I go here once a week simply because the people that work in here make me feel like family. Probably the only auto part store Ive ever been to that to I would recommend others to visit!
I came in To buy some rubber hose for windshield wipers, And Michael was at the counter and was quick to get the hose it was less than 9 inches gave me a scrap piece that was perfect length. Thank you Michael, as you have my buisness ! Hes an asset to Auto zone .
I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years at the Ennis, Texas location. In April of 2020 I purchased a battery for one of my cars. This car has set still for the past 21 days and not driven. The car would not start nor could I boost the battery up to get it started. I took the battery out and took it in to the store and requested another battery. The manager of the store was a young lady who refused to replace my battery . I showed her my receipt and was told that did not make a difference. I will not spend another dime of my money with this location.
Amanda seemed to be running this store all by herself. She helped me more than she will ever know.she is on TOP of everything in the Ennis store and does not miss anything. She carried my battery to my car and tried to put my battery in, but the cowl was in the way. I was able to get it installed nearby. Id had shoulder surgery and could not lift the battery. Shes AMAZING! THANK you for your kindness and attitude, Amanda.
THIS AUTO ZONE IS THE GREATEST…. AMANDA AND THE TEAM TOTALLY TOTALLY TOTALLY ROCKS AND IT IS NOT ENOUGH TIME IN MY DAY TO SAY HOW AWESOME THEY ARE.. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN THERE THEY ARE JUST THE GREATEST CREW TO DEAL WITH…….I KNOW COMPANIES GET REALLY BUSY AND DON’T USUALLY SEE THE REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE I HOPE THEY DO…, NOT ANOTHER AUTO ZONE LIKE IT.. #AUTOFINEST
Quicker service than I am use to at auto parts stores. Had my parts and loaner tools for that one-off job.
This autozone is the worst. I just waited a half hour to be able to buy the parts I picked out, and that’s routine.The manager obviously routinely understaffs,because there’s never enough people for the level of demand here.The card readers never take tap to pay, and don’t even work with physical cards probably 80% of the time, and require at least three tries just to pay.The parts stock and people are fine but being able to simply pay and get your stuff and get out is like pulling teeth and always takes ten times longer than it should.I drive to the oreilleys ten minutes farther away now, and the extra twenty movie round trip is worth it just to not have to deal with that.
I had great experience getting a new battery yesterday. They sold me on best battery and installed it. Gave me senior discount before I even asked. All lady staff. Was having Sensor issues and they told me it was bad battery. Thank you for being so nice and knowledgeable. Lady from Kaufman was so good and fun to talk with. She got new battery in quickly.
Some employees are knowledgeable, some are not. Decent selection to browse, theyre selection of lights could be better and vehicle specific items fall short.
Called on Monday to order a rear taillight assembly, guy took my info (no payment asked for) and said my part will be in next day. I called next day and said they had no order for me in system but they can order it now and be in Wednesday (no payment asked for). So I call on Wednesday and person says no order in their system for me and they can’t order parts without taking a payment.I now need to rush order this part to get it. They don’t know what they are doing and wasted my time. Will now use Oreilly for my part orders.
Always have what Im looking for and lifetime warranty on most items.

I dont know who chooses what or if their are rewards by corporate for store teams, but there should be. Amanda and her whole team were knowledgeable helpful and overall just nice to people. Helping everyone promptly and fully. If I lived close to here I would go no where else and even pay the extra over some part stores online for this level of customer service. Congratulations to this team and their leader Amanda. Corporate take note and reward properly.

While traveling home to Houston from Dallas after a morning of meetings, my engine undercarriage popped off and got tangled up in my wheel. This crippled me from traveling much further out of the fear of getting a flat tire. I drove to the nearest car parts store to find a temporary solution, and was saved by Tim, an employee of this AutoZone location. Tim worked through multiple ways to fix the issues, and actually got down and under my car to reattach the cover. He did a fantastic job, and made sure that I’d be able to drive home without any worry. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him about shared interests, and I am entirely grateful to have Tim help me out. Thank you, Tim!

I bought a auxiliary battery for Mercedes S550 from this store . I did order the part three days before so the day I’m off work I can take care of this issue. they brought me the wrong battery and manager she said this is what they have and act like as it is me who told her to buy the wrong part .I had to take it back and go buy this part from another company, first you wasted my time and as a manager you don’t have not understanding for customer time value.
Previously purchased a battery from Walmart. Went dead. went to Walmart to get a new battery and could not get waited on. Seemed to be one person there and he was just to busy to be bothered. Called Autozone and spoke with Amanda. She checked, had what I needed, set it aside for me and promptly installed the battery and checked my starter and alternator as well. Amanda was respectful, kind and very proficient at her job. Autozone employees always go above and beyond every time I shop there.

I usually feel lost and a bit uncomfortable in automotive stores such as these...mostly because of my ignorance of all things mechanical...lol! But my boyfriend really needed a part for his vehicle, and I was already out shopping, so I took on the task of picking it up for him. The guys that were working here were great and made me feel so much more comfortable. I just handed the guy who was helping me my phone with my boyfriend on the line and they talked their gibberish about an air filter part thingy or some doohickey kit. They hung up and off he went to quickly get the part that was needed. He rang me up with a smile and joking around a little bit which I appreciated. He thanked me and I was out the door. It seemed as though they may have been a little short staffed, but everyone was being patient and the employees were working their butt off to make sure everyone was being taken care of promptly. Great work guys.

Im sure its a corporate thing but it just seemed to be under staffed. I came in to get a bulb for my headlight and i only saw two workers a man and woman. Soon as i went to check out the man told the woman he was stepping out. I Stood at the cash register for about 10 min waiting on the woman to help me but its not her fault she was helping a customer. I was in a hurry is the only reason for the 3 stars rating other then that the woman was very kind and apologized for my wait. This could be because it was about 8pm maybe they were getting ready to close.. Idk
