I havent been in for a couple of years. I was disappointed in the difference in the amount of stock. I understand cutting back, but they have way less than 1/2 of what they used to have. The prices make up for the lack of choices.Other than that, its still a great little store & the only place you are going to beat the prices is Dirt Cheap. The clothes are of a decent quality & most of the time, they actually have your size.I highly recommend Burkes Outlet.

Its hard to find clothes that I like here. They do have jackets once in awhile.

My wife shopped here 10/19/18 the restroom was appalling, it was horrible. Unflushed toilets neither had been flushed. Toilet paper all over the floor. Used toilet paper on the floor. She walked right out and told the cashier, she had the attitude she didnt care. No apology no comment at all. Just acted annoyed. Will never go back.

Dont pay retail for clothes! Good selection but it changes based on what they are sent.

This use to be my favorite store, but they’ve gone through quite a bit of staff change over the last year and the new employees are mostly horrible. Nobody smiles or greets customers. Everyone acts like they hate being there. I use to see supervisors everywhere on the sales floor cleaning, stocking, greeting, and now there’s none to be found anywhere. I tried to ignore it for the selection and prices, but I witnessed the manager yelling at a cashier my last trip there. Very unprofessional and rude to not only the cashier, but customers as well. I won’t be back.
