There is absolutely no way to describe the outstanding service I received at Ennis Appliances. Sandra was a great help and knowledgeable about repairs. I purchased everything I needed at one time and had them delivered a week later so that I could prepare my new house. I was given I discount for making multiple purchases and the appliances I purchased work great. I can only say my experience was good. Other people have different opinions about service buy at times make unreasonable demands. My experience was great!!!

Ive had the best experience with Ennis Appliance!!! The girls and other employees are fun and friendly. I will continue to do business with Ennis Appliance and recommend them to my family and friends.

It is interesting to see that one of the reviews was written by the owner (or one of the owners) of this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM at the appliance store or with the appliance repair! They are crooks and are happy to take your money and run. They act like they are good Christian people so I know there will be some Karma in their future. We are currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. According to records, it looks like a lot of other people have done the same in the past. Im sure they wont pay the judgement and well have to put a lien on their business. Looks like when that has happened in the past, they just change the name of their business, and keep swindling people.

Customer service isnt good, and even though my fridge that i got a couple weeks ago isnt working right, i have to pay $75 (its still under warranty) and wait 4 days for someone to come out and fix it even though he told me id have someone out the next day.

Easily the worst appliance experience of my life. Bought a fridge from them in March, they promised to replace the doors and fix the ice-dispenser, broke the glass of my oven (while installing fridge), and have not been seen since. Ive called them about 20 times and they keep promising to come out (including firm dates) and nothing happens. Could any business in the US succeed like this? They apparently do.I tried BBB, and they wrote to them but got no reply. Im now in the process of taking them to small claims court, its that bad.

Bait and Switch, absolutely horrible customer service.I went in and bought a fridge that should have been ready to go - they missed the delivery day by 3 days and when he finally showed up, he gives me a loaner fridge and says hell let me know when the other ones fixed. That was 3 weeks ago without a single returned phone call. Once they get your money, they dont care anymore.----Editing after 3 years later because...well...the fridge I boughts been working ever since, albeit rather loud.
