Only one experience with them so far, but it was fantastic. Called Customer Service to make sure the part was in stock. They were able to fine the exact part I was looking for within minutes, even with the limited info I had and having no success at other stores I checked at. They seamlessly found it in stock at my local store, got it ordered, and had it ready for pickup. Went to the store soon after, the staff was helpful and and the pickup was quick. All around great experience.

The fact that you cant call this store and talk to the person at the counter is ridiculous she was very knowledgeable the 1800 number people were not. Its very frustrating when you have one more question about the product you want

Grainger is the place for that odd and end stuff u cant find elsewhere especially in Erie.. Also they can order for next day pick-up ;)
