My box hasnt shipped yet, but I thought the workers were very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and were very polite.

I had two oil paintings to ship to a gallery in washington, dc. I called first and asked of they had someone trained to package ooil paintings as they take special packaging so as to not damage the oils. They said they were fully trained to ship[ artworks, so I trusted them with my two paintings. I paid extra for insurance and two day shipping. I shipped on a TUESDAY and the paintings had not arrived in DC as of Friday. I checked back three times in the following week, and when the paintings finally arrived 2 1/2 WEEKS later, they were both damaged. One had a rip through the center of it and the other had sheets of paper stuck to it! I called the manager to find out how to go about filing for damages and got the run aroubd, so I went back in the store and spoke to the manager personally. SHE got beligerent and said it was my own fault as they said they didnt ship art! Six months later, after contacting the BBB and UPS, then my attorney, I had a settlement offer made and accepted. BUT, I would much rather have had my grand fathers paintings in good condition hanging in the gallery! I will NEVER use this store again for shipping of any kind and will keep telling anyone who asks what shoddy, rude and unpressional service I received from these people!

Best shipping store in country I work for a large wind energy company and ship daily the manager of this store makes every experience pleasant shes helpful and knowledgeable idk what she makes but can garuntee it isnt enough

The way they treat their employees and go behind their backs and fire them for issues that they have no control over. I would never recommend this location or their current employees at this location. They will never get any service from me or my family. And I will continue to inform everyone I know about this. After everything this country has been going through with the pandemic this is how they go about treating and taking care of their employees who pore their blood, sweat, and tears into their work.

Very very poor customer service I would never go to the store I have only been on the phone with them and was treated like a piece of dirt if you are not happy working here then quit do not take it out on your customers

Pulled into the lot at 4:55 and not a parking spot to be had and should have known to turn around. I got inside and had 7 people in front of me. WELL.... in less than 5, maybe 10 minutes I was on my way with great customer service!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Days later and Im still furious over how poorly I was treated and how awful/unprofessional their customer service is. My negative experience started with the first time I walked in the door of this establishment. The door chimed as I walked in and two women who were sitting in the back room chatting, looked my way (making eye contact with me) and continued their conversation for nearly 5 more minutes. I just needed to purchase a box (that Id later ship through this location) and the staff acted horribly inconvenienced that they had a customer to help. Later that same day, I returned to ship the box that I had packed up. I paid nearly $30 to have my package arrive at its destination in two days. This was a perishable/heat sensitive item being shipped to Phoenix, AZ where temps are over 90 degrees. A week later and my package still hadnt reached its location. I went back to this UPS store to try and figure out why my package hadnt arrived and I requested a refund for the extra money I had spent for it to arrive in two days. The woman (same woman whod helped me the week prior when i originally shipped the item) was completely belligerent with me and refused to help me. Not only am I out $30 for the extra cost of shipping, but Im also out the money from the contents of the package! I will NEVER return to this store and I will be filing further complaints with UPS and the BBB. It seems this isnt the first time this crook has done this based on other reviews.

Man, I was stressed and anxious about having to return these cool boots that didn’t fit my calves (lame!) but the girl here made my return shipment a BREEEEEEZE. I was in and out within a minute! Thanks, girl!

Having a box there has been a good experience for me. I get a email when I receive packages. I love not having to worry about missing a delivery or having a box on my doorstep to get stolen while I am out.Edit 3/3/18When I first got a box there there was a manager that was very helpful and all the staff were great. That manager left to pursue other things and shortly after all the staff bailed. The woman who took over was unbelievably rude to me and I suddenly regretted renewing the box contract. She has since left but they very rarely have more than one person working there. I often end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to get a package from the back. It seems sad that I see 10 people waiting to send a package and there is only one employee to help them. Sadly it would be faster at the post office.

Very cool, very nice people. The best place in Enid to take packages if you need some help getting them taped up and sent. Lots of parking, easy to get to and great people inside.

Wow! Im really not one to complain but this is one of the worst stores Ive been to...ever. Every time Ive been there its taken me at least 20 min or longer... the store is SEVERELY understaffed, and the few employees that do work here are very rude! Plus they 100% ripped me off. I was mailing something that weighed less than a pound and it was too big to be sent normally and cost be $18 to ship. Seriously folks, save your money AND time and go to the postal service or staples. 😂

Very poor service here. Staff acted like they would rather be somewhere else. I believe the post office is a lot cheaper and if you need a box Walmart or Lowe’s is a lot cheaper than paying $5 for a box that cost 79 cents at Walmart.

This has got to be the most unprofessional UPS store I have ever come across. They are not only unprofessional, they are thiefs and liars.Heather at the UPS store in Enid, OK, sent out my package on 10/24/13. Said it was a 2-day shipment and took my money. She sent it regular mail. When I called today on 10/30/13 to ask about it, a man got on the phone and tried to claim I showed up on Friday and that is why it was being delivered on the 30th of October. When I showed the receipt that it was 2-day mail and that I was there on the 24th and paid for 2-day, he put a lady named, Kim on the phone. Kim tried to defend the whole situation saying, it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th, but we sent it regular mail. I requested a refund. Kim SCREAMED at the top of her lungs, LISTEN TO ME! This was supposed to deliver Monday, 10/28/13 we sent it regular mail and its just too bad!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for her name and she said, Kim. Have a wonderful day. I recently had an oil painting shipped from this store. Unlike the negative reviews, my experience was very good. Kim was very helpful in a phone call about shipping and was reassuring that she had the painting well packaged for shipping. The painting arrived quickly and indeed was very well packaged and in great condition. My thanks to Kim and associates for a job well done.
