The Pressure Sales associate Sold my son a customized hat thats two sizes too big for his head.. All to just get a sale.. Now that its monogrammed it cant be returned. I will never give them my business again. $65 hat NOT HAPPY

Im shopping at Leeds is always great. They have a wide variety of hat options for all ages and they are all quite affordable. The staff at this store is also very friendly and helpful.

Will never be doing business with any lids ever again!!! All because of the lids in the Millcreek mall in Erie PA. I will start at the beginning. I have to order my hats because I wear Oregon Duck gear. The supply of Oregon stuff is extremely limited in Pennsylvania. That is understandable. I ordered two flex fit hats that within 6 months were so stretched out that I could hardly wear them anymore. I attributed this to them being flex fit so this time I ordered two fitted hats that were to be delivered to my house in 3 to five business days. They were then delivered to my post office a week and a half later to which I could not get due to me leaving on a vacation. So in total it took me almost a month to get my hats. Two weeks of wearing my hats that I rotate out as to not wear out, one hat the little pin on the top of the hat fell off. I called and spoke with the manager (Jazzmen) and explained the situation to her and that I work out of town and that I will be bring my hat in to replace it with a new hat (which will have to be ordered). She was completely understanding said bring it and we will take care of it. So when I bring the hat in the guy had no clue what to do or how to return the hat. So I left the hat with him with the understanding that I will be calling Jazzmen to rectify the situation. When I called her she said that she can return the hat and order me a new one but she wold not be able to waive the 5 dollar shipping fee for the new hat. I was fine with paying the 5 dollars for shipping but I had to be in person to pay it. I was not able to make the transaction over the phone. I live 1 hour away from this lids. So it was understood that my wife wold bring the 5 dollars in in person on that Thursday when she was coming into town and that the assistant manager would be able to take the 5 dollars and reorder me a new hat. When my wife shows up the assistant manager proceeded to tell my wife that she can not return the hat and that I need to return it to Nike. My wife then stepped out of the mall to call me on my phone beings she did not get service in the mall. 3 mins later she takes the hat back in at my request so that I can deal with Jazzmen on Friday. It was at this time 10;10am that the store was closed and locked due to a bank run. 45 mins later the assistant manager returns with Duncan donuts. I have tried to contact upper management with this issue with no luck. So in the end the merchandise is garbage and the staff is inept and could care less.
