This place is a rip off. Went in to purchase a new phone to replace a lost one.New phone - $50Activation - $10New case - $15So with tax, total should have been $79.50 (approx)The lady tried to charge us $119.50! When I told her that wasnt right, she began talking to the other associates in Spanish, not knowing I am fluent. So I understood every word. The gist of the conversation was that she wouldnt be able to get more out of us white people. Keep in mind, Im Hispanic.She offered to give us a discount dropping the price to $95. My friend did not have time to argue to took it. When I asked for a receipt, she told me the printer was broken. How convenient. Ive reported them to the BBB and the IRS. And Boost Corporate. I believe after the investigation, they will be stripped of all contracts and licenses. Then the IRS will have a hay day with their finances. I will also be turning this over to law enforcement to investigate. So dont go here, they will overcharge you to fill their personal pockets. Not sure how this place is still open. Buyer beware!

Cheap or free phones, cheap plans. Not sure about the service though.

I will not recommend this place. Personally I think their service stinks. After two days cell plan did not transfer. I went back to my present carrier.
