I had 4 hydraulic lines made with special ends. They were easy to deal with at first. They had to order 2 ends in and it was super quick. The only problem was the ends were wrong and the garage went to put them on they had to send them to a machine shop to get the ends fixed. They told me I should call and see if I can get some kind of reimbursement. The guy at Parker didn’t believe me and told me to bring the lines in. Well that would mean I would have to take the hay tedder back apart. So pretty much if I’m calling to say something was wrong I’m not making up a story so are you saying I’m lying to you?So it’s been 3 months now. They said they would issue me a refund but I have not seen anything yet.
