This Starbucks makes the best coffee. Every time I get one I think or say yup. Thats exactly what I wanted. 💕

Staff is great, however, it’s pretty gross inside. The tables and chairs were covered in crumbs, and there were tons of flies around. Second time I went to this location and it felt and seemed dirty.

Very disappointed. Went in to have a coffee and work (using the wifi). Couldnt get wifi, when I asked the manager about it, she just said yeah, I think there is a problem with it. Ill probably report it. Really? When I expressed disappointment, she could only come back with well Im here working and dont have time to be on the internet, so, I wouldnt know. OK, how about if you check periodically? Like you would the quality of your food products?Pathetic, I went to McDonalds, All good there and their coffee is 1/2 the price.

I ordered my coffee from a different Starbucks and the was something not right about it and was already on the highway headed to my destination! So I stopped at the Epping Location and let me tell you I haven’t met people that have been so apologetic and willing to fix the problem and have the outcome be a million times better! I haven’t had my drink taste this good since the first time I ordered one!!! Thank you to everyone you all had such great attitudes ... especially the girl who made my Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with a triple shot (you know who you are)

If you like consistently lukewarm coffee, this is your Starbucks.

This isnt a rating on the employees. This is more so about the location.Horrible traffic pattern and just a bad design.

Horrible parking lot and drive through area. Id give the staff 5 stars for sure as they were absolutley great!!!! Ill never understand why corporate sbux chooses the smallest lots with 3 parking spaces for wicked busy coffee shops.

Always a good experience here. It gets a bit busy, but they handle it well and get the orders out quickly. The staff is always smiling. Hands down this is my favorite Starbucks

Starbucks in general has slipped over the past several years. They gotten to be just like DD, far cry from what they were.

Starbucks is Starbucks. If youre a fan you know what youre getting, if youve never been, you will feel somewhat intimidated. Ive been a fan for a long time but they have been slipping. Its such a busy place and there are so many different orders that a simple hot coffee can be made incorrectly. Thats the sad part, theyve lost the way of just a decent coffee, over all the creations available now.

Friendly staff and good coffee however way to much ice every single time. Most of the time a large ice coffee is gone way to fast, not okay especially with how expensive Starbucks is. I shouldn’t have to remember to say light ice every time I order but clearly I need to.

So love going there. Friendly people good atmosphere the only thing is is the wait but its worth it. They should go into a bigger parking lot like where the old Cumberlands used to be!

Way too slow at drive through. If a customers going to take ages, do what McDonalds does and move them to the side.

I love this location, the staff are always polite, my to-go orders ready in minutes, and if ever I have an issue they go out of their way to make it better.

It took 20 minutes for my drink was not a hard drink I understand also that they have the drive-thru but there was a pool girl there that was standing for at least longer than me who just asked for a tall black coffee they should prioritize the in-store people first because theyre waiting longer

Great location! They always have our coffee ready and prepared exactly as ordered. The location is off the main road, and its very easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Pricey but good. This is a once a week or two well deserved treat! Pumpkin spice lattes are back! Nobody makes it this good. I promise you.... the staff is friendly (most of them) and they’re very fast for the drive through. If you have the time you can walk in but it’ll take a bit longer.

Way too much ice!!! I ordered a venti refresher and got maybe 4 sips out of it because the ice was full all the way to the top. Not the quality I would expect for a 5 dollar drink. Won’t be ordering a refresher again.

I really like starbucks. I get the frappacino. Its like a coffee milkshake with chocolate. The problem is, I order it affogado. That means they pour a shot of espresso on top. But they always mix it in. Thats why I didnt go for a year. The coffees great, accuracy is meh. Ill try again next year.

Clean, reliable, great service. My local, go-to community location. Beverage always made right, even when I ask for an inch of room in my coffee. Recently made their bathrooms unisex, so no more lines ever.

Coffee is the same good quality as when this franchise began but, as is now known, the coffee temperature has been lowered. It is very hot for a few minutes then cools down rapidly. I wish Starbucks went back to the old formula or its baristas offered us this option. Not that they dont have enough to do. :)

Great experience!! I was on my way from Maine to Vermont and had gone to a Starbucks in Maine earlier in the day. Unfortunately my drink tasted funny (bad milk I think). I stopped here in Epping to get a new drink and explained what had happen in Maine. I wasnt expecting a refund or a free drink but she gave me my ice coffee on the house anyway. Very pleased with their customer service.

This is great if you need a quick cup of coffee or tea on the go. Sadly, it does not have the best options to relax. It can be a little too cozy.

The store was very busy with customers in the drive thru but only one in front of me at the counter. The people working there were nice and polite. Unfortunately my drink order was the wrong size. There was no problem changing it and getting a replacement. Allnof that was very good inspite of the mix up. What wasnt good was the product. I ordered 2 espresso shots over ice. Prior to ordering I asked which coffeebwas used in the signature blend. I was told it was Pikes rroast. I chose the blonde espresso instead figuring it would taste better. Nope! Almost as bad a flavor as Pikes. I personally never understood why Starbucks decided to push this blend so much for the last 7+ yrs or so. Pikes Roast is the worst coffee I have tasted in my life. Aside from that, why wouldnt you use an espresso roast to make an espresso shot anyway? Really Starbucks? You can, have, and should do better. There is a reason I never go out of my way to buy a cup of coffee at your stores. I used to but not anymore.

Went today at 3:00 pm for free holiday reuseable cups with the holiday flavor coffee order. Ordered 2 coffees.Wellll needless to say they were out of the free cups but we could buy one????REALLY!!! I will not be going to Starbucks again since they didnt honor the advertisment. Dunkins for me from now on. Service was very slow also. We were the only ones at the drive in.

I like this place my mom always gets a pink drink it has coconut and other fruit stuff in it. i dont really like it but she does and a youtuber called james charles does too i think thats why my mom gets it. im not a fan of the pink drink but thats because i dont like coconut so i guess my opinion isnt really valid here, but if you ask somebody like james Charles, well then, hed say theyre pretty good! thats why reviews are always so subjective because you might get someone like me with a coconut bias who will tell you the drink is bad, when in fact, youtuber james charles and my mom, both who like coconut, say its pretty good! always look at more than one review, or find a reviewer like me whos willing to give you the full scoop on matters like this. anyways i really enjoy this starbucks. the employees are nice and patient with you when you are slow at ordering like i am haha. i always get a coffee, its pretty strong but, thats just how i like it! gets me through the day. come to this starbucks for good coconut fruit drinks and strong coffee.

Last experience rating.It depends on the barista of the day.Over the years this location struggles with barista quality. Its a very simple order. I do not know if its the training or the quality of employee they have.Made my drink twice - got it wrong twice. Barista was more interested being social than concentrating on getting orders correct.Whomever was the manager that day did not step in when I politely informed that the second drink was wrong.Left down $4 and unhappy - I didnt want to be a jerk.
