Terrible experience at the end ordering everything was pretty simple then the problems set in. No definitive delivery date for 3 weeks. Next I get a delivery date and no delivery. Next day I am calling all day asking about my lumber and it finally shows up at 5 o clock at night and they drop my lumber in the middle of the street without letting me know they were here. Thanks Alpine Lumber we wont be doing business anymore.

The customer service is excellent!! Every time a crew member goes in for lumber, trim, or siding they always get what they need and fast! We dont have any wasted time waiting around.
