Over the course of several months I became a very informed consumer regarding the ATV I was looking to purchase. I looked daily on three different search engines, when I saw the ad from Cycle Town South. I worked with Jay, and since the ad had a stock photo Jay took the photos I requested and answered any questions I had in a timely manor. Jay handled the paperwork and had the ATV ready for the driver to haul from Texas to Minnesota. I feel very blessed to have worked with Cycle Town South and Jay, the next time I purchase an ATV they will be my first call.

Just left the Cycle Town in Ennis, walked in with my $10 k to purchase the new 2018 900 s they had. There it was sitting there on the floor. I had already completed all of research and this was the one I wanted. I walked around for 18 min and was NEVER acknowledged . The men were too busy chatting too even say hello. The whole show room is smaller than my living room. But you can not speak to a shopper? So, now I’m heading out to Irving to purchase the same bike. What a waste of time to try to shop local.

I bought a new RZR Turbo 1000 Dynamix and JP was an awesome no pressure sales guy. He not only made me one heck of a deal before the sale, he took great care of me after the sale. He kept me informed the whole time on the status of waiting on accessories to be delivered and installed and delivered it to me as promised. He will go out of is way throughout the whole process to make sure you are a happy customer. This is the only place that I will shop at in future.

CTS went above and beyond to take care of me. I broke one of the snaps on my Rangers net doors shortly after buying it, the ranger has been back to dealer twice and 3-4 times to an accessories shop, took into CTS for the first time and they fixed the snap without me ever asking, it’s the attention to detail that makes CTS a great shop. Won’t make the mistake of taking my stuff anywhere else and neither should you.
