Both tried their hardest to get us back on the road, but the issue required dealership help. Nonetheless, the Erlanger, KY Autozone is one of the best places to take your vehicle for help. Whether you need a few parts or major help.

This is the worst autozone I have ever been too they are no help there lazy and dont want to help you with your car or refund your money ! Do not go to this autozone they have bad attitudes and dont seem to car about customer satisfaction !

There computer said my 4 wheel disk brake vehicle used break shoes in the rear. Needless to say Ill have to go someplace else for my rear pads.

This was by far, hands down the best Autozone i have EVER been to. The staff was beyond AMAZING. EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!! The guy even installed my new battery and windshield wipers for me. I have NEVER have anyone go above and beyond at any auto parts store like he did! Will definitely use this one ALWAYS from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shop the Erlanger ky location regularly, many times the same workers, still would return a phone holder without a receipt, that I bought 2 of both broke, they see me there at least twice a week for 25+years. Dealing with Oriely Auto parts

Very good place to find parts and spare parts for many brands and if they dont have them you can order them or they look for them in other stores for you.

These guys who were working first shift seemed thoroughly offput that i had a classic range rover with issues that i was attempting to fix. Very unmotivated and wouldnt even lend me a screwdriver to get to my fuse panel. So i bought one for 8.00 there, used it and quickly went to another AutoZone to receive a refund for the item because i could not take it back there because i turned a screw with it!!!! Petty!!! I went down to Omalleys and got much better treatment.

She went out, checked on it for me and took care of the problem. She is a totalProfessional. Friendly helpful staff but compared to the auto parts stores on the the internet a lot of there prices are extremely high. However, you get it the same day.

I am not a car person, meaning I know nothing about how to fix them when something goes wrong. My husbands truck broke down on his way to work and he asked me to run to Auto Zone for a part he needed to fix it. Knowing my lack of knowledge of all things car parts, he sent me a text message with the part he needed. I walked in and showed the guy the text and said this is what I need, please. He said sure no problem. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, with no hassle. Thebguy working there was very efficient and knowledgeable. Best of all, he didnt get annoyed with me about showing him the text, thats five stars in my book!

I used to go here and the employees would actually help you out and know things about cars well not anymore i dont even think they could change oil or even a tire. Please hire people who knows things about vehicles will not be back I will stick with paying a little extra at OReillys

Three days on a next day part!! Now have to drive in to get a refund after all the wait lies and b.s.

This stores employees can stand right next to the entrance smoking in inclimate weather but they cant install a headlight.

This has become my go-to AZ since Ive moved to the area. Folks are always friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. Only down side is I would go between peak traffic hours or it can be a hassle getting out.

Autozone may not always be the cheapest auto parts place but they always have the nicest people that work there. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I have been helped by some people that, though very nice, werent always the most knowledgeable.

We pulled up and our battery light was on and the lights were dimming to our van we ran in to get the battery tested and the clerk came straight out and tested it right away! With in 5 minutes he let us know it was our altenator and directed to be sure that it would be better to recharge our battery and that they would do it for free once we arrived to buy the new part thanks auto zone big help!

Had my check engine light on, so I pulled into AutoZone and got it checked out. I found out that it was an oxygen sensor, so no need to worry. Tremendous lift off my shoulders.

I went in there for a low beam headlight that went out. Jeff was very eager to help me and walked me through the entire process. It was a amazing learning experience. Thank you Jeff!
