I wish we could give Melody More then just 5 stars!!! What a wonderful, Pleasant, and knowledgeable breath of fresh air after the many other calls and inquiries my husband and I have made to rent and possibly purchase a portable oxygen concentrator for our trip out of state for 2weeks!!! We are in Ohio but the trip to Erie and Melody at Vantage Home Medical is well worth the time and travel!!!!! Thank You Vantage and Melody!!!!!

Vantage was amazing...my sons PCP wanted to start him on a nebulizer for his allergies and possible asthma...she put the order in around 4pm on a friday...Vantage closed at 5pm so I was worried I would have to wait til Monday after work to get the device...NOPE! When I called Vantage to ask if they received the script they said they didnt yet but they would have someone at my doorstep to deliver that device Friday night for sure because it was important...the guy who delivered the device came around 7pm and he came all the way from Meadville...he called me twice to update me on his whereabouts and he stayed to help up hook up the device and showed us how to use it so we were comfortable! amazing company and staff! Thank you !

I want to share this with everybody l am from out of town visiting my daughter, when I open my case for my sleep app machine there was a piece missing that I forgot. So I went to the Vantage home medical And asked them if they could help me. They were very good they took the time to find out exactly what kind of machine I had And the piece I needed. They gave it to me at no charge and I thought that was very special of them! I wanted to thank them again for all the service and help they gave me. They are special people

I purchased the relaxer from Chris at vantage on peach st in erie pa. He was very informative showing me all the functions of of the with me in it. He did not rush me. I bought it instantly for my husband. Chris arranged delivery for Tuesday. Two wonderful men named Nick and drew called and said 10 minutes they were johnny on the spot. They were professional and very nice and helpful. They showed my husband how all functions worked they know what they are doingComplete team work. My husband loves it and is taking a nap right now. Good job guys thank you very much. Keep my husband in your prayers please. It is well worth every cent.

I recently turned 65 and I have been a customer of Vantage for at least 7 years. When it came time for my CPAP supplies to be renewed I was rejected by Vantage because I am now on Medicare with a state emplyee supplimental. I was told that I had to make a dr appointment and see the dr face to face then I must submit a claim to see if medicare would approve it.I was told any supplies I needed I must pay out of pocket. I called the Hermitage Officewhich was close to my home and the lady there screemed at me over the phone and told me that none of this was her fault that it was my problem. I told her I just called to see what it would cost to get the materials from Vantage, particularly the pillows and the filters she screemed at me again and told me the filters were $70.00 a piece as were the pillows. She told me I was irresponsible and that my problem wasnt her problem. I went to Amazon Prime and bought the pillows and filters for $20.00 It was a very unpleasant unresolved experience

Last week I went to St. Vincent Health Center to pick up a friend being discharged. When I arrived at her room, I was greeted by an employee of Vantage. He quickly introduced himself as Rob Thomas, hospital liaison. He was explaining to my friend how to use the medical equipment she would be using at her residence.He slowly explained each step in using home oxygen, asking several times if there were any questions. This process continued with each and every piece of equipment. He remained very professional and friendly throughout the visit.I thanked him for his kindness and told him how impressed I was with his presentation to my friend. I have been in the health care profession for 35 years and quite frankly, wish I could have worked with more Rob Thomas. Thank you Rob for the great experience.You should be very proud to have such a courteous, professional and knowledgeable man representing your company.

I needed a new CPAP machine.I stopped in after going to the doctor. The front desk person, Will Miller went out of his way to be welcoming and efficient. Knowing that its tough to sleep properly without the correct equipment, he made every effort to make sure I received it as quickly as possible.Within a couple of days, Glenda called to follow up with me, and offered to call my doctor for some additional info that was needed.She did all the follow up and within a few days I was scheduled with her to get my new equipment.She was extremely friendly and professional! I am so thankful for the Vantage Staff!!

UNPROFESSIONAL. Initial consultation resulted in me being provided incorrectly sized equipment. My sleep Doctor identified the sizing issue and I alerted Vantage to discrepancy.Yet they repeatedly send me the wrong CPAP supplies despite having been alerted to the issue. I have called and been assured 3 times via telephone that they have addressed the issues and I will receive the correct supplies.I received the incorrect supplies again today (thats 3 times). I am calling my Insurance provider to complain and to get switched to another CPAP equipment supplier.

The cpap and bipap agents are very good. As for the Meadville office staff they are very disorganized and try to keep billing me even saying I cant come into the office till I contact billing. When I contacted billing they said my insurance covers 100% and there was no problem!! When ever I place an order for replacement equipment for my cpap they constantly try and bill me and then forget to put in the order. I usually have to wait a month and call back. They have no clue on what they are doing. If there was another company I could use in town I would drop them in a heartbeat!!!!

Terrible accounting, nothing but billing problems, this company will not send detailed billing just statements. Telling customers they have to get billing info from insurance companies. Do not use auto pay.

My husband and I had just picked up his new CPAP machine today. The medical supply company where we got it had SoClean machines there but, we were unable to purchase one and take it home with us on the same day. I had seen the sign outside your business on Peach Street, stating that you had the SoClean machines. So, we took a chance and stopped in to see if you had them to purchase...cash and carry. YOU DID! My husband and I were so happy! Chris K. was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me how to hook it up to my husbands particular CPAP machine/model. When we got everything home, it was so easy to hook up. Thanks to Chris guidance! Its also nice to know that we can purchase supplies there, when needed. Thanks, too, for the 20% discount! You have a top notch business and the employees are awesome too! Thanks so much for being there for us people that need the equipment that you provide.

She is both professional and knowledgeable in her field and was an outstanding help in my friend obtaining the right CPAP machine and accessories for her sleep apnea needs. Tried to get a shower chair, my insurance said it was covered, I called Vantage, back in March, spoke to Kate Hellman. she assured me she would call me back within a day, two months later Im still waiting, with that kind of service, I will NOT give them my business, and in my opinion, an employee that doesnt deliver would be looking for a new job!!

Worst experience I have ever had! As a RN for more than 20 years, I was floored by the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to communicate and assist my 86 yr old mother in law in getting compression stockings she could actually wear! Then to not be able to tell us what was covered by insurance only to then get a phone call saying they will be private pay at $40 a piece... show up a week later and they were actually $45 a piece! Not a big deal you say?? Try living on $850.00 a month like my mother in law! I will NEVER go to this place again and I will be sure that her doctor who referred us here will know about the awful service!
