They located a table that met my specs, inspected it, purchased it, delivered and setup with new lifetime bumpers and tournament grade felt and a full accessory kit. Even left me a short cue for the tight spaces. They were beyond professional and live upto their name. They took care and use blankets to not damage the wood floors. I would recommend them to anyone and would happily use them again.

DFW Billiards Professionals we’re AWESOME!!Bull & his partner did an amazing job of taking apart my 6 month old 8’ Brunswick table with gulley return,moving it 10 miles to my new house & reassembling it in perfect condition & balance in a little over 3 hours.They drove 60 miles from Ennis to Aubrey & showed up on time at 8:00 am ready to work. Their cost was extremely reasonable for the amount of work done & Bull made me feel very comfortable with his level of expertise as I watched them work.I will definitely use them again when it is time to replace the felt & highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service

These guys moved, re-felted, and reassembled my $15,000 Brunswick Royal from the 1920s. It’s over 9ft with an intricate ball return system and delicate inlays. An knowledgeable, trustworthy staff that I felt comfortable leaving here with my wife and kids. Fantastic experience. No complaints.

Robert The Mailman and Starr installed Simonis 860 Tournament Blue felt on my Olhausen table. Felt was installed beautifully and table leveled perfectly. Before the install bank shots seemed to be off a little. They lined the rails in perfect parallel so bank shots are now true. Could not be more pleased with their work. These two are pool table pros. I strongly recommend DFW Billiard who are SUPERIOR craftsmen. The installers were both master pool players and love playing.Before purchasing a used 8ft pool table from DFW Billard in Ennis Texas I met with Rick, the owner. I found Rick to be pleasant, very knowledgeable and pointed out the smallest of flaws. When Ricks crew arrived to install the the table and new cloth they were an extension of Ricks professionalism and attention to detail.

We bought a used pool table from an individual and were concerned that we might not be able to move it ourselves. We found DFW Billiard Professionals as well as another company who would pick up the pool table from the sellers house and deliver it to our house, about 25 miles apart. The other company quoted us more and their availability wasnt that great. DFW Billiard Professionals were communicative throughout the process. They texted to confirm the appointment. They texted when they were about 1 hour out. They were there a little earlier than the time they said they would be and called to let us know. They disassembled the table and had it loaded pretty fast. Once they arrived at our house, they explained the process for them reassembling the table, e.g. they bring the base in, they make sure were 100% sure where we wanted to set it up prior to bringing in the top, they explained the different distances from each wall, etc. Bull and Mr. E both were very pleasant, friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently. If and when we buy another table or move, well definitely call them!!!The reason we hired them to move it versus us trying to move it ourselves is because not only were we concerned about the weight, we were also concerned about possibly scratching it when we moved it, etc. They disassembled it, reassembled it, and leveled it out. If you want your table to shoot correctly, you definitely need DFW Billiard Professionals to make sure its leveled out and centered correctly.
