Ive gone here for my yearly checkup the last three years. Customer service is subpar. There has been an issue with getting my correct prescription each time and despite considerable effort on my part they still cant seem to get it right. Each year theyve lost my chart and take a solid 20 minutes to find it. Dont waste your time or money.

I have diabetes and I also have astigmatism. When I went for my visit I informed the doctor of the problems. She checked my vision and did a few tests during my visit. I informed the doctor that I still had blurry vision and she told me that it was allergies and gave me eye drops to help. The eye drops didnt work, and I went and got a second opinion and thats when I found out I was given the wrong prescription. I paid $100 plus dollars and it was all for nothing. I will not recommend this eye clinic to anybody nor will I recommend the vision center. The staff is rude and when I left I didnt feel like I was properly seen or taken care of.

Unfortunately, I had to give a rating to express my views otherwise I wouldnt have given one star. We had an appointment at 3:20, I had to drive 30 miles to this appointment. When we arrived on time there was a question about my insurance. I called the insurance company from the office had the issues cleared up but was waiting for the authorization for a vision test on my son who had failed a vision screener at school. The doctor (Daniels) was ready to leave for the day (3:40) because she has a two hour drive home. Needless to say we didnt have the scheduled eye exam and will never be back to this facility. My whole family (of 4) has used Walmart Vision Center in Enterprise, AL in the past. I will not recommend Walmart Vision Center to anyone. The employees were helpful and seemed understanding, regardless of this I will not be rescheduling an appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Since the new eye doctor has been here it is worse than ever. I had to get my glasses exchanged because my daughters dog thought they were a chew toy. Got the exchanged pair and the prescription isn’t right. They told me that it was just my eyes getting adjusted to the glasses. The frames are worn out. They adjusted them twice and now that the year was close to being up that there was nothing they could do. Will look elsewhere for a optometrist that won’t just be there two days a week.
