Fiance and I, along with my brother got shoes there. Was a great experience, and had good prices. I will go again.

Great place, just got my daughters school shoes. They have a way bigger selection of kids shoes then DSW. (Thats where I went first.)

I have 4 kids and have been to a few different shoe stores. This was my first time going to shoe carnival. It was amazing. The people are friendly and attentive, the prices were absolutely amazing and the building is extremely clean and organized. Thank you and we will be back again

Just left there at 5:30 on 3/29/21. Lori Anna was unbelievably rude and complained to another coworker wandering around the store with a McDonald’s cup about how too many people were shopping. Another employee was staring and following me as I was walking around(assuming I’m stealing most likely) literally worst service and experience ever. Not worth the deals on shoes if they allow their employees to act like that.

Found good shoes in my size. Bit expensive, but if the shoes last they are worth it.

They have the best selection of boots, shoes and sneakers and there always on sale.. I love this place

I love deals! Buy one, get one 1/2 off! My only issue is there was only 2 employees in the whole store. I stood in line longer than I shopped and it was a Saturday afternoon.

Worst customer service I have ever seen or heard about. Now I understand we are in a pandemic but when a customer comes asking to use a restroom and notifies the representative that she has ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) and is in tears with her daughter by her side and the rep says we can, not im sorry but its company rules but just we cant. I will never use this company again and I will make sure that noone in my family and friends ever uses them again.

My daughter got a pair of boots for $20 that we normally 40. The accessories are way overpriced otherwise this would have been a five-star place. Clean store and helpful staff. Paying $25 for a pair of earmuffs is way too much though

Poor customer service. Dani(sales associate) was at the register when I purchased boots for my kids. I asked her questions about the boots I purchased such as if she could tell me if she knew how the boots were for winter? She said I don’t know I don’t wear them. Then I asked if the hats and gloves were buy one get one free mix and match. Very curtly No! Okay, so then I went to pay for boots, and after she rung them up. I questioned buy one get one half off deal because the order rang up full price for both boots. She said the uggs were excluded. I said really? I thought all of them were buy one half off. No! Then she asked for another associate to check and the other associate was polite and explained why they were excluded which I appreciated. Then Dani said to the associate were they part of the sale? The associate said no and Dani said snidely that’s what I thought. Just very poor customer service.

Went to exchange a pair of shoes. The girl behind the counter was very nice, friendly & very helpful. Store was clean & very organized. I will go back & I will also recommend it to other people. I was very pleased with my shopping experience.

Not a bad price for sneakers there. A little more pricey than Shoe Dept but I’d still buy from there if they don’t have what I am looking for at Shoe Dept. also, very Friendly staff as well! I had trouble finding the new Vans that are out and she found them for me! I will be back!

I got my skating vans here and they were on discount. Being so I though that they would be on the lower side in quality, its lasting and holding up better than my other vans

Love the store - bought a pair of running shoes tonight but the young girl who checked me out was extremely rude - like I was bothering her to do her job. Rolling her eyes looking at her nails. Had a coupon in my email & she seemed awfully put out because sheneeded a barcode or I cant do it. There was no one else in the store - I dont think I was keeping her from anything.... I will shop elsewhere where they are glad to have my business. Not very friendly at all. 🙄

They have a lot of famous name brand shoe at great prices.

Havent bought anything here yet. I typically go in because I have shopkicks. The store is easily marked though with a great selection of shoes. Maybe when I earn enough points on my shopkick so I can go shopping for some new shoes here. The staff isnt bothered by you either they seem very friendly.

This Discount Shoe Store offers Name Brand shoes at discount prices for the whole family!!! For example I purchased a pair of Fila Outdoors Hikers for $30 regularly priced at $100 dollars......if that isnt a discount I dont know what is. Talk about a bargain!!!!

Im a member of their rewards program and get their texts and emails, well got a email while I was at the mall shopping so I decided to stop in and see if they had anything Id like. I found 2 pair of sandals and went to go checkout and the text message was B1G1 free plus 15% off I showed the text message to cashier she had no idea what to do had to call the manager and he gave me an attitude the whole time like I was being a pain in the butt because he actually had to do something and he didnt know how to use the coupon and bnb Im like idk either you sent me the text message maybe you need to call corporate and figure it out well eventually after a whole ordeal of him being a complete jerk he manually took off the 15%! Ive never been treated so badly at a business and had to actually call corporate and the general manager on him and they even told me theyve been having several complaints on him snd problems with him unbelievable!! I doubt Ill be back anytime soon!!
