Im so sad to say this cuz I do like the donuts but what I dont like is getting overcharged for donuts I ordered and didnt get. So unfortunately I think we have to be done and go to Mighty Fine. Hopefully this doesnt happen to u too...*UPDATE after owner reply*Thank you... it is what it is at this point its just a lost cause but THANK YOU for the reply and we will be giving you another try, I can understand these days are rough finding employees.... Donuts are great but they are never open so I will not be back.

Erie PA is a donut capital of the world and I dont care what anyone says. We have at least 3 donut shops that are among the best traditional shops Ive had in all of my travels and Jack Frost is a leader in this group. Staff is great and the donuts are even better.

I grew up eating Jack Frost donuts so I knew they were good but some of our guests had them for the first time and went on and on about how good they were. Everyone loved them and made sure they took some home as well. I recommend Jack Frost Donuts to everyone looking for good fresh donuts and great service.

Jack Frost is a small mom and pops donut shop. This is my 2nd favorite spot. They make a certain amount and when they sell out they close. The most freshest donuts. You cant lose going. The staff make you feel like family. I love it. A small area you can dine in also.

Best donuts in town, hands down! They have improved the inside with a long bar/counter in addition to the tables if you wish to have coffee & donuts dine-in. Very friendly service! I was greeted by name today despite not having been there for a month

This place has AMAZING doughnuts! The only negative is that theyre open SUPER early and are either sold out or closed by the time the rest of the world opens their eyes.You MUST try the chocolate covered peanut butter filled doughnut... It will make your knees knock!!!

The peanut butter cream filled donut is the most delicious donut I have ever had. Plus their donuts are pretty much the only donut place in town where the cream fills the entire inside of the donut!

There are only 3 places to get donuts and this is one of them. Some people from the East side of towm will argue that its the only place. Definitely one of the staples of Erie.

Best doughnuts in town--and friendliest service! The owner custom-made my daughter a little bug doughnut with sprinkles for wings, candy eyes and nose, and licorice antennas--adorable and gave it to her for free! I dont know why anyone would buy previously frozen doughnuts from Dunkin or Tims when you can drive down the street for made-fresh-daily doughnuts in a cute shop (with wifi!) and support a local business owner!
