The customer service at this location by Azzaare was amazing (hopefully spelled it right). I was looking for something specific and they were out of it, but she came right up to me and helped me out. I got something else instead and she said it was great… well it in fact was great. I’ve been to this location a ton of times and this was the best experience I have had with an employee that works there.

Overpriced, employees keep bothering you, all the smells gave me a migraine. Cheaper, easier and better to order on amazon or walmart abd get same day delivery for 25 to 50% off of Sephoras prices.

The store in JCPenney at the Millcreek Mall in Erie PA. The employees there at Sephora are so doggone rude. Some girl put me in the chair and was going to help me figure out what color of blush to get and then she said she would be right back and I looked 10 minutes later and she was up at the register. I guess they dont like to wait on old people. I just got out of the chair and walked out of the store..

Every time I go into Sephora, I hope Azzy is there to help me. She listens intently, lets me express my needs, and then works hard to fulfill my needs. She never steers me wrong and she’s so patient and professional! She’s the best!

I stopped in last night with a friend who needed to pick up a few things, and we had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Onalee. I would give her more than 5 stars if it were possible. She was incredibly helpful and it took us about one minute to realize that she is an absolutely wonderful person. You are lucky to have her representing your company. It was one of the best retail experiences that I have had....she exudes joy and happiness, and she was knowledgeable and professional while letting her personality shine. Thanks, Onalee!!

Alicia is AMAZINGGG! She is very knowledgeable and had some really good tips. I routinely go to her for all my beauty secrets and everyone else should too!Seriously, the first visit we figured out my skin tone IQ color, helped me pick a kickass sunstalker bronzer by Rihanna and not to mention, my eyebrows are on fleek from getting me the perfect brow pencil. The rewards system is such a nice touch, I even got an organic hydrating night cream and Im loving it. Currently trying out my new Anastacia Beverly Hills Moonchild palette and Sundipped palette. 🤷‍♂️💄

Purchased a Sephora gift card directly at the Millcreek mall location for a Christmas gift, went to use it today online, says “not valid”I still have the receipt but noticed the back of their card says “May not be used at Sephora stores or online”?!?! What? BEWARE

As a stay at home mom to three toddlers (and shopping with them) I was so intimidated to walk into this store and felt totally overwhelmed by all the options, but their staff was SO incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten the sales associates name, but she was wonderful at helping me navigate the brands and select the perfect products and colors to help me feel more put together each day without spending hours in front of the mirror and thousands of dollars in products. I will definitely be returning and will definitely recommend them to my mommy friends : )

As a loyal customer of Sephora for years, I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer serviceat this Sephora location in Erie. From working in sales before, I understand that it’s a stressful industry. I didn’t get her name (wish I would have), but I’m pretty positive her name was Kira and she had hole gauges in her ears….She is an example of how you should NOT treat customers…She was beyond rude to me and the people in front of me when it was time to check out for NO REASON. People like her should not work in an industry that your number one goal always is to make the customers happy. People like her are why customers would rather shop online than go in the actual store.

Didnt even want to give one star. The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. Asked 3 times for help and the lady said she would then preceded to walk right by me and ask others if they needed help. Hate going there and they just lost my business that I was gunna give that day. Something needs to be done!!
