Took mine 2000 HD in for a 6-speed upgrade sold me a part and never put it on my bike, took a different part off and put a used one in its place. Were talking about an oil filler tube. Its really just a thought that you would think Im that dumb to do that to a paying customer.I guess they like that part enough to steal it!

I like the people who work here there helpfully yet still comfortable to be the store without being preyed upon, and there bikes are cool to see not to mention all the other stuff youll need on your bike runs. My boyfriend uses them when he needs to upgrade or fix anything on his Harley.

On a Saturday morning, as I was traveling through Oklahoma I had a flat back tire. I called Cycle Ward when they opened and was immediately assisted by the staff there. Within 10 minutes, they had a truck with a roll back at the hotel, loaded up my bike up and drove us to their shop where they began working on my bike.A fencing steeple was lodged in my tire so I opted to buy a new tire. The staff at Cycle Ward had me back on the road within a couple of hours.The cost of the pick up, new tube and tire, plus labor was VERY reasonable! Their building, showroom, and shop area were impeccable.The friendly service was outstanding as well.Bottom line, they took care of two out of state women who happened to be riding through Oklahoma and treated us like family. I highly recommend them!

I was told by my neighbors to check with Cycle Ward if they buy Harley Davidson parts, they dont buy anything from you, but they have a consignment room where you can leave items you want to sell.However they did give me a flyer about a Harley Davidson parts swap meet in Guthrie Ok, being held 4 different dates that I can take everything I have to sell.Awesome staff for giving me the info on the swap meet.To thank you Cycle Ward

Have a problem when you request work and specific parts that is never done & specific parts not applied! Couldnt even complete a simple oil change successfully.I had plans for long rides through the summer but unfortunately I will be working on my bike through parts of upcoming rides.no thanks definitely lost a customer.

Excellent work on motorcycles

I was traveling back from four corners 7/06/2018 and noticed I had cord showing on my rear tire. I have already called the only other two shops in town and they couldnt help me. I got Cycle Ward on the phone and they told me they had the tire in stock but their tire man was not there that day and told me to call the other shops in town, which I explained I had already called them. I dont think this shop deserves one star but I have to check one to post this review.
