Horrible place. Bought a control pannel, turned out to be junk, electrician wouldnt install it. Called about a return, they were anything but nice. Told me to go buy new parts from Home Depot for my new box to be better. The breakers they sold me were junk and not functioning with the box. Finally was told to return the items. My item has been back in their possesion since April 30th, it is now May 12th, no credit, will not return calls and when I did reach someone they told me to call back and have had nothing but answering machines since. I support our Veterans, but I will not support this place. Scammers! Buy with caution or just buy someplace else. Horrible service, rude and you will probably end up getting taken for a ride.

Ordered a converter from them work for awhile went bad and still waiting for them to call me back n send me replacement filing complaint with BBB and also with Alabama State Attorney General office for fraud.

Mixed bag. Lots of good info on their web site. Called them and got a good product recommendation for the problem I wanted to solve, but Randy was a little cranky on the phone. (Having a bad day?) Went ahead and ordered the converter. No Fed-x confirmation number.. Asked about it - no response. Got the product in 4 days (Good.) Had an install question. No response. Asked again - no response. Needed to return a remote controller I bought. No response. Also, after the sale all the emails I sent were returned undeliverable (bounced). They have a contact form on the web site but had no response from that either. I work as an engineer and figured out my issue, but if you need any technical support after the saleI cant recommend them.

It is very disappointing to hear such Fowl Language (F and S) from a business owner to a costumer who called to verify if the item ordered had been shipped. I spoke to Randy, the owner, on Monday about needing a replacement kit for my camper (details not necessary for this post). He assured me that he would package and ship the part I needed when ordered. I said I’ll order on line now so not to take your time. He said alright I’ll get it ready. I ordered immediately. No confirmation from Randy or FedEx 3 day shipping received. So today, 3 days later I called to verify shipping.It was not shipped. Now there is none in stock and Randy didn’t know it. (So much for the getting it ready as mentioned)It’s not so much that I didn’t get the part when promised or needed. My plan had been to go work on camper this weekend... it’s really the abusive language from Randy I received when I asked if he would ship it over night so I could receive it tomorrow when I’m suppose to leave. After the first couple words I ask him to not speak in such away to me as a costumer and that of course that made it worse. Oh well, I guess he had a bad day and wanted to share his sunny disposition.None the less HE cancelled my order and I’m without a part- guess I can’t buy parts here. But I would not want to and I’d suggest no one does.Ron

I wandered in accidentally thinking it was your standard retail/parts store. Turns out its actually the office and repair center. However they were very helpful and friendly and pointed me towards where i needed to go and what i needed.5/5 would get lost again probably

Converter went out on my RV so I called and was suggested a replacement so I ordered. Husband installed and the board went out immediately (assumed it was something we did even though my husband as well as myself graduated in electronics), ordered a new board....fast forward a year and the breakers blew up. Emailed Randy for a suggested part for the AC part. No answer. Called and he was very odd sounding on the phone and said it wasnt possible that a whole unit would need to be ordered. The replacement converter was $200. The whole unit he suggested was also $200. Why didnt he just suggest that from the beginning? To top the matter off worse is he put fake labels on his boondocker replacement and it was made by someone else. Once we googled the unit, it was $100 cheaper to buy direct. Avoid this guy like the plague! He is not helpful and only out to deceive people to make more money. His website claims are completely false.
