They really just want to help you get the right bra for your size. Never had an issue shopping here.The prices are a little more expensive than some places so keep in mind 3 things. #1. Youre buying local so its worth the extra bit. 2. Better quality usually means higher prices. 3. Youre getting properly fitted into a bra that works for you without judgements or complaints from the staff. Which to me is worth everything now.Cant wait to come back!

I went here 4 years ago looking for a bra for my wedding dress. Didnt find what I wanted for that, but bought four everyday bras, the most expensive Ive ever purchased! Four years later theyre still working great holding up what they should be, totally worth the money!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the quality is no good. I purchased 2 bras for my daughter in August. We purchased the soap that the staff recommended and took special care of the bras like the staff said. We paid 65$ per bra and both bras completely fell apart after 4 months. I am extremely upset with the quality for the price.

RUN FAST!!!! My boyfriend brought me here for my Birthday to treat me to a gift I wouldnt buy for myself... new bras. He bought me 2 $80 bras and a $150 bathing suit. I washed one bra when I got home, hand washed and neatly hung as instructed, because I wasnt sure how many women tried this bra on. When it dried creases were permanently formed in the cups. They informed me to wash it again to see if the creases would come out, no they didnt. I returned the bra in mint condition and they told me they couldnt refund me because there were stains on the bra. LIERS!!!! I am sending everything back. I dont appreciate being used in this manner. As a matter of fact, I will drive the 1.5 hrs back up there so they can see the bathing suit I am taking back is still in mint condition with tags on.

I went to this store not in my best outfit.. I was treated like a LOW CLASS citizen by the older ladies that work there. Trust me... I have money to spend... WILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN... must be the wife of a doctor or lawyer... PULLLEEEAAASSSEE... we all go to the bathroom the same way ladies...

I LOVE this store! I live over 2,000 miles away, and this is the only place I will shop for bras. The staff is knowledgeable, and the bras are great quality. You will pay more, but it is worth it.

Cindy was so very helpful! I have been dreading buying new bras with my weight gain and she made it so painless and easy. I see another reviewer felt slighted because of her appearance. I went in with a beat up cane, torn jeans and a t-shirt. That didnt seem to bother them at all. I left with two new bras that fit amazingly and the service was so outstanding I just cant praise them enough. Anyone in or around Erie definitely needs to get all their bras and lingerie needs here. I will definitely return!

The ladies were very professional and went above and beyond. I needed coverage for my wedding dress and wedding in less than an hour. Part of the front was coming unstitched. The owner stitched my dress and got my girls in place with 10 mins to spare. I was so very touched by their kindness and helpfulness. Thank you!!

I wanted to wait at least two months out from my initial first-time visit to Braserie to leave a review to see how the items held up after washing. My fiance gifted me a certificate for my birthday in January because he knew I just dont spend good money on my bras and wouldnt have done it on my own! I went in with only having one other friend tell me about her positive experience, so I didnt have many expectations. The storefront is clean and well kept and its easy to maneuver to see items even with there being SO many choices. I had a stylist help me find my correct measurements (my own have been WAY off), and she pulled about 4 different styles for me to start with both from full priced and sales sections which I really appreciated. She worked with me to make solid choices so I could get the best use out of my gift certificate which I feel not many people would normally do! I left the store that day with two bras and the detergent to take care of them. Upon getting home, I wore each one under a sweater just doing things around the house to see how they felt while I moved and went about my day. One of the bras that I really felt was supportive I found the underwire to come up too far into my armpit area. I left the tags on and was EASILY able to return the item a few days later and swapped it for another item. Let me tell you, having a large chest can be A PAIN in all forms. These bras have given me the support AND lift. I feel like I am able to wear tighter fitting clothing again rather than cover up and hide my chest. Ive also washed the bras a few times now and hang them to dry and they are wearing PERFECTLY. No snags, no color fading....Im very impressed. They recommend replacing them yearly, so Im hoping my fiance will just continue to gift me a certificate every January now haha. Thanks so much for offering such quality products and for taking time with a first time customer! Highly recommended.
