and she went their to have her hair done just for it ! The first time she did it it was god awful and my daughter asked her to redo it ! The lady did and it came out even worse !!!!! The worst 50 dollars ever spent my daughter came home and cried and had to go wash it and do it herself ! I feel so bad
