I had an awesome experience with 777. Geek Squad had my computer for three months. After Geek Squad finally declared they couldnt get the necessary parts and returned my computer, it was taken to 777. Three days later 777 called to tell me my computer was fixed. 777 will be my first stop with any future electronic issues. Was also very happy with the low cost of the repair.

I took a video card in that had a broken fan. They ordered the replacement and it turns out the fans are connected, so they had to order a new fan assembly. They did this at no extra cost, repaired it as soon as the part was in, and I was back up and running in very good time. The people there are professional and friendly, and they dont try to rip you off. I am actually taking my entire unit in today to be completely rebuilt, because there is no one in this area I would trust more to take care of this vital piece of my life.

I called 777 and spoke with Shane and asked if he could swap out a Dell 240W specific power supply today and was given a price. On arrival I was informed that 777 does not carry that power supply and it would take about a week. so I left. Not impressed.

I really wanted to support local business and a brick and mortar store.All I wanted was a five dollar item and the employee said I cant purchase anything without registering. He needed my first and last name, e-mail, and phone number. After that I decided I wasnt going to give them my money. I think my address would have required, too.I hate companies that make you register when there is absolutely no reason to.

I cant say enough great things about 777! They are honest, work within your budget and answer all your questions. They even provide a warranty for the work theyve done. I highly recommend The Erlanger location, all of their employees are kind and knowledgeable.

Fixed it just fine but didn’t mention they didn’t put my old screen protector on the new screen so it cracked again like two days after I picked it up. Obviously the fact that I dropped it again so quickly is my fault, but it would be nice if they mentioned hey- we didn’t put your screen protector back on so be super super careful or buy a screen protector

They have now repaired my laptop after being dropped, cleaned off one of my laptops and put new hinges on it, recovered data off a broken computed and disposed of it and recently I purchased one a of their refurbished laptops for a new employee of mine.They are kind, helpful and quick. Extremely disappointed. I brought my computer in for a screen that had some issues flickering and when I picked it up (it took over a week to diagnose) I was told it was the mother board. I got it home and wouldnt even turn on. It was fine before I brought it in. When I called, I basically was told oh well, sorry about your luck sometimes that happens. I feel completely screwed over. Not only did I pay the service fee but I got back a computer that wont turn on. I would never recommend this place and Ill never step foot in it again.

These people stole my laptop. They sold it without a thirty days notice. Do not go to them for repairs if you’re busy and like far away. They will sell your property without your knowledge. They profited off of my property and would not fix the problem.

Were able to find diagnose and replace my laptops bad motherboard even though it is an unusual/hard to find configuration that had to be shipped from overseas. Even fixed the keyboard/back light at no additional charge when it wasnt working after the motherboard replacement. Thanks!

I did not take my computer here for service, however they did tell me they would pricematch the service charge of another company. I spoke with Shane and he was very nice about it. Given the fact they were willing to pricematch when they could have said no was very nice of them. I definitely recommend this place because of that.

Having been in the computer business I can tell you that these people are honest, reliable and cost effective. The one time I had a problem with a computer purchased here there where no questions asked and the problem was taken care of quickly.

Had a laptop hard drive fail and they were able to transfer all data to a new one. 1 year later no problems so far!

I and my wife have had the privelege of having our apple and samsung computers,laptops and cell phones serviced by these young professionals. We have found them to be courteous,and very skilled. They perform with integrity and are quite fair with their pricing.

My MacBook Pro was not booting up, so after reading rave reviews about this place, I decided to give it a shot. A day or two later, they said my password was wrong, but that’s not true because the password has always been the same, I’ve never changed it. They also said my battery was bad, so they replaced it. Long story short, they could not get past the password and I declined a repair. When I got home, I realized the new battery they installed was not charging, so they offered to replace it at no charge, which was cool. I was able to fix the laptop myself using simple google searches and common sense. The password was never the issue. I might go back to this place if I need parts, but not for any major repair issues.

Service at this shop was great. I was here about three weeks ago to get two fans replaced in my Asus G73JH laptop. They gave me a great price on the fans, and great service charge. They had everything done in one day (just a couple hours). Great place, I highly recommend it!

Its Papajohns for sure. Their pizza is average, the price is reasonable on their specialty pizzas and can be good deals. But if you order one, and add a extra topping, the prices are too high. Dont order custom pizzas, they cost too much. In fairness, other quality pizza stores are more expensive, especially on custom ordered pizzas. You can go to Little Ceasars or Dominos to save money, but their pizzas are subpar at best.

I enjoy triple seven, they always got what i need. In fact, i got a laptop i need them to fix.

I went in for a broken screen on my IPhone 6S+, there was a few issues after the screen replacement, but 777 Computers stuck with it and in the end made it right. It’s good to see there is still honesty and integrity.

I love this place. Last year something spilled on my Macbook and Apple was wanting an arm and a leg to repair it. I took it to 777 Computers and they said the fluid had shorted out a wire on the battery. Unlike Apple, they didnt try to get me to purchase everything under the sun. They cleaned it up and no replacement parts needed. My fiance took his iphone here for a cracked screen repair and it was done in just a few hours. They give you text messages with updates along the way. Pricing is totally reasonable and service is excellent. Highly recommend!

These reviews must be bought because these guys are horrendous! Dropped my MacBook off 14 days ago. Gave the approval and was told it would be 3 days. It’s now running on 12 days and when I went in to talk to them (since you cannot contact then on the phone because it just goes to vm) they assured me it would be fixed in the AM. Still nothing. They are garbage. Go somewhere else.

I dont have fancy stuff so when I go to connect a computer to a TV I dont have hdmi. I need older things like s-vid, or dvi-vga converter, they carry all the little odds and ends like that. The people are real, no fake smiles. The guy thats helped me twice didnt really smile much but he wasnt grumpy or anything he just was being himself and not putting on a front. We bullshitted and did business. Love this shop

I bought a 2GB RAM From this place I wanted to install it by myself but they told me that because they are the who sold the computer to my they will just service it and upgrade the RAM to 4GB, they then kept the computer for around a week but when I got home after picking it I realized they inserted a 1GB RAM, I rated them 4*s because of that reason they then called me and asked me to take the computer back so that they rectify the mistake but when got back there a certain guy made fool of me telling me my computer had only 1GB RAM. This irritated me even more because I had not planned to take it back they are the ones who requested me to.
