Brought my wife’s van in for an oil change and a tire rotation… as far as I can tell, they performed both services. Her tire pressures were all about 3psi below the TPMS set value of 36psi when I brought the van in… and they were the same after the tire rotation — so apparently, checking/inflating the tires isn’t part of the tire rotation. Got the van home, and the next time we started it, the “Change oil soon” message came up because nobody reset the message after changing the oil. I had to get out my air compressor and inflate the tires… then reset the maintenance message.All in all… they got the basics done… just not quite up to my expectations.

The service and parts departments are better than great! Theyre very knowledgeable and are always friendly. Every time I go there they go out of their way to help me, and i see them do the same for all their customers. Last time I was there, the guy at the service counter helped me locate a specialty tool that made my DIY project way easier than I thought it would be. He went over the numbers with us and surprisingly we did not have to do the old back a forth a million times. We understand that there is a huge shortage of New cars right now so we knew we wouldnt be getting a jaw dropping discount. However, they listened to what we believed was a fair deal and got it done quickly. Jen in finance was equally great, explaining everything and not putting pressure on us for the extras. We were in and out in about 2 hours. The whole thing was probably the quickest and easiest car buying process we have been through. Very fast, professional and convenient service! Reached out online and came in the same day. Dustin was off work but still answered my call and got me set up with his manager Steve and another sales rep, Tabitha. I was trading in a car with a good amount of negative equity and knew that would hit me but we were able to work through the loan, the down payment, etc. Overall it was a super positive experience and Im glad we made it work! I cannot recommend the gentlemen at ECJD enough. This past weekend I purchased a 2021 RAM. This is my first truck so this experience was very important to me. Dustin D quickly responded to my initial call and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment for a few days out. When I arrived the truck I was interested in was waiting out front for me to rest drive. Dustin worked with the GM Rob to see that we landed on something that was affordable without sacrificing anything I wanted in a truck. The day after I bought my truck someone backed in to me and put a ding in my hood and left paint scuff on my bumper. I called Dustin to see what he recommended. Rob and Dustin told me to drop off the car and they would handle. I picked it up a day later and it looked brand new again. It goes to show there are still old school business people doing things the right way because they genuinely care about the customer experience. I am a customer for life and if you are reading this, you should be too.

First and foremost I love Enumclaw CJDR. From a customer servicing a Jeep in the past Ive always received very welcoming staff. This was no different. I was looking to buy a new Ram 1500 and we greeted by Tabitha. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. I asked to see a quad cab and she gladly guided me to the truck I was already eying. She did tell me that often times buyers go for the crew cab for the additional space. Since this was not something I was interested in, we continued looking at the quad cab. After reading some of the reviews of this dealership, I had high hopes for my experience for yesterday. Unfortunately, I didnt get what everyone else seemed to experience. I came in to look at a truck for me and my husband and get the paperwork started to see what kind of numbers we would be looking at. As a women, I was expecting to be treated not so great because for whatever reason car salesmen think women know nothing about vehicles. We talked numbers but I was not impressed with what they were able to do for me as far as my trade in and monthly payments. They took my keys and said they were going to take my truck for a drive for a trade in appraisal. Once Dustin knew that I was not comfortable with the monthly payment, he was longer interested in me taking up his time. Not only did he not say thanks for stopping by or anything like that, he was on the phone with another customer before I had even left his office space. The best part though to the whole experience is when I left the dealership and picked up my 2 year old daughter to head home, and my hood on my truck flew open as I was driving down the highway after I had left their dealership. I called and asked to speak with the manager working the floor who had drove my truck to appraise it. I told him what happened and he immediately started telling me that they never drove it or even opened the hood, essentially calling me a liar. As I am sitting on the side of the highway with my hood bent open. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. The MANAGER. Unfortunately for them I have a dash camera in my truck that they must not have noticed as they inspected it I am not happy with my experience here but it is a dealership after all, what do you expect.

I initially reached out to the dealership to find out if they were interested in my particular trade in for a fair value. I had in mind a truck I found on one of their ads, a fairly priced, used, local f150 king ranch. I was met by a friendly voice and educated lady named Tabitha via phone, very accommodating and customer service oriented. Also got the sales manager (Steve) involved, he was also very friendly and easy to talk to. At no point in any of our conversations did I feel I was being sold to. (Until I got to the fella across the desk when I was signing all the papers- bit even he wasnt alot of pressure) overall It was a great experience and was made quite quick and painless. Long story short- we came to an agreement- I was picked up from my home to do formalities at the dealership and drove away in my new truck. The king ranch I was Interested in.Follow up has been frequent, havent had any concerns with the vehicle. But I feel if I did it would be taken seriously. I did purchase the truck as is so my expectations are not high. But I believe if I called about an issue I would probably pay full price but our relationship would make it a bit easier on me.All said- I would refer a friend to the establishment and even recommend Tabitha to take care of them. She kinda rocks :)

+ Sales agent was quick and responsive over four other inquiries to dealerships I had made, so he got my sale.+ He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient to answer questions and review amenities and simple functions on how the vehicle works.- Sales Agent was too quick in explaining what my trade-in would be. I would have donated my trade in to purple heart for Veterans.- I have to have title gal correct discounts. She forgot at least one and had to call on the phone to get that, then redo the sales title contract, however, was very sweet. Go super slow, ask questions, take a second pair of eyes with you.+ Overall, these guys and gals are spot on with their product, knowledge, and information.

I had a great experience at Enumclaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Tabitha was easy to work with, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was extremely helpful when showing me the new car’s technology. Since purchasing my new Jeep, I needed to run the car to the service area to get a spot buffed out. I was greeted as if they were waiting there especially for me. And Kevin (if I’m remembering his name correctly), who cleaned the car when we purchased it and later buffed out the spot, clearly took pride in his work and a job well done. He went above and beyond to make sure my new vehicle was immaculate.

My husband and I made a spontaneous pit stop into this dealership after turning in a lemon Chevy back to Gamblins. I wanted to look at a few Jeeps but wasnt interested in buying that day.Tabitha greeted us and showed us the Grand Cherokees. We really liked the High Altitude model and she let us take it for a spin. She was very informative, friendly, outgoing, and encouraging as she suggested we drive it home to ask our kids what they thought.The experience was really easy and comfortable. I enjoyed working with Tabitha as she even introduced us to everyone in the service department. Steve, the GM, was so funny and easy to talk to. He got us a great rate and added to an awesome experience. He even through in a couple sweatshirts from the parts department for us allowing out-of-town buyers to go to finance before us.Hands down, we recommend Enumclaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep! The experience from beginning to end was better than I could have asked for!

I’ve be patiently waiting for answers regarding my interest in buying a car. I am very disappointed I waited 3 hours to finally get answers and still had me wait an additional couple of days for more clarification. When I called Robert to follow up on my status. I was told they still have no answers. I am very dissatisfied and will take my business else where.

The buying of our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Enumclaw Jeep went flawlessly. Excellent staff all around! I was ready to buy a second Jeep at Bellevue Jeep (closer to me), but changed my mind after I encountered a general manager there with a poor relationship with the truth and some employees who seemed lacking in basic product knowledge and training. Enumclaw was the polar opposite experience. They were knowledgeable, forthright and did their homework to ensure we got the right car, got the best deal we could and followed up. They had training materials ready for us to teach all the car features, they had sales staff who knew the car inside & out, they displayed good humor and a good attitude. They acted like they actually wanted my business - now and in the future. Dustin was an excellent salesperson. He knows Jeeps, drives a Jeep, was easy to work with and highly professional. The finance manager was so entertaining with his hilarious stories - it was the first time in my life I actually laughed out loud numerous times during the dreaded signing of the pile of new car paperwork. The service department is one of the highest ranked in the NW - and given the rest of my experience here, I have decided to move all my service and repair needs to these folks. It is worth the extra 15 min drive for me to deal with people who engender trust.
